Loved our stay at Summerhill!

We had a wonderful stay at our VRBO in the Villages. The space worked out great for us as we both worked from home plus the location was close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc.so it was very convenient, plus a short drive to the Lake Sumpter Landing Town Square. It was also dog-friendly so we could bring our pups along and the neighborhood was very walkable. The golf cart was also great to get around on. Kristina was a wonderful host and very responsive to any questions or needs we had. We'll be back!

Great zplace

Clean, neat uncluttered 3br house across from community pool. Extra large corner lot, screened porch, and yard chairs. Dont think you can do any better thsn this. Hosts were great. Complimentary golf cart.

Great home and location!

I stayed for a week with friends and we found the home to be just as the pictures presented. The home was very clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen had more than enough to allow us to cook some meals throughout the week, and even had items typically not available in rentals such as Tupperware, plastic wrap, etc.. The location was great, having convenient walking access to the pool was helpful! The golf cart was fun to use to get around and explore. I would definitely recommend staying at this home, and I’ll keep it in mind if I return to the area!

Great stay at summer on the hill

This was our second time staying at Summer on the hill. We had a great visit. The house is well appointed and right across from the pool. The golf cart is just fabulous to have. We buzzed all over The Villages in it. We will be back!

Summerhill Treasure

My husband and I rented for the month of March. We had a wonderful experience. The kitchen was well equipped for any cooking needs along with a ton of wine glasses and coffee cups. House was very clean and exactly as pictured. Beds were comfortable and owner provided more than enough hangers in every bedroom. The home is conveniently located. Publix is a 5 minute cart ride and the pool is literally across the street. The 4 person golf cart was a huge plus. Close to Glenview Country Club and Palmer Legends. The owner also provided starter amounts of dishwasher soap, laundry detergent, toilet paper and toothbrushes/toothpaste in case you forgot. We would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

Fantastic home

This is fantastic home to rent; extraordinarily clean, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The included golf cart is a nice perk too. I plan on staying here again at some point.

Really enjoyed our stay at Summer on the hill. House was well appointed and in a fabulous location across from the pool and just a short distance to restaurants and shops. We loved having the golf cart at the house also. We will be back!

Wonderful Thanksgiving visit

Wonderful home

Such a nice place to stay. Clean, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, pool across the street and convenient to stores and restaurants. Also golf cart to use. Everything you need. The owner was great to work with and had everything outlined in an informational book.

Great Location - The Villages Experience

The Summer on the Hill Property was absolutely wonderful. Kristina is the best person to rent from. The house was in immaculate condition. We had a wonderful time and are planning on returning.

great place for quite escape

We booked this VRBO for 6 days as a mini getaway. The first thing we noticed was how comfortable all of the beds, and sofa was! everyone slept amazingly during the stay, which is not typical for our previous rentals. There were many stores within 15 minute drives of each other. Big cities such as Tampa, Orlando, and Ocala were only about 1.5 hours away, max. The only thing we noticed were that on arrival, the dishes appeared to be a little dirty, but we ran everything through the dish washer and it took care of the problem easily. We definitely enjoyed our stay and look forward to returning for another getaway!

Summerhill

This property was as everything listed. The decor is very pleasant. The house is well appointed and provides everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is great - not far from restaurants, Publix and Walmart and very easy to get to from the Turnpike or I-75. Kristina was very responsive to any issues or questions and they were resolved in minutes. The enclosed patio is a great place to relax with a cup of morning coffee. The 4 seater golf cart was an extra added bonus. I would definitely recommend this house for a nice, relaxing vacation.

But until we get there, we want you to enjoy this peaceful green space we fell in love with. Originally we are from Germany, so we speak German fluently and would be happy to chat with you in German. We have travelled quit a bit and our experience in travel and moving between Germany and the United States multiple times has taught us how to be good hosts.

Summer on the Hill is such a bright, happy, and open home in the most perfect location. Staying here, you might not even need a car during your vacation! We provide a golf cart and plenty of shops, stores, and restaurants are just a few minutes away just off Country Road 466.

Summer on the Hill combines all the conveniences of home with the tropical atmosphere of a Florida oasis. With its setting on one of the largest lots in the neighborhood, surrounded by greenery, majestic oak trees, and gorgeous palms right across the street from the neighborhood Adult pool, there is no better place to relax. The house does not only feature a very private tiled lanai in the back with a screen enclosure that can be opened of closed off but also a screened front porch for morning coffee or 5 o’clock happy hour in addition to the large backyard.
