Charming 3-4 BR home with pool, river access & sweeping grounds

Enjoy panoramic views of the Sierras from the sweeping grounds of this 2 acre estate. New to the vacation rental market, this resort-style property will delight guests with amenities such as a private pool, direct river access, and a fitness course. Located about 3 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park, the Redwood Retreat is the perfect escape after long days exploring the magnificent Giant Sequoias.

The tri-level home has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the lowest level, a master bedroom & bath on the uppermost level and a potential fourth bedroom with a queen bed in the outdoor glamping tent. There is also a queen size convertible sofa in the upstairs loft. A third full bathroom is located outside and very near to the tent. There is a massive outdoor kitchen/entertainment area and a backyard that easily covers about 1.7 acres!

This home has just completed a full renovation and boasts all new flooring, paint, furniture, linens, kitchen supplies...you name it. If visiting the Big Trees is on your bucket list, we invite you to heighten your experience by choosing this marvelous property as your home base. Come for the park, stay for the Retreat.

The Redwood Retreat was fantastic. We enjoyed the entire property - house, pool, access to river, and tent cabin - it was all better than we had hoped.

We enjoyed every bit of this expansive property, both inside and out. Even though the inside is great, we spent most of our time outside at the many gathering areas. The pool was wonderful, especially after a day of hiking in the park. The OK corral was great for hanging out, especially while cooking dinner on one of the 4 grills and smokers. Highly recommend this fantastic property as your base to explore the area.

Excellent!!

This place is exceptional!! Very baby friendly even with stairs. My kids enjoyed the obstacle course and pool. The kitchen was well stocked and CLEAN. The host was super easy to work with. I would highly recommend this place.

I'm a single mom traveling with two kids, 13 and 9. The place was easy to find. It feels secluded, though there are neighbors nearby. That pool is perfect! So refreshing after a day of exploring the parks. The place is immaculate and has all essentials for kitchen and bathroom. We loved watching the turkeys and deer pass through the yard every day. Of course, we had to spend one night glamping in tent, which was very comfy. It's like having your very own private resort! Robin was very helpful and responsive. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Fantastic Sunrises and Sunsets

Fabulous views in all directions, lovely pool, comfortable beds, and close to Sequoia/Kings Canyon Parks. What more could you ask for? The house was well stocked, clean, and felt like home. The owner was very kind and responsive when we had a question. Absolutely would stay here again!

Quiet and Beautiful

We spent 5 nights at this property. This is approximately 1 hour away from the densely populated Sequoia forests. It was great to spend the day in the park and have a comfortable and beautiful place to hang out and rest. The kids loved the pool and swimming under the stars.

Perfect spot for a Sequoia vacation

This property is perfect for a family looking for a relaxing getaway near Sequoia. The pool is great and the backyard view is amazing. The kitchen is stocked with all cookware & everything you need to cook your own meals, plus there's a spectacular porch and bar area. The pictures in the listing do a great job of selling it - and it lives up to it in real life. This property and the overall experience exceeded my expectations and my whole family had a great time.

Lovely home and property

Well appointed, clean, roomy inside and out. Lots of things to entertain the 9 & 12 y/o...pool, river, obstacle course, and exploring. They excitedly watched as a deer walked through the backyard to the front of the home. Robin was attentive and very helpful to our needs.

Spacious Home Minutes from Foothills Gate

We booked this location for our vacation at Sequoia National Park. The drive to the park entrance was very short, and we were also close to many places to eat in Three Rivers. The Sequoia Coffee Co, River View Grill and Bar, and Three Rivers Yogurt were our favorites. The highlights for us were the pool and A/C. We stayed in June during a heat wave, and having the pool available after a long day in the park was a great way to cool off. Overall, the home was very spacious, safe, and accomodated our 18 month old very well. Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and communications with the owner were never an issue throughout our stay.

Magical Retreat

There’s something so special about this place. Morning and evening deer in the yard and wild turkeys, birds... What a peaceful place. Robin is absolutely the best! She thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. Any questions we had were answered immediately. It is literally a 5-7 min drive to Sequoia National Park! So perfectly located! We also did a river rafting trip with the whole family (basically next door to the property) This was truly a gift to our family. Thanks Robin!

Absolutely wonderful!

What a fabulous house and vacation in Three Rivers! This beautifully furnished and comfortable house is located with an epic view of Sequoia National Park, along with a rolling lawn that leads down to the river. With the very cool outdoor bar, lounge areas, and outdoor porches, we spent our entire time out in the fresh air. When it got a bit chilly on our final morning, we cuddled up inside in the comfy living area. The house fit our entire party easily, accommodating everyone’s needs and had a great dining room table for game night! The house includes all necessary appliances and amenities, from extra toothpaste to quality coffee. The host, Robin, was friendly and responsive to all questions. She was most definitely a “super host”!

The Best Home in Three Rivers

Wow - what an amazing property! This home is perfect for 2 families of 4 (or 5) staying together. The home was beautiful, updated, clean and inviting. The backyard was absolutely magnificent with breathtaking views, so much space for the kids to run around and the best fire pit I’ve ever gathered around. The host was amazing with communication, stocking the home with anything we needed and providing us with updates and working around our schedules. The location was a perfect spot in town close to the shops and restaurants and 10 minutes to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. There is also a beautiful river that runs behind the property and that was a fun thing to do with our kids. I highly recommend this home to anyone who is visiting Three Rivers and Sequoia National Park. Thank you Robin!

Love this property .

We had a very pleasant stay as a family, on the ground we were able to walk, run and do many activities. In the pool we were able to spend some very pleasant afternoons. The only thing that my family was not very happy about was the rooms on the ground floor because you can hear a lot of banging from the footsteps from the upper part but🤭 but in general everything was very good. Thank you Robin for the attention and because she was always on the lookout, we hope in the future to continue making reservations with her.

Wonderful stay! Spectacular views!

This was such a wonderful stay! I went with my family and had a lovely, relaxing time. It’s a beautiful property with incredible views - honestly, the pictures don’t do it justice! The house itself also seems to be newly renovated, with brand new furniture. The host was very attentive, friendly, and quick to respond to questions we had. Very relaxing and fun trip - and would definitely book again!
