Property is ideally located at a private location yet close to all attractions of Blue Ridge area with downtown Blue Ridge and Lake Bridge only a short drive away. This pet friendly luxury vacation home with 5 bedrooms on 2.5 acres boasts a huge indoor pool (heated for extra charge) & hot tub. Great entertainment with deck, BBQ grill, putting green, fire pit, theater room & game room in basement with pool table, foosball & Arcade games.

Main level with vaulted ceilings in living room, fully stocked kitchen & dining area provides ideal setting for family time, while 5 BR gives everyone enough privacy.

Enjoy time with the family around the fire pit or grill on deck (wood for fire pit and propane for bbq grill are guest responsibility).

Main level has

⭐️ Living Room with vaulted ceilings & large windows which allow lots of sunlight. Living room also has fireplace with 65 inch TV

⭐️ Bedroom 1 has two queen beds & 32 inch smart TV

⭐️ Bedroom 2 has bunk beds with full over twin plus a pull out trundle bed which can accomodate a total of 4 kids. Also has 32 inch smart TV

⭐️ One full bath (bathroom 1)

⭐️ Fully stocked kitchen with refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, drip/pod Kureg coffee maker

⭐️ Dining area with large dining table & smaller kitchen table. Additional seating by the kitchen counter

Upper Level:

⭐️ Master bedroom suite (bedroom 3) with King bed, attached full bath with jacuzzi tub (bathroom 2) & 58 inch smart TV

⭐️ Bedroom 4 with king bed & 40 inch smart TV

⭐️ Bedroom 5 with queen bed & 40 inch smart TV

⭐️ Combined full bath (bathroom 3) for bedroom 4 & 5

⭐️ Theater for family movie time with 65 inch smart TV, blue ray player, recliners & selection of board games for family fun

⭐️ Loft area can be used for quiet reading & as a work area

Lower level:

⭐️Large private indoor heated pool (36 x 16 feet) & (3 to 3½ feet deep) on the shallow end and 8 feet deep on the deep end. available year round. Pool can be heated for extra charge of $100 per day (to cover cost of propane as it requires a lot of propane to heat a pool of this size). Please note that the pool needs to be heated for the entire stay and so must pay for the entire stay at $100/day. When heated, pool heater temperature will be set to 78-80 degrees and will NOT be hot like a hot tub. Please reach out to host for pool heating charges payment and setting up propane pool heater.

Alcohol is not allowed in or near the pool. You are not allowed to use the pool if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the pool AT YOUR OWN RISK! No life guard on duty. Absolutely no diving allowed. Please follow pool rules.

⭐️⭐️⭐️NO PETS IN POOL AREA: ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Please note pets are not allowed in the pool area. It is very expensive to clean the pool after pets. Plus pool has a lining which can be easily damaged by pet claws/paws which can lead to a tear in the pool and will require the entire lining to be changed which is extremely expensive. If there is any evidence of pets in the pool area such pet hair etc, a heavy fine of $1000 will be imposed plus any costs for cleaning and repairing pool will be guest responsibility.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with all your needs for your home away from home to either serve a hearty breakfast or prepare a home cooked family meal for those nights when you don't feel like eating out. If you are not in the mood to cook indoors, you can always BBQ on the gas grill outside (It is guest responsibility to refill BBQ grill propane tank).

⭐️ House-trained pets are welcome for a pet fee of $150 per pet per booking (max 2 pets, 30lbs max weight limit each)

(Please note no pets are allowed in the pool. if there is any evidence of pets entering the pool area, there will be penalty of $1000 to cover the costs of cleaning the pool)

Outdoor Area:

⭐️ Relax on the outdoor deck or soak in the hot tub (which is cleaned after every guest) while enjoying the serene natural beauty of the outdoors

⭐️ Enjoy the firepit while watching the stars in the night sky for perfect family time after day time adventures (please note we do not provide firewood)

⭐️ Enjoy the putting green while the family gathers around the fire pit

⭐️ Enjoy a cook out using the propane BBQ grill (guest responsibility to refill BBQ grill propane tank)

Guest access:

Access the property via a gate. Guest access the property via smart lock for contact less check in. Front door code will be provided two days before check-in. We require main guest making the reservation to provide a valid ID to be submitted via our online check-in form.

There is ample parking at the property for multiple vehicles.

Note: Bringing extra guests above maximum occupancy is not allowed. Violating this rule is subject to $100/per extra guest above total occupancy per day.
