The Retreat also features a cedar barrel sauna and cold plunge tub to detox and rejuvenate. Our lush grounds allow the perfect setting for a lunchtime picnic or morning yoga.

THE HOME
The 5000+ SQFT home features multiple living spaces. From the main living room, to the formal sitting room, or the massive media and game room, you are able to spread out and enjoy spending time with friends and family. The spacious back deck overlooking the city skyline and surrounding hill country is the perfect living space day or night. Lounge with with friends on the two large sectional sofas while gathered around the warm fire pit. The home features multiple dining areas including the formal dining room, breakfast room, and outdoor patio. We also offer the option to rent additional tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups.

THE BEDROOMS
The Primary Bedroom is on the main floor with tall windows overlooking the rolling hills and direct access to the outdoor deck. It features a King pillow top Tempur-pedic bed along with a queen comfort sofa sleeper, and smart TV. The Primary Bedroom includes en-suite bathroom complete with dual sinks, a separate jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, large makeup mirror, and heated towel rack.

Guest Bedroom #2 is on the main floor and secluded from the living areas. It includes a King bed with a high-end Simmons Beautyrest mattress, closet, and smart TV.

Guest Bedroom #3:
Bedroom includes a king size low profile wood bed, a large mirrored closet, and a leather bench.

Guest Bedroom #4:
Located on the top floor, this room includes a queen size Simmons Beauty Sleep bed, a full closet, and an end of the bed bench.

Guest Bedroom #5:
Guest room is located on the top floor and includes on private balcony with the best views of the property. This room features two queen canopy beds, closet, and a smart TV.

Guest Bedroom #6
Located on the ground floor of the home, this room includes a lush king Tempur-pedic bed and large closet.

THEATER ROOM
This ultra-premium and custom built theater was professionally designed by one of the world leading audio and video manufactures for their 2023 product launch. This incredible theater features the absolute best in home audio and video technology to deliver an unmatched movie watching experience. (Please note: theater chairs do not recline).

GAME ROOM
The bottom floor features arcade classics including Skee-Ball, Slam N' Jam Basketball, Four Player Air Hockey, CHEXX Bubble Hockey, and a Boxer punching machine. The room also includes a large 65" TV that many guests have used for their personal gaming device. The room could be used as the "kid's space" while parents are able to socialize without interruption from one of the three other living spaces in the home.

CHILD SAFETY:
The home is equipped with safety gates installed at the top of each interior staircase. A child safety fence for the pool area is also available by request. Other amenities include high chairs, Pack N' Play, a baby bath tub, and changing table.
