Newly Renovated, Entire place, one side of duplex, residential area. Private fenced yard with a private shaded patio and two covered porches. Only 4 miles to Navarre Beach. Two large bedrooms with queen beds, new mattresses. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. A fully equipped kitchen, Newly Renovated, Entire place, one side of duplex in residential area. Only 4 miles to Navarre Beach. Fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and solid wood cabinets The two bathrooms have solid wood cabinets with granite counter tops. Both bedrooms have a queen bed. Living room and bedrooms have smart TVs. There is a private fenced yard (not shared) with private shaded patio and covered porch. Yard Checker board and Ring toss.

This was our 2nd visit at this house, we liked it so much and the location is just a short drive to the beach. It is very well decorated and stocked and perfectly pet friendly.

We got into town a little early and called to owner to see if the cleaning company had already come and cleaned. They had so they let us in about an hour early. When we walked in the house it smelled great. It was very clean! The pictures are spot on. The house is just right. The neighborhood felt very safe. It was just 2 women on this trip and we felt very safe. We had a great time and the owners were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing!

We had the best experience at this pet friendly property! The place was clean and so cute and quaint. The neighborhood is very safe with families and other dogs. And the communication with the property owner did not disappoint! Our pups enjoyed it and so did we. Highly recommend this stay!

Love this place!!

Wonderful place to stay. We love it so much that this was our second time to stay here. Great location, clean, private, comfortable, and beautiful property!! Owners are wonderful people. Never had any issues while staying here. My only suggestion would be to get some non stick pans for the kitchen. Other than that, no complaints or issues at all.

Cute and Convenient

We had a great stay here! It was convenient to everything and just a short and easy drive to the beach! This place has the best water pressure of any place weve ever stayed, but also the hotest water!! Lol We loved the layout and enjoyed spending time under the coverered sitting area outside! We didnt have our fur babies this trip, but would love to bring them next go around as this place has a great setup for them too! Thanks for a great place to enjoy our 10th anniversary ❤️

Perfect location

The duplex look’s actually like the pictures, nicely decorated. We could not hear the vacationers next door. We loved the size of it too, not to big not to small. Short distance to the beach too. Because of my bad knees it would have been a great help to have a grab bar in the tub area. There are only two steps to the porch, a railing would have been very helpful. Other than those few safety features (because of my bad knees) it is truly was perfect.

Very nice unit

Clean and quiet. Very well equipped with two legitimate queen size beds in two separate bedrooms and two full baths - albeit one is located at the rear of the unit. It is in a two unit side by side duplex in a very quiet, safe neighborhood about a 5 minute drive to the Navarre Beach Causeway and very near routes 87 and 98. Full kitchen, tv’s in both bedrooms and the living room area and ample parking right in front of the unit. The whole process was seamless - definitely would rent again

We stayed at this beautifully decorated and well kept home. The outdoor area in the back yard was perfect for the kids. They used the paving stones as a dance floor. The neighbors were respectful as well. My only con is that I can hear right through the wall as if there isn’t a fire wall. Other than that it was well worth the money and in a quiet neighborhood which made the experience all the better. Thank you so much

Clean and comfortable

A great place to stay! The place is well taken care of with a quiet neighborhood. The fenced yard was great for our two dogs. The place is about 8 miles to Navarre beach. The bay is beautiful too. I highly suggest driving to national gulf seashore for a more private beach. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We would definitely stay there agin if we were in the area.

Great Stay! Great Location!

Just 15 minutes and you’re in the water at Navarre Beach. That includes driving, parking, and walking across the sand. 30 minutes one way to Destin, 30 minutes the other to Pensacola. House was clean, cozy, and perfect for a small family getaway. Loves our stay!
