Esta casa ha sido bellamente actualizado con pisos de madera en todo. Todos los electrodomésticos, camas, colchones y sofás son nuevos. Hay 2 duchas al aire libre, un gran patio con una parrilla Dacor y muebles de patio nuevo para relajarse. Tenemos a su disposición, 6 nuevas bicicletas de playa, sillas de playa, paraguas y un carro para ayudar a llevar todo a la playa; A un corto paseo de distancia. 4 pases de playa están incluidos. La casa ha sido decorada profesionalmente. Esta casa es abierta, espaciosa y muy limpia. Todos nuestros visitantes regresan.

This was our third stay at this beautiful beach home. It was a wonderful time re-connecting with family. The dining room, kitchen and living spaces provide a great atmosphere for cooking, sharing a meal and catching up with a glass of wine. The home is also pet friendly and the location is so convenient to talk a walk to the beach or a short ride to downtown. Thank you, Eileen and Rob for another great stay.

Fantastic rental! Spacious, well-stocked, and perfect for family time. Loved the outdoor patio with tons of comfortable seating, beach bikes, and corn hole game. Great location with an easy walk to beach and town. Owners were super communicative. Highly recommend!

Autumn Weekend

The NJ girls group got together for our annual Spring Lake Kitchen Tour weekend. Having lived in Spring Lake for years, I knew this home would be a perfect base location.Home was as pictured, lots of supplies for the kitchen and walking distance to town. Loved all the bikes as well. All in all a good 5 days, perfect weather too!

Wonderful vrbo

This property was the perfect vacation home for our family. We came to NJ for a family wedding. The seven of us were very comfortable. The house is roomy and well cared for. Rob and Eileen were helpful and gracious hosts. We would definitely stay again!

Wedding Weekend

If I could give this property and home a higher rating than a 5 I would. It had it all. We were so comfortable. The hosts thought of everything. We were in town for a family wedding and had a post wedding family gathering complete with corn hole and a fire pit for smores. I highly recommend visiting anytime of year.

Absolutely loved this spot. House had everything you need to enjoy a large group whether you cook at home or go out. Lots of spots for the WFH family members to plug in too. Will certainly return!

Great house in a great location!

My family absolutely loved the property. It was a short walk to the beach and in a nice neighborhood. There's was plenty of room for the nine of us. We can't wait to go back!

Beautiful home walking distance to the beach

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home that is minutes from the beach. The home was spacious and has a nice private backyard with plenty of outdoor seating and having the grill was great. Plenty of bikes for everyone that were all mostly brand new. The owner was easy to communicate with . Thank you Rob !! Really enjoyed our stay and will be back again!

Annual Girls Weekend

Sure…we are a group of 8 women in our early 50’s, but we plan an annual “Girls Weekend” every year, and this year, we ended up not far from home in this lovely home in Manasquan, NJ. Rob and Eileen’s home was immaculate! So clean…not even a stray hair in the bathroom. We were all impressed. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed when we cooked. Very pleased with the amount of plates and glasses and ample sized mugs that were available for our use. The home is located close to the beach and we enjoyed walks to the sand and a few of us rode the bikes in the garage. We also walked around the corner for a quick late lunch after a day of shopping at the Salty Whale. It’s such a lovely neighborhood, and we took walks admiring all of the gorgeous homes in the morning and evening. Rob and Eileen were very accessible and easy to contact. We would love to come back and a few of us are thinking of trying to get here in the future during the warmer months if we can. This home is great for families or friends! The bedrooms were very comfortable and we all slept great. Thank you so much for sharing this lovely property with us!

This property was a great location for us with lots of room for a day after wedding BBQ & party for the bride & groom and close family. Close to everything we needed. You will love this place as a VRBO. Our hosts were great with communication and things were flawless.

Wonderful Fall Getaway

This property is everything described in the listing and more! The house is perfectly appointed and really, really clean! The bedrooms are spacious and the living areas are large and allow for easy entertaining. The backyard is a real plus and having bicycles available is wonderful. We would not hesitate to come back if our personal plans allowed it! Check in was easy and the owners were available for any concerns we may have had. We’ve booked many house over the years and this is definitely a five star property.

Bridal Shower & Weekend Getaway

We stayed at Rob's rental property for a long weekend to attend our future daughter in laws bridal shower. The house was everything we needed; clean, comfortable, and well stocked for all of us. The house location is perfectly situated between the beach and downtown Manasquan. You can either bike or walk the area is peppered with cute beach cottages. We will be back for sure!! Thanks Rob

Cannot fault … stunning!

An absolutely beautiful home! Sleeps up to 13 comfortably. Impeccably clean. So much room downstairs for sitting in different areas, back yard with deck, wonderful kitchen. Only 10 minutes walk from Main Street Manasquan or the beach. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. A perfect location for Point Pleasant too. Cannot fault Eileen and Rob due their communication and hospitality. We cannot wait to return!

Wedding hangout

This was a great house, with plenty of room for our family attending a wedding near by. Great location from the beach. The house had plenty of amenities. We enjoyed hanging out on the huge table playing games one night. The owner was incredibly responsive. Would stay again!

Great beach house with everything

We really enjoyed this house, just under a half mile to the beach. The beach bikes made trips to the beach and town very convenient. Rob responded quickly to any questions, although we didn't have many. The house comes equipped with everything you can need for the week. We will be booking again next year!

Family Vacation

Lovely home! Very clean, plenty of space for everyone and beds were very comfortable! Bikes were a bonus as you can bike to all that Manasquan has to offer. Host was very accessible and responded promptly to a small issue. Would definitely stay again!

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I bought in Manasquan in 2005, when I found this quaint beachside town. It is just one hour from Manhattan, which makes it such an easy get away. We ride the bikes everywhere, the restaurants and the shopping are incredible. The beach has a boardwalk, with everything you need. The beaches are very clean, and there are many lifeguards. My sons love the fishing, off the beach, the inlet and the nearby charter fishing boats.
