Entering the home, you’ll see why it’s perfect for hosting large gatherings. The kitchen is spacious and professionally equipped, with plenty of indoor and outdoor dining space. The living room features a stacked stone fireplace and comfy seats to snuggle into movie nights on the smart TV. And don’t forget the epic game room - with a pool table, ping pong, foosball, board games, and more.

Feel free to bring or rent your own boat and jet skis, and park them in your designated 28’ boat slip.

Have no fear - you can drive right up to the front door and enter with zero steps. The main floor features three bedrooms, including the downstairs master suite, and the 100ft outdoor patio is also accessible with no steps. We designed our property to be relaxing and open to all.

⚓ WATER SEASONALITY ⚓
November through April is the “off season,” when lake water depth decreases by 5 feet. Luckily Dreamland Cove has deep waters, and our brand-new dock features year-round water access. During the off season small crafts like kayaks and paddle boards can easily navigate, and launch from our convenient side-yard lagoon area. Motorized boats can still park in our boat slip during the off season, though accessing our stationary dock from the water may be somewhat inconvenient due to the shallower depth. Watts Bar Lake begins to rise in April, and generally reaches full depth during the first week of May.
