Year Round Escape in the Heart of the Rockies!

Looking for a weekend away? Or better yet a week escape? Look no further!

We have a 2bdrm; 2 bath + DEN (sleeps 6) condo in Invermere, BC. The condo is located in Windermere Pointe Condos right behind James Chabot Provincial Park on Windermere Lake.

This unit boasts a newly renovated kitchen with gorgeous quartz countertops and fully stocked kitchen to support your culinary creations. Enjoy your meal at the cozy dining table or on the deck overlooking the wetlands.

Set up = Sleeps 6
Master Bedroom - KING bed and walk-through closet into a 3 piece ensuite (shower)
Second bedroom - Queen bed
Den (with a door) - Double Bed and single custom loft bed
Main bathroom is a 4 piece (tub/shower)

There is a communal outdoor pool and hot tubs (one hot tub open year round); exercise room and just a few mins walk to James Chabot beach (playground, beach, washroom/changerooms). Enjoy beach fun in the summer and x-country skiing/skating on the lake in the winter. Panorama ski resort is a 20min drive for winter fun and the cross-country ski, mountain bike, trail running, hiking options are endless. We even have a paddle board for guests to use on those sunny summer days!

Traveling with kids? Pack light ~ We've got a pack and play, high chair (booster seat style), indoor toys, beach toys and life jackets.

Excellent location. Peaceful 6 Nights. We used as a base camp to the area and National parks. Didn’t mind the drive. The unit was very clean, comfortable, easy accessible, well equipped and decorated. A plus was a pool and hot tub when in season.The owner does an excellent job to make sure you have what you need to enjoy! Thank you for the comfortable accommodations!

The apartment was clean and well appointed. We basically just slept there. Made breakfast in the morning but were out for the balance of the day. It's pricy but what isn't these days in Invermere!

Wonderful vacation

The condo is beautiful and fully stocked. This is our third stay in this condo complex and this was our favourite condo. We enjoyed the ease of access to this main floor unit and its great view of wetlands, lake, and mountains. The south-facing deck caught the sun and was protected from the wind. The three bedrooms worked well for all four of us. Our granddaughter loved the toys! The location gives easy quick acces to great hikes. You can't beat being a couple minutes walk to the beach and also having a well-heated pool and two hot tubs none of which were at all crowded during our stay. When we return to Invermere, this will be our first choice for where to stay.

Great suite for our family. All the amenities we needed and more. We wanted for nothing. Very easy to get to the building, into the parking. The kitchen, bathrooms and laundry had all we needed. This is one of the only suites where the den has a proper door; which gave all our kids the privacy and quiet they needed. The patio is lovely to sit on. Well sheltered with a great view. The pool is a super short walk away; and the lake, beach and playground are only about a block away. Easily walkable with picnic stuff and beach toys. The owners were easy to communicate with and responsive, though we really didn’t need anything. This was one of the best short-term rentals we’ve ever had. We really enjoyed the suite and its location and would 100% book again. It is as advertised and, in fact, better.

Great Condo Stay

Came for the Wings over the Rockies bird festival. Was a perfect location and building was quiet as it's off season. My only complaint would be the trains. There are a lot of trains going through close to the property.

Comfortable stay

This property was very clean & cozy. The open floor plan made for a spacious feeling. The VIEW of the lake & Rocky Mountains were an added bonus reminding you of the beauty nature has to offer. A fantastic get away. The owners were very accommodating with their responses to our questions. Will definitely rent here again.

Great spot for a Panorama ski trip!

We had a great 3 night stay while skiing at Panorama. The condo is a great size and exactly as described in the listing. Megan and Richard are easy to communicate with and were happy to share suggestions on the area. Definitely adding this spot to our list of places to go back to! Thanks for a great stay!

We purchased this condo after owning and renting our condo across the hall since 2014. We are thrilled to now get to wake up to the peaceful wetlands and mountain views and we are excited to share our space with guests! We bought this as a place to escape the busy city life of Calgary. We loved the Columbia Valley from visiting it over the years and the valley has exceeded our expectations. It is a year-round playground for outdoor enthusiasts with the adventure possibilities endless. We love downhill skiing at Panorama which is great to teach the kids and also provides epic powder and steep slopes in Taynton Bowl for the adult kids. X-country skiing and ice skating fill out the rest of our days on Lake Windermere's Whiteway. In the summertime, paddle boarding, biking, hiking, sand castle building and turtle spotting are some of our favourite activities. We love to share our experiences with guests and help them to truly experience all the valley has to offer!
