Home is adjacent to Bright Leaf Preserve and 15 minutes from downtown. Three floors with two master suites with views of the valley. Exceptionally quiet and on a cul de sac with ample free night parking. Chef’s kitchen with Wolf induction range and complete set of pots, pans and spices.

Home has an exercise room with tread mill, stationary bike and limited free weights. Beautiful custom steam shower and heated and gated pool. Heating for pool not available December through February. Second kitchen on ground floor. Great for families.

Outstanding property in a great location. Views are even more picturesque than shown. Immaculately clean and well appointed. Host was easy to communicate with and provided a nice variety of welcome snacks/beverages.

The pictures do not do justice to that view! It is ever so much more stunning in person. We had a great time at our work retreat. The house was lovely, very spacious and geared on every level to guest comfort. The pool was just the right size and depth for any age. Many thanks to our kind and attentive hosts as well. My mom left an item at the house and the owners found it and returned it the next day. I can wholeheartedly recommend this gorgeous property for any event you might have planned. Wonderful experience!

Great high quality place

Very nice and attentive host. Hospitality was felt from the moment I rented. Amazing place beautiful view of the 360 hwy and pennybacker bridge. John was very easy to work with friendly and overall nice.

Spectacular

This home had everything we needed to relax and enjoy our visit to Austin for a wedding. My family can get quite loud. The abundance of spacious common areas provided lots of comfortable places to enjoy quiet relaxation while the decibel level in other parts of the home reached fraternity party levels . The master bedrooms were huge with spa-like showers. The kitchen and pantry had everything I needed to cook and bake. There were even spice condiments so I didn’t have that grocery expense. The kitchenaid mixer was a nice surprise. The home had incredible views and nice breezes swept across the mountain at that elevation as we relaxed on the upper deck overlooking the pool. Birdwatching became a hobby using the complimentary binoculars, as various species perched on the high wires. The exercise room was a bonus to counter wedding festivity eating & drinking, and the steam shower was a nice treat.John, the host, was very easy to communicate with by text. The note instructions for door locking, electronics and cooking range were short and concise, making everything easy to operate.

AMAZING VIEW!

Perfect property! This house is sitting at the top of the hill had one of the best view over looking the Austin hill country. Only 15 min. to downtown, this place is perfectly located with the views and feelings of being in the hills yet a short trip to downtown. This was a bachelor party trip with 12 adult males and everyone had a place to stay. Very spacious. As the host, John went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Even heated the pool for us. This will be a repeat property stay for me! Great experience

Absolutely Perfect

From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the property. My first stop was the balcony, and the view was even more stunning than the photos had suggested. As I toured the rest of the house, I was met with one jaw-dropping moment after another. The spaciousness and comfort of each room was truly impressive. When the rest of my party arrived, they were absolutely amazed as they explored the house. No matter which room we found ourselves in, the level of comfort and attention to detail was exceptional. The host has clearly thought of everything to ensure an exceptional stay. The pictures truly don't do this property justice. You have to experience it in person to fully appreciate the magnificence of the space. By the end of our visit, everyone was wishing we could have stayed an extra day to soak it all in. I would highly recommend this property, especially for large families. It is just fantastic all around. The combination of the stunning views, the spacious and comfortable layout, and the host's thoughtful touches make this an unparalleled vacation rental. I did my best to keep this short I could go on and on.

We own a ranch on the coast so this is our second home. Have family with grandchild 15 minutes away so we use this home about 50 % of the time when not used by our guests.

Great view. Separate living space if wanted for kids. Since we have grandkids, we have lots of toys and cribs available. Just ask!
