The HONEY HOLE is a newly renovated modern home near Watts Bar Lake. Tucked away in a private fishing community, you will have all the amenities of home plus private access to the neighborhood boat ramp, dock, pavilion, and playground. Enjoy the mornings and evenings sitting on the large wrap-around deck, or walk through the quiet neighborhood and enjoy the wildlife. Coming to the area for fishing or boating? There is a large driveway and parking area for three trucks and trailers.

Had great time was a perfect place, very clean, and so well stocked in the kitchen. Was able to cook full meals for the family we was in the area to visit. Beautiful location, saw many deer. Will definitely would stay here again.

Quaint little house. Very comfortable for two small families. The kids enjoyed the numerous games and puzzles. We walked around the neighborhood which was quiet and neighbors were friendly.

Clean and beautiful home within walking distance to the lake. Great time for fishing and swimming. Home provided great amenities! Our chocolate lab loved it too! Highly recommend!

Great stay for fishermen

Had a fishing tournament on Watts Bar. The accommodations were great for us. We were able to park three trucks with boat trailers and another truck in the driveway. A boat launch was conveniently located very close to the house. All of the guys that stayed bragged on how nice the house was and how pleased they were. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean & Convenient

Sara hosts a clean rental. Downstairs was great for our kids to hang out while we relaxed upstairs. We were here checking out surrounding area properties for ourselves while I can see others may stay for fishing. If so, the spot is perfect. Nice yard for a pet! Only downside would be weak wi-fi but that's mountain life! Enjoy it. Read a book or get outside! Wish we used the awesome firepit but it was freezing out for us lol Thanks again!

Enjoyed our stay

It was comfortable and relatively roomy for our 4 adults and 2 children stay. Even though the temperature plummeted outside, we were warm and toasting inside. The air hockey in the basement was a plus for the kids. Property manager was very helpful with the details of what to expect.

Perfect get-away

Our family met over thanksgiving week. This home was perfect. The set up is comfortable. The accommodations were comfortable and neighborhood was charming and safe! My kids loved having the basement area to themselves and played a lot of air hockey! Everyone had their own space and was able to relax for the week. Quiet and peaceful! The Honey Hole is priced very well, owner is very nice and you literally have everything you need. Owner left a few outing ideas. We did several of them and really enjoyed ourselves. House is a quick drive to local shopping or a beautiful scenic hour drive to larger cities.

Great getaway. Peaceful and relaxed.

The house is just like it is pictured inside, roomy, relaxed, spread out nicely. There is room to play games at the table, read a book on the couch, watch movies as a family, sleep comfortably, sit outside in the cooling evening, play air hockey and hang out downstairs, etc. . Just a really nice place to stay and so peaceful. It was just what we needed. We will visit again.

Beautiful House, Awesome Neighborhood

Sara is awesome to respond to any questions quickly. The house is beautiful with lots of room. The neighborhood is awesome also with great playground, fishing and swimming. Fully equipped Marina and a close restaurant were a plus. Again Sara was awesome to deal with.

Beautiful home, amazing host!

We loved our stay. The deck was great for relaxing and watching the sunrise. The inside has been wonderfully updated and the downstairs was great for the kids to play and hangout. Sara was very welcoming and an amazing host.

Our home is off the beaten path but still contains all of the modern conveniences that you would expect in the city. It is really the best of both worlds! After a short drive through the country from the main road, you will arrive at your private cozy oasis. The house is fully stocked with everything that you will need to grill a steak, host a pasta night, or drink a cup of coffee or tea while enjoying the sunrise. We are approximately 20 minutes to the closest Wal-Mart and conveniently located between Dayton, Knoxville, and Crossville. Use our house to go on a day trip to the Aquarium in Chattanooga or hike at Fall Creek Falls. If you are visiting the area for fishing, we are approximately 30 minutes north of the Dayton Boat Dock and 20 minutes south of Tom Fuller Memorial Park in Rockwood. Our house is truly a HONEY HOLE - the secret location where you will want to come back to again and again!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

We are located in a quaint fishing community consisting of older and newer homes. Residents are frequently seen taking leisurely walks, driving golf carts, or admiring the wildlife. The street is wooded and quiet and deer are frequently seen roaming up and down the main road or on the property during the early morning and dusk. Even though the house does not have direct water access, there is both a private and public boat ramp within three minutes of the house. Guests may swim, fish, or pull their boat in/out of the water from either of these convenient locations. The neighborhood boat ramp and dock is close enough to enjoy while you view the serenity of a TN sunset. Two local marinas are open seasonally and offer guests the opportunity to dine and/or rent watercraft vehicles.
