Hemlock cabin is set in 1 acre space at Geneva, New York. Available all year round, it is a cost effective and ideal getaway for honeymoon, romantic break and wine tour. It has 3 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 ½ bathrooms, washing machine, dryer, central air conditioning / heating throughout and free wi-fi access. It offers breathtaking views over Seneca Lake.

The rental of the property is for the entire property that is to say, it is not individual rooms or shared beyond the number of guests as stated on your booking.

Our rates are based on an included occupancy and a maximum occupancy.

Above the included occupancy, the additional guests over 10 years of age are charged at an additional $30 per person per night.

We do accept well behaved pets too and, the pet charge is $25 per pet per night payable prior to your arrival. This fee must be paid upon request.

While pets are allowed, we must insist that pets remain off of all beds and the sofa. Pets that leave behind fleas or other significant mess will cause their owners to incur a fumigation fee of $500
