Five miles from beautiful downtown Traverse City, a minute to East Bay parks and marinas, less than a minute to the Tart Trail, 5 minutes to the base of Old Mission peninsula and 2 miles to the state park beach. Located in the heart of everything Up North has to offer. This is the perfect home base for everything Traverse City has to offer.
Weekly and monthly are available. Horse Shows on the Bay is 5 minutes from this location. Elk Rapids is just 20 minutes north of here.
You can't beat this location for easy access to all the fun activities this great area has to offer. Festivals abound in this area including Traverse City Film Festival, beer, music and wine festivals and The Cherry Festival, among others. Terrific shopping in waterfront villages and towns.
