Newley Remodeled and Furnished, Cozy House 5 Minutes From Downtown!

Beautiful just remodeled and furnished, single family residence close to downtown and everything. The house is one story and located in a quaint neighborhood. Outside there is a porch in front, a large covered lanai in the back and big fenced yard for your pets. Inside as you entered there is a beautiful living room with a 6 sitting modular couch overlooking the beautiful modern electric fireplace and large TV. The dinning table has a bench for two and 4 chairs. Master has a TV and an electric fireplace and a King bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the opposite side of the master and are separated by a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has also a TV. All TV's are smart TV's so you can log into your accounts and watch.

Wonderful home tucked in from main drag. Quiet neighborhood, everything you need. Came for Christmas. Grew up in Mount Dora and was very happy. Hope to stay here next year.

This cozy home is as advertised, very clean and spacious. My and family and I enjoyed our space within this lovely home. If you’re in the Mount Dora this is a no brainer. Close to Downtown and local attractions.

Modern and clean home!

We had a wonderful stay! All the comfort of your own home while away! The beds were comfortable and all of the needed kitchen items at our fingertips. The neighborhood was very quiet. Watching the squirrels climb around the trees while overlooking the backyard on the porch was quiet and calm drinking our coffee. If we are ever in Mount Dora, we will be back! Highly recommend!!

Antique getaway

Our Golden Girls group stayed here for 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is beautiful was perfect for us. It was too cold to enjoy the back porch, but it looked very comfortable. Everything was in perfect shape and clean. Would definitely return.

Beautiful Home

We booked this home for Thanksgiving to gather with our extended family. The house is in a beautiful neighborhood and very close to downtown Mt. Dora. It was clean, nicely decorated, and the beds were comfy. Our dogs enjoyed running around in the fenced-in backyard which is a must when we travel! Communication with the owner was seamless. I would definitely book again if ever in the area again.

We had to select another location at the last minute and this house scores high points. Comfortable vibe with all the accessories needed for the perfect stay. Close to shops and restaurants.

Exactly what we wanted

We wanted a nice spot between Fort Myers and Charleston to meet with family and this house was perfect. Three comfortable bedrooms, plenty of seating space and a nice lanai. Everything we needed and great communication with the owner. And Mount Dora is a beautiful area to explore.

Well appointed house in great location

We were in Mt. Dora for a sailing regatta and the classic boat show. There were 3 couples and the house was perfect. It is very clean with everything you need and very tastefully decorated. Would definitely stay here again!

Recovering from knee surgery in Mt Dora

Host kindly allowed early check-in. We were able to figure out the electronic lock after several tries (no instructions given). “Basic” furnishings and amenities confirmed to be the stated goal of the host. Host quickly complied with requests for additional items. We were able to find risers for the low queen bed so that I could get in and out a little better. We were able to make do with no dressers for our clothes but that was inconvenient. Able to add all of my passwords to navigate the living room Amazon fire tv and download all the needed apps (no instructions). The Samsung in the bedroom was harder to figure out. Small kitchen with basic supplies. Conveniently located.

I am a superhost with 5 starts reviews on all my vacation rentals in California and now here in FL as well. When I travel I use Airbnb as well so I design my places with the comfort I long for when away from home. I carefully planed and organized all properties and if I missed anything I make sure I listen to all suggestions. I go above and beyond to provide a wonderful experience to my guests. When my guest leave long reviews detailing how much they liked their stay it really makes me happy and it proves that my efforts pay off.

This home is cozy and has a great layout. I love the neighborhood and the close proximity with downtown, Gilbert park and the Lake Dora. Our community is small and quiet and has walking pathways for you and your pet.
