The fully equipped open plan kitchen features a beautiful wooden dining table in its centre, enjoy cooking up a storm whilst staying connected with your loved ones. The living area has been styled with carefully selected furnishings, artwork and trinkets and has a large plush sofa making this space perfect for movie night after a busy day exploring the city. Step out on to your balcony, sit on the high bar stools and admire the sun set over the sparkling waters, watch the Marina come to life with the twinkling lights of the buildings. In the opulent bedroom there is an oversized bed fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so soft and luxurious you will probably sleep in longer than usual. The en suite bathroom is modern and sleek, featuring a walk in shower and Key Views fluffy towels with hotel grade amenities ensuring you feel refreshed and smelling great all day.
The brand new building also features a state of the art gymnasium, swimming pool and private on site parking.
The Dubai Tram is a 2 minute walk away and the Metro 10 minutes walk away making exploring Dubai effortless.
The apartment does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is a self contained apartment, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the apartment with average speeds of 250mbps.

House rules include respecting the neighbours, furniture and no Parties whatsoever. Smoking allowed only on the outside terrace. Adherence to Dubai laws and regulations at all times.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Tourism and Commerce Marketing (DTCM).

Please note the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged for an additional fee.
The refundable security deposit is 1,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours before the check-in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your apartment.
