Discover a gem! This fully renovated, beautifully decorated house, is located at the heart of Historic Roswell, only a few minutes walk from many attractions, parks, and top-notch restaurants. You will have access to a gate in the backyard, your own "Gateway to Heaven", that will take you straight to the beautiful and peaceful grounds of the Roswell United Methodist Church, and from there, it's a short walk to Canton Street, Roswell Mill Park, and so many other attractions. Book quickly!
The space
This impeccably renovated house is designed with your comfort and entertainment in mind. Everything in the house is brand-new!

With an open-floor layout, you can easily host both family and friends alike. The kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, new kitchenware, Italian silverware, and all other essentials for crafting delicious meals. Complete with both a Nespresso machine and a Keurig coffee maker, you can jump-start your mornings with your very own coffee corner. The dining table comfortably accommodates up to 8 people, with two additional spaces in the Pottery Barn kitchen island, and the plush couch and swivel chairs provide an ideal spot to unwind and enjoy a movie, or your favorite sports in the oversized TV located right above the cozy fireplace.

Each bedroom is equipped with top-tier mattresses and linens to ensure a restful night's sleep. The three fully renovated bathrooms showcase the finest quality materials, and the shower water pressure is unmatched.

You can both work hard and play hard in the game room/office, offering a versatile pool table that can convert into a ping-pong or regular table for games, meals, or casual hangouts. Additionally, it includes a poker table, a fireplace, a large TV, a full bathroom, and a beautiful office space. Coupled with our high-speed internet, this makes the house a perfect setting for remote work.

The laundry room features new, large LG washer and dryer appliances for your convenience.

The expansive backyard deck is an ideal space for entertainment, showing off your barbeque skills or simply savoring the beautiful views and serene surroundings. You must experience it for yourself! The generously sized fenced backyard ensures privacy, with a grass area perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy games like corn-hole.

Journey through the “Gateway to Heaven”; the backyard gate providing direct access to the picturesque grounds of the United Methodist Church, featuring a playground for young kids. From there, it's just a short walk to the attractions of Historic Roswell, top-notch restaurants, shopping, arts, and much more.

Our guests have full access to every part of the home and backyard, with the exception of a small downstairs closet reserved for maintenance.

KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

- BEDS: The property is optimized for up to 6 guests.

- BABIES: If you are traveling with children. We will have at least one pack-n-play portable crib available for you on the property when you arrive.

- BUGS and NATURE: While our house is regularly treated by professionals to keep bugs outside, some may wander indoors, so please help us by keeping the place clean, closing doors, and wearing insect repellant.

- GAS for GRILL: The cost of propane gas for the grill is included with your stay! If you have to exchange a tank because we forgot to refill, a one-time fill-up is 100% reimbursable.

- INTERNET and TV: Enjoy high-speed 5G internet for all your online needs, from streaming movies to sports events on your devices. Our TVs are equipped with Roku in Guest Mode – simply turn them on, and they will prompt for your check-out date. Rest assured, any credentials used during your stay will be automatically deleted right after the designated check-out date and time.

- MAINTENANCE CALLS: We'll do our best not to disturb you. If maintenance is needed during your stay, we will always attempt to communicate with you first in non-emergency situations.

- PARTIES and CONFETTI: Parties are not permitted at the property. Small gatherings to celebrate birthdays, babies, graduations, or weddings are permitted as long as they are disclosed beforehand and all guests and visitors are included in the reservation headcount. Guests caught hosting undisclosed parties will be evicted without a refund and their accounts reported. Glitter, confetti, and powders are strictly prohibited because they can and do stain the floors.

- PETS: No pets are allowed on this property.


SAFETY CHECK-OUT PROCEDURE:

Our guests are never expected to clean the house—that's what the cleaning fee is for. We do, however, ask our guests to put all their garbage into the provided garbage bags (including recyclables) and wash/return any used dishes before checking out. This helps us to avoid leaving behind food smells that attract pests.

Beyond that, guests are only asked to turn things off and make sure fires are out, etc. before departing. A short list of safety tasks will be sent at the end of your stay.


AVOID FINES

We have 2 no-exception fines for the property:

- Stained bedspreads will receive a $50 charge to replace.

- Putting any unbagged solid waste into the large outdoor cans will result in a $50 fine. Unbagged trash is a safety issue and an expensive problem for our trash valet.

All other damages, stains, or extra cleaning are handled on a case-by-case basis and can result in a fine. Cleaning fees only cover standard makeready costs--not deep cleans or excessive messes.

Fines are very rare, but they do happen when guests don't read the house rules or choose to leave behind large messes.

The property exceeded our expectations--smart layout, beautiful light fixtures, tasteful decorations, and everything we needed for our stay.My only disappointment is that I had to contact the hosts twice to request the property address, door code, and WIFI info. They should provide this info several days before our arrival.
