Casa frente al lago en el lago Seneca

Esta acogedora casa frente al lago es perfecta para familias. El patio grande, privado y cercado evita que los niños pequeños vayan al lago. El columpio del porche en la cubierta es un gran lugar para ver impresionantes puestas de sol.

La casa cuenta con amplias habitaciones y cómodos muebles. La gran sala tiene una chimenea y estanterías empotradas que están llenas de libros, videos, DVD y juegos. TV básica por cable e internet inalámbrico también están disponibles. La cocina está totalmente equipada con vajilla, utensilios y pequeños electrodomésticos, pero no lavavajillas. La mesa en el comedor frente a la gran sala tiene capacidad para 8. Los desayunos soleados son deliciosos en el acogedor porche de pino nudoso.

El piso de arriba tiene 3 dormitorios con vistas al lago; uno tiene 2 gemelos antiguos; otro tiene una reina y 2 gemelos. El tercero es un pequeño dormitorio con 1 cama individual. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama doble y está cerca del baño. The Bunkhouse ahora está disponible como espacio adicional para dormir. Tiene su propio tocador y un conjunto de literas, pero no está preparado para el invierno. El baño de la litera de 1/2 baño está disponible de mayo a octubre.

Las nuevas escaleras al lago están iluminadas con lámparas solares. Nuestros 100 pies de costa incluyen una cubierta, un muelle en forma de L de 50 pies de largo y una playa para nadar. Puede usar la canoa y nadar hasta la balsa (nota: balsa disponible entre Memorial Day y Labor Day). El lago tiene aproximadamente 5 pies de profundidad en la balsa. This was the PERFECT lake front house!!My husband & I stayed here with 2 other couples in October. The house was very clean and extremely well stocked. Chuck & Chris answered all of our questions promptly. This was a great location for us to tour wineries on both the east and west side of Seneca Lake. The sunsets are gorgeous!

We stayed at the Lakefront House on Seneca Lake from Friday, October 3rd through Monday, October 6th, and it was wonderful. The home has that classic lakefront cottage feel—knotty pine walls, wood floors that gently creak, and a cozy front porch with beautiful lake views—yet it’s updated with all the modern amenities you could want.The bedroom setup worked perfectly for our group of six. With four bedrooms, everyone had their own bed, and the house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The location was excellent: wineries are very close by and just about 10 minutes to Geneva- grocery stores- fast food and anything else you might need. Also, it is an easy drive from Cleveland (I-90 nearly the whole way).Chuck and Chris were wonderful hosts—friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond when I had a question upon arrival. Communication was effortless!We had a fabulous time and look forward to booking with them again. Highly recommend!

The property was excellent and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked, as well as the bathrooms. The space was clean when we arrived. The views are beautiful, from the porch and from the great room. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful. Great property. Great host.

We came here on a joint bachelor/bachelorette lowkey weekend and had the best time! The rooms and house were all very clean and had so much character and charm! The views of the lake the house comes with is absolutely breathtaking! We enjoyed every bit of the property and had such a fun time! Chuck and Chris were always available if we needed to contact them and we hope to stay again as our group wants to make this a tradition!

We had the best time at Chris and Chuck's lake house. The house is well stocked and they have put so much thought into what guests might need. The house was clean, comfortable, and the perfect place for children (infants and toddlers) on vacation. The swing, sports equipment, firepit, and toys made our children's vacation special. We had a wonderful time there, and you will too!

We had a wonderful time. The beach is right down the steps, but you can enjoy the water from the porch and multiple rooms in the house. The house was very comfortable. I can’t think of anything we needed that wasn’t right there.

Camp Sunset

This cozy and comfortable house felt like home with a spectacular view of Seneca Lake. We enjoyed fishing and canoeing from the dock, S'mores from the firepit and several BBQs from the gas grill. The back porch facing the Lake provided a nice spot for coffee early and wine later! Easy access to 3 terrific state parks- Watkins Glen, Sampson and Seneca Lake provided additional activities like a pool, a splash ground, the Falls and trails to explore. We highly recommend renting this well-appointed and very clean camp for your vacation on Seneca Lake!

Beautiful!

This was a wonderful getaway for our family. We relaxed, went swimming, had a small fire with the fire ring and the kids made smores 2 nights. Even though you do have houses on both sides of you, you dont feel like they are even there. The house was spacious and beautiful! There are 2 vineyards close by. Would definitely recommend if you wanted to spend some lake time and fresh air!

Little Piece of Paradise

Had an amazing time. House fully equipped with anything you might need! The view of the lake from the porch or the dock was unmatched. Perfect location for wine/brewery touring. We just had THE best time and can't wait to come back!

Girls Trip

We had the best time during our 4-night stay. The location was fantastic, close enough to many things we wanted to do. We took some suggestions from the hosts, and were not disappointed. The house had everything we needed and then some! Very cute, very cozy, makes you feel at home, and some of the best sunset views at night! Would definitely come back and/or recommend to friends/family.

The Owners were communicative and easy to work with, and the property was lovely and mostly well-appointed (e.g. more paper towels, trivets, and larger oven mitts would be the only suggestion). We neglected some items on the checkout requirements but appreciated the feedback from the host/hostess to impart to our adult children who were left in charge of the departure checklist. The home had ample room to host our family and friends and amazing sunset/sunrise views of Seneca Lake! Thank you, Carson Family!

Girls getaway

The most important things that we were looking for were cleanliness and location. Our stay did not disappoint! The cottage was very clean and our location was close to the things we wanted to do, but private enough for us to be able to relax. We were even able to see the northern lights one night! We had a great time and would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect family vacation

From the moment we arrived we knew this would be a great vacation. Our 2 grandkids, 4 and 7, loved the yard and beach. We played badminton, corn hole, soccer, swung on the swing, kayaked, swam, searched for shells and rocks. Geneva is a short drive away for groceries, shopping and restaurants. AC was a bonus! We went for walks along the cottage road, watched the Olympics, read, played card games, did puzzles and napped. We loved the big picnic bench style dining area and the family gathering living room. Our 2 adult daughters stayed and son-in-law visited. Easy commute for them from work and Newark to come and go. The neighbors were quiet and friendly, private yard and beach.

Friends, fishing, FUN!

This was the best place for our group! We had two families and all 4 kids loved the space! The bunkhouse was perfect for the older kids to have a space to hang alone. The kids all loved fishing off the dock, kayaking, axe throwing and swimming! (Water shoes kind of necessary and was in the listing) Lots of places to sit and relax both inside and out, lots of beds to choose from, and lots of fun was had at the house! Chris and Chuck were easy to get ahold of for questions and reached out to see how we were after a few storms came through. We did a ton of hiking and the farthest spot was about an hour away.

Amazing trip at the finger lakes

My sisters bridesmaids and I planned a trip to Seneca lake to celebrate my sister before her wedding! We had an amazing time! The homeowners were awesome! The lake was beautiful! The home couldn’t have been more perfect! We got a lot of great pictures of the lake! Thanks so much!
