Our charming, pet-friendly condo boasts ground-level, walkout access to the outdoor pool (seasonal; May-Sept long), year-round hot tub & fitness centre. This 2-bedroom condo is a 3-minute walk to the famous Lake Windermere`s sandy beaches & winter Whiteway. The Rocky Mountains that surround the area provide the perfect backdrop for your getaway. This popular location is also walkable to the downtown core.

Each bedroom is designed for comfort. Every detail - from comfy room darkening shades to high-quality linens - has been curated to ensure our guests enjoy a peaceful and comfortable sleep.

Patio
Being right on the ground floor, you are able to walk straight out and onto the day`s adventure. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine while to kids run around the grass area. The propane grill will work great all year.


Laundry
There is a washer and dryer available for your use in the unit. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets are supplied.


Parking
You will have access to a dedicated underground parking spot during your stay. There are additional visitor parking spots in the outdoor parking lot if needed.


Check-In/Checkout
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Located within minutes from Invermere’s downtown core but also offers the peace and quiet you’d expect from a mountain and lakeside vacation, complete with its million-dollar views.

When you stay with us you’ll be close to:

James Chabot Beach: Enjoy the convenience of beach access, where you’ll find plenty of picnic tables for eating with the family, shallow water, making it perfect for swimming with the kids and ample space to launch a kayak or stand-up paddleboard.

Radium Hot Springs: Take a dip in the hot springs and relax while soaking in a blend of scentless minerals that’ll leave you feeling brand new. An experience you won’t want to miss.

The Whiteway: A 30km multi-use trail groomed for both cross-country skiing and skating. It was granted the world record as the world’s longest-maintained skating trail by the Guinness Book of World Records.

Greywolf Golf Course: Enjoy this world-renowned course ranked among the top 15 best courses in Canada, perfectly positioned against the backdrop of the Purcell mountains. Also close by are Windermere Valley Golf Course, The Ridge at Copper Point & Eagle Ranch Golf Course.

The Farmer’s Market - Enjoy shopping for fresh produce and local specialties every Saturday morning at our town’s local market.


Panorama Transportation
The shuttle to Panorama Ski Hill runs 9 times per day in the winter months. It will pick you up at the Dairy Queen located just behind the condo complex. The first shuttle is at 9:10 AM. The last shuttle of the day returns at 10:45 PM.


Consumables
Please note that we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, paper towel, coffee etc.) but do not provide refills during the stay.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

* You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.


HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 6 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. Although pets are permitted on the property, we ask that you please keep them off the linens and furniture. Any excessive dog hair or damage will be charged to the guest`s name on the reservation.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

Condo is in a fantastic location, 5 minute walk to the beach, and short walk downtown, to restaurants and grocery. Condo is very clean, well appointed and an excellent lay out for two adult couples. Main floor location was perfect for our needs, underground parking is a very short walk to the unit. Owners communicated very clearly throughout the process, check in was smooth, and the condo was freshly cleaned upon our arrival. We’ll be back!

This was a great choice to enjoy the beautiful town of Invermere. It is easily accessible, close to the pool, hot tub, and gym with excellent access to a cute beach. The kitchen and laundry were equipped with basic supplies which made it very easy to adapt to a new apartment for a week. The building managers were super responsive and provided very clear and helpful instructions as we neared our stay and on the day of both our arrival and departure. Highly recommend this lovely little spot for your next visit to the area.

Nice place to stay

The house was clean, well stocked and comfortable to be in. Would stay again next time we're in Invermere. Communication was extremely easy with the land lords.

Went for a quick weekend golf trip. This condo served our purpose very well. It was very clean and had everything we needed including laundry. It was in a good location as well . Great place!

Great place

Check in was easy. 10 minute walk to downtown Inveremere. When we checked in there was pet hair on the furniture. Contacted the manager, they responded quickly, and offered to have someone to come clean, but we just started doing it ourselves.

This was a great place to stay. The only issue we found is it is hard to take little dogs off the property to go to the bathroom. It would be great if they had a designated dog area. Other than that, the stay was great

Great location

We enjoyed the rental very much. Close to amenities, the pool was great and we loved the walk-out patio. It made visiting with family easy and we appreciated the afternoon shade as it was very hot during our stay. The fully stocked kitchen and in-suite laundry were also very nice! Would stay here again.

Taking it Easy!

From start to finish this was easily the smoothest family vacation ever! Simple booking, accessible hosts and great property. Quick access for loading/unloading, steps away from pool or beach and a variety of quick bites near by made for a stress free getaway. Location was great on the lower level. Suite was well equipped with kitchen supplies. Washer and dryer were great. Persons who like beds on the harder side will find the beds appropriate. The couch is dated and could use replacing in the near future. Showers were nice as well.Note: The water in the unit was a bit on the hard side which ended up giving my wife and I some issues having to by bottled water. This is a personal issue and may not affect all but I thought I would mention it. The water was quite yellow brown and had to run the lines a bit until it cleared up. Being on the lower level I will also note that we had a family with two young kids above us and the noise was quite bad. Communication with landlord was fast and received prompt responses. Again, may not be an issue all the time. Overall the unit was nice, comfortable and convenient.

Weekend Getaway

This is a great place to stay for two couples sharing. We went to skate and ski the Whiteway, so the location was excellent. Also very close to Panorama Drive. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the shared space between (living room and kitchen area) was plentiful. I was grateful for the nice frying pans and utensils. Also was impressed by the amount of glasses and dishes so we weren't having to handwash anything. Dishwasher worked great! The bbq could use renewing; keep a close eye on anything you grill. The communication with the agent was excellent. We would definitely recommend staying here and if the opportunity presents itself, would stay here again!

Not worth the price

Location of the building was the best part, very close to lake and decent food options. I wouldn’t book this apartment again. Ground floor patio was filled with mosquitoes and no natural light. The pool was ok but not well maintained, bit dirty and not even any umbrellas for shade. Property management was good they offered a lot of information to assist with the stay.
