A stylish beach home in the heart of Navarre! Modernly decorated, three bedroom, two bath home that is close to everything. Fully stocked kitchen including a coffee & wine bar, and tons of beach gear (chairs, towels, games, umbrellas, canopy, cooler) provided for all of your vacation needs!

Enjoy outdoor living on the large patio that includes a brand new 6 person hot tub, lounge area with 55" Smart TV, fire pit, dining area, and string lights. We also have a ring swing game and giant Connect Four on the patio.

Next, head to the game room to play some ping pong, darts or shuffleboard or relax in the cozy family room (sectional that includes a queen sleeper).

25 min to Pensacola Beach

Shopping center with grocery store is less than a mile (in the neighborhood)! Easy access to everything. Quiet road with elementary school a few blocks away.

This property was designed with the guest experience as a top priority. The beds and couch were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the amenities like hot tub and game room were the cherry on top! And we were able to bring our dogs which is a huge bonus. Big fenced in back yard for dogs.

Great Location & Home

This was our fourth trip to Navarre and 4th home we’ve stayed in and by far the best! We were there from Christmas Eve - New Years Eve and Elizabeth had a Christmas tree set up in the home! It felt like we weren’t missing out on being home! Communication was flawless. The beds were so comfortable and the games were a big hit! We will definitely be back!

Great house for a family vacation

They had everything you need for the beach: chairs, boards, buckets, things to make sand castle, etc. The outside patio was great spot to relax. The only negative was poor water pressure in the shower. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great trip!

Close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood

Great rental property. Well stocked kitchen and lots of game options for a rainy day or recovery from a beach day. The owner has thought of everything when it comes to this property. We enjoyed it very much and if we make it back to this area we would like to stay here again.

July 4th celebration

We had a great stay for our 4th of July celebration. This property offered lots of amenities to enjoy the beach and time at the house. The backyard was a great space to relax.

The home was all it was expected to be. Very well maintained and convenient for my family. We had 6 adults and a one year old. Plenty of room for everyone. Our stay was very enjoyable. Property manager was very quick with communicating and made sure we had what we needed for my grand daughter.

We loved this property. House was exactly as described. Communication from the host was excellent. The location was perfect in that everything was located close by. We would definitely rent again if it was available during our time in Navarre

Quiet and convenient

This property is situated in a quiet school neighborhood. It is convenient Navarre Beach and, in the off season, a good base for exploring everything from Destin to Fort Pickens. The home and grounds were fairly clean. For example, the tubs did NOT have any hair in them. But, they did have soap scum rings. We cleaned that from the tub where it mattered to us, and it did not keep us from enjoying our stay. A big plus for this home is that there was plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, etc. Also, there is a shopping center within walking distance with a Publix and several lunch shops. Overall, we recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our month stay here. Everything you need is in the kitchen and house. Our dog loved the backyard and watching the squirrels that came each day. Beds are super comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub almost every day.

Cute and cozy

We enjoyed our stay while we visited Navarre and Pensacola. The location was perfect, not too far from the beach, grocery store, shopping/restaurants, zoo. The house was very clean, had a lot of fun things for our children to play with in the game room/outdoors. We were so happy that they accepted dogs and there was plenty of space for them to run around in the fenced in yard. You'll really love your stay here as it was so cozy and clean!

Navarre Beach

Really enjoyed our stay! Love that beach necessities were included and available. It was only a few minutes drive from Navarre Beach. The place was a nice place to come relax. Cutely decorate! It was a bit warm outside to enjoy the hot tub and the game room in the garage, but loved the option. Check in and communication with host was extremely easy.

Worry Free Summer Vacation

We had 3 adults and 3 kids (14,10,8) and it was the PERFECT size for everyone. The location is great! Right in the middle of all activities between Pensacola, Gulf Breeze, Fort Walton, and Destin. Also so close to the beach, grocery store, drug store, and many eateries to choose from. There was many beach items available chairs, umbrellas, ice chest, intertubes, beach bags, and even a wagon. Definitely would stay again and would highly recommend to others. I tried to think of a recommendation for the property owner and the only small thing I would recommend would be a small a.c. Window unit in the garage for the game room area during Summer time. Although I can see that being a problem with the tenants if they just leave it on constantly not just when they are using the area. The kids didn’t let the heat get to them and loved that area and played ping pong and darts everyday. The adults opted for the very thought out back porch sitting area.Great Place.

We loved the house! It was literally right by the beach and stores were close. It had everything you needed pretty much! Our favorite was that they had a lot of beach items you needed and the backyard!

This property is fairly quiet in the summer time based on location near a school. The house was clean, amenities delighted and the backyard was secure and relaxing. Definitely will book again for our next family getaway! A LaCross

Smokers retreat

Renter beware, as you read all other comments and most of which mention having contact with the host let that be a sign. You usually only have to contact a host if there is an issue. We though all the comments were great until we arrived. The place contained a strong cigarette odor with a perfume smell to cover it. There were 3 glade plug ins just in the livng room as you walk in to mask the odor. As we arrived back from getting groceries for our stay we notice the smell was even stronger! Our dog even smelled of smoke. The HOST was very accommodating. The OWNER not so much, she was unwilling to issue a refund of any kind unless we left the vacated the property. we were stuck to ONE bedroom of 3 with an air purifier. IT was as if we were in a hotel room for 3 nights. Due these issues, we had to cut our vacation trip 2 days short. DO NOT RENT, if you DO NOT smoke. This clearly wasn't the first time they have had this issu/complaint.

Awesome little house!

We loved our stay here for a girls trip. It’s a quiet neighborhood but very close to everything in Navarre and not far from Pensacola/Destin. There were plenty of plates/bowls/cups/cooking utensils ect. which was awesome. Host was super nice and very communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Stylish, updated house with a great location - close to everything. Navarre beach is 3 miles away, shopping center and amenities within a mile (you don't even have to get on a main road!), and the laid back vibe in Navarre is amazing!
