Designed for Entertaining & Summer Fun! This recently renovated Mantoloking Shore home boasts spectacular waterfront views with amazing sun and sunsets. A Bayside oasis with expansive deck and patio, gunite salt pool and hot tub, outside shower, koi pond, outdoor accessible butlers pantry with ice maker and sink and a large dock perfect for crabbing and Bay fun. Two jet ski lifts, 14k lb boat lift and kayaks also available for more Bay fun. Very short walk or bike ride to a private community Ocean Beach.

Awesome Getaway

From the amazing sunset views to the heated pool and spacious rooms, we couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Even the grandparents enjoyed a day relaxing in the pool. Donovan was an amazing host and ultra responsive.

Beautiful bay/sunset views, outdoor oasis with every convenience and amenity - perfection. Plenty of room to gather indoors with large, comfortable bedrooms. Property manager very responsive. Very enjoyable stay!

Fantastic house on the bay...

You will not find another house that makes you feel more on the water. The pool and hot tub were fantastic, especially under the stars at night. The outside space is the best we have experienced -- complete with an outdoor covered living room and even a water feature. The house is super well equipped, beds were comfortable and the layout allowed us to spread out. Bedrooms are huge and almost every room in the house has a gorgeous bay view. Overall, just a wonderful place to stay.

Hard to beat!

Donovan’s place is beautiful, but the real headline is the location on the bay and outdoor space! The pool is perfect, the spa is relaxing, the fire pit is fun, and the outdoor kitchen area is so nice to cook and entertain in. Beach is an easy walk, or even easier bike ride away. All of the linens, towels, bikes and beach gear were in great shape, which has not always been true at other homes where they had also been provided. Donovan was super responsive and very interested in my family having a great stay.

Family's bayfront brake

Our family really enjoyed our stay on the bay. Beautiful views and spectacular sunsets. Just a great location...on the bay and only a couple blocks to the beach. Beautiful pool and hot tub to enjoy all day and in the evening. My grandson loved fishing and crabbing off the docks. Quite neighborhood. The home is in a nice area and kept very well. The beach chairs and bicycles to use was a nice convenience. Owner is very familiar with the area and responded quickly to any questions we had during our stay. Overall, a great stay at the Jersey shore.

Perfect get away for friend reunion!

What a wonderful month, the owner was responsive as needed for questions without being overbearing. Dream location, immaculate house. The bay is peaceful and holds the best sunsets night after night! I also had two old dogs with me and they were in heaven with the cormorants, gulls and occasional swan visitor. Two blocks to a stunning beach. This was an exceptional VRBO listing true to pictures! If I could’ve stayed all summer I would have. Easy access to restaurants, markets, post office. Best trip of our lives!

Great property. Beautiful views. Very clean. Was very happy and satisfied with our stay.

This was an amazing rental. Large, spacious, very clean, fantastic views, gorgeous backyard with pool. Access to private beach. The owner was very receptive and helpful and checked in to make sure everything was ok several times. I highly recommend this house!! I will definitely be going back next summer.
