A totally renovated home in the heart of Roswell and central to Roswell’s best.

Come relax and stay at our fully renovated cottage loaded with charm. The home features an adorable front porch for relaxing. This 2 bedroom has all the touches. The beds are super comfy, we supply high quality shampoos and local handmade body soap, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, and a fire pit to snuggle up to in the evening under the stars. We are walking distance to many of the Roswell Wedding Venues, restaurants, 2 coffee shops, the Rowell Mill, hiking trails, rock climbing, tubing, and the best of the Chattahoochee River. We look forward to hosting you soon. The home has a shared porch to a small office that operates m-f 9:30-4.

This is such a great property! I used it for my getting ready location for my wedding at the Roswell Old Mill Machine Shop and it was absolutely ideal.

Clean fresh and well apportioned

This is a large well designed property (clean and fresh!). Coffee house next door has great croissants and Roswell Junction is a few short steps away to get food and hear music. Weather did not permit it, but I could see using the outdoor space.

Great area, great host, great stay

Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Atlanta. Roswell is a great area and enjoyed this home with a lot of nice touches.

Perfect Respite in Roswell

Myself and my sweet dog Rosie found ourselves in need of a short term rental for 2 months while our home was being remodeled. I came upon the listing for this sweet house & immediately reached out to Amanda. From my initial communication with her to our most recent, I felt like she was a very good friend. My father passed away unexpectedly right before my stay & Amanda reached out with the most comforting and supporting message. She is amazing, authentic, supportive and responsive. When I walked into the property, it immediately felt like home. It’s as if I had decorated it myself. I loved my time here. There were zero surprises with this property. Everything is as stated or shown. My Rosie LOVED her walks around the neighborhood. She loved rolling in the grass in front of the coffee shop, loved meeting new friends on her walks, chasing squirrels & smelling all the fallen leaves. The only drawback was how busy Atlanta St is and how small the sidewalks are for dog walking. Neither can be controlled by any property owner. I would 100% stay here again or any other property owned & managed by Amanda and her crew. 5 million stars!

We Absolutely Loved our time at this Beautiful Completely renovated home in the heart of Roswell. The home is Beautifully decorated, it’s a home away from home. Spotlessly clean. Beds So comfortable, and it has So Much space. Full size kitchen and an outdoor fire pit area. The owners are excellent to communicate with. They even left us a sweet card and a generous gift card for the coffee shop that is just 2 doors down. How did they know we Love coffee?! Such a treat. The coffee was Wonderful. Don’t hesitate to book this for your next stay. Also, close to everything restaurants, shopping, and very quick access to the highways for getting into the city with ease.

Worked for a long term stay

The house is nicely appointed and worked well for our 30 day stay. The owners were super helpful and friendly. We could not have asked for a better experience.

Excellent Stay

Great location in Roswell and easy access to downtown Atlanta. The house had nice decor and was well furnished. Amanda was easy to work and very accommodating. Snacks were left for the kids, which was super nice and helpful!
