Come enjoy The Villages in our lovely 3 bedroom cottage with a closed lanai.

Our home is in the center of The Villages, equal distance to Lake Sumter Landing and Brownwood! We are less than 20 minute golf cart ride to 20 executive courses and 6 championship courses. Our home is walking distance to SeaBreeze Recreation Center which has a full gym. Our home is less than a mile to a family pool as well as three neighborhood pools. A perfect location between 466A and 466 and which is the area with the most golf courses and recreation centers. Everything is close to our home.

We do have internet, You Tube TV, Prime and Netflix. We also have a printer available for your use.

Winter getaway to the Villages.

Enjoyed our stay in the Villages. Great location for Village activities. Also enjoyed quick trips to Mt Dora, Daytona Beach and Disney Springs. Very nice home and host was very helpful.

Well stocked home in a good location. We didn’t use the golf cart but there’s one available. Quiet neighborhood. Nice sunroom. Liked that we could park our car in the garage. Good communication with owner.

Property was clean and inviting, everything we needed for our short stay was provided. The use of the golf cart was appreciated. Location was great, not far to Lake Sumter or Spanish Springs. Would rebook there given the chance.

Great Location

Greatly enjoyed my stay. Missed cable and having a TV in the master bedroom. Owner was available for any questions I had. A bit of owner stuff stored in the garage. Overall a pleasant experience.

I am glad you enjoyed your stay. We have You Tube internet on the tv in the living room. Channels are available through the smart apps. When you click on the You Tube app, you get most channels. We also have Netflix.

Nice Neighborhood and Location

I found everything as described and convenient to Brownwood and Sumpter Landing. I didn't use the golf cart but it was there and available if I wanted. You pretty much have everything you need for your stay. Sharon was extremely accessable for any questions and follows up to make sure you are happy with everything. I would rent this again if I come back.

Everything was clean and comfy. The use of the golf cart was a great perk. Felt at home for our 3 weeks. Visited all points in the Villages, we ate and attended many music nights, utilized the pools almost daily. Sharon was a joy to work with. Made a few friends.. We will be back

Great location

The home is showing its age, overdue for a deep cleaning. Ran low on stock like paper towels, TP but most other needs were in supply. The refrigerator leaks water onto the floor. The brakes on the supplied golf cart required a strong leg but was nice to have.

I am so sorry you feel that my home is showing its age. I relayed the deep cleaning message to my cleaning lady. I was surprised because you were the first person to mention this. I had a handiman check on the refrigerator and it is now not having any leaking issues. I am having the brakes checked on the golf cart. I encourage all my renters to stay in contact with me during their stay so I can handle problems promptly. I wish you let me know these issues during your stay. Have a good rest of your summer!
