About this space
Beautiful open floor plan on a quiet cul-de-sac between the Spanish Springs (5 min) and Sumter Landing (11 min) town squares. A spacious front patio with a fire table is perfect for sunny afternoons and cool evenings. A screened-in bird cage off the kitchen offers a quiet seating area in the back yard. The rental also includes use of one golf cart.
The space
There is a king master bedroom/bathroom, a queen second bedroom with unattached bathroom, and a new queen murphy bed in the third bedroom . You will have access to one golf cart, and vehicle parking is allowed in the driveway. A second cart can be rented privately from the owners for $25 per day.
Guest access
Rental is for the entire property including one golf cart. A second cart can be rented privately from the owners for $25 per day.

Excellent home and amenities

Loved everything about this home. Clean, spacious, quiet neighborhood. The golf cart was a great perk/benefit to go up to the square and stores. I worked from the office setup, cooked meals every night. Hugs Master bed and bath. Super cozy couch. Definitely felt like a home away from home (and cheaper than a hotel!)

This is a wonderful location, easy access to Spanish springs, Strip mall shopping, restaurants and Lake Sumter Landing, and pools and community/recreation centers. We took the golf carts, provided by our hosts, to all of these. A very clean, climate controlled home and plenty of space for everyone to have comfort and privacy. All the amenities of home. Quiet yet active neighborhood. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful home and great host

The location is perfect to enjoy the Villages and the included golf cart was critical to make the trip even more amazing. The home was very nice and comfortable and the court and neighbors were peaceful. The host was amazing at booking, prior to arrival and during our stay. We can’t wait to come back again. Love this rental

This is our second time staying in this rental. You will not be disappointed. The home is large, kitchen is full of everything you need to cook, beach towels, bath towels, comfy beds, golf cart and more. Onsite laundry. I am not sure if the host provides this, but their is everything to soap, shampoo/cond, spices in the kitchen, foil, sand bags and more We didn’t use the golf cart since it was only a two seater and we have a family of 5. The location is great and peaceful. We will be back again!

Wonderful

This is the most comfortable home that I have ever had the pleasure of booking for any trip at any time. It was beautiful and extremely clean. The owners have thought of everything and anything you can think of is provided. The bed is super comfortable (better than my own at home lol)The owners are super responsive and their hospitality is above and beyond. The golf cart is like brand new and ran great. Where is the six stars button?!!! So glad we chose this home for our little getaway.

Nice cozy home

We were in town to see family. Not only was the place close to family but it was close to a lot of shops and food. The neighborhood was so nice and quiet. The house was amazing and fit us perfectly. It was stocked with everything you need as far as all your kitchen items. It also comes with a golf cart. We didn’t get to use it since there was five of us and it was a two seater. The owner also was very responsive to any questions I had. We will defiantly stay here again.

The Villages: Mira Mesa Home

This was one of the nicest homes I have stayed in on my travels. It truly felt like "home" instead of a rental. It was well stocked with everything I could possibly need and then some, and it was exceptionally clean and well maintained inside and out. Communication with the owner was pretty much immediate when I had questions. I felt confident that Ric was just a text away if I needed to touch base. The information notebook was very thorough with specific directions which I truly appreciated. While I ended up not having the time to use the golf cart, it's definitely a plus to have one available while staying in The Villages. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this lovely home to anyone who plans to visit the area. I would certainly rent it again if returning to central Florida.
