Minutes away from beautiful gulf beaches. Also close to downtown Tampa, St. Petersburg & Clearwater.

The spacious master bedroom has a king bed and trundle bed (two twin beds) plus a large bathroom and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom has two queen beds. There is also a queen blowup mattress. The second bathroom is between the two spare bedrooms.

⭐️ For little ones: pack & play crib, children’s table & chairs, high chair, baby safety gate, pool float, water play table, books and more.

All areas are available for guest use except the owner’s closets and garage. There is ample driveway space as well as street parking.

DETAILS TO NOTE:
- Pool is NOT heated, but does receive direct sunlight all day long. The temperature is typically consistent with the Gulf’s.
- Cars can be heard from outside the residence since it backs up to trees lining a main road.
- Snakes, lizards and bugs (such as ants, mosquitos, palmetto bugs, etc) are all native to our area. The house is treated regularly, but guests may still encounter any of the above. This is Florida— bugs happen! No refunds, no host liability.
- SmartTV’s with Netflix access. Guests will need to provide their own credentials for alternative streaming applications. No basic cable.
- There are security cameras around the perimeter of the house (which are not monitored while the home is occupied). The security alarm system is also disabled during guests’ stay.

- Minimum age requirement of 25 years old to book.

We expect our home/property to be respected and for guests to clean up after themselves.

The house is in the quiet residential subdivision of Bay Haven. Children frequently ride bikes through the neighborhood— PLEASE respect the speed limit.

Property and layout were great. Booked an extra day and the host changed the code and never gave me the new one so we spent pretty much the whole last day out of the house. Other than that it was great!

Comfortable, clean home just minutes to the beach!

Spacious and clean home with a well stocked kitchen, nice pool and lots of extras. Comfortable beds and bedding and the “rainforest” shower in the bathroom suite was fantastic. We appreciated all the extras like beach towels, bicycles, beach chairs, books and even a paddleboard and kayak. Nice neighborhood just minutes from Redington Beach and Indian Shores. Excellent communication with host. We had a wonderful stay!

We loved our stay. The house was clean and well stocked. The pool was warm because of the Florida heat. The host was excellent.When visiting the beach we parked at Tiki Gardens. The parking is free after 5pm which worked well for us.The house had everything we needed, a cart, chairs (6), umbrellas, and towels. There are only 2 bikes so if you have a large family you may want to schedule some more.Lastly I would say visit the property before going to the store as you may not need to buy as much as you think because it was pretty well stocked.

Great place to stay!

This place was everything the pictures showed. Had a small issue with getting into the place but Danielle was quick to respond and reset the lock. All our kids enjoyed the pool everyday. The beach equipment was also a big plus!!

My family were visiting because of our daughter graduating college. This place was perfect! So many things to keep everyone happy. The hosts thought of every detail. Thank you for letting my family call it home for our stay.

Best family time ever!!

Traveled to FL with husband our 2 sons and a girlfriend. The three bedroom was perfect, pool amazing and ping pong a bonus. House is well stocked for fun and cooking if you want. Loved our time there and would love to come back.

Excellent Kitchen!

We had a great time at this location. The kitchen had everything we needed, including a large pot to cook all the crab legs in. The kids all got to bunk in one room while the adults enjoyed their quiet nights. The pool was a real treat. Very clean and fun to play in! Best part was all of the items available to use for the beach. They had a well needed cart and 4 boogie boards (we added to the pile.) Clean up was super easy. We will definitely save this location for a future stay. Thank you!

Would stay here again!

This was an amazing property and an amazing experience. The house was fully stocked with everything we could possibly think of and more. Very comfortable lots of amenities. This house was close to Indian Shores, which is an amazing beach, and tons of other places to check out. An overall wonderful experience!

Amazing location!

This home was in a great location! Quick drive to the beach & close to lots of grocery stores! The pool got sun all day long! The neighborhood was great for walks! The owners were great & answered any question we had! Would defiantly recommend this home to others!

Beach Get Away

Needed a beach get away while son was interning at CMERA. The house was perfect and close to the beach! Clean and well stocked. We enjoyed multiple beaches while here - Indian Shores, Sand Key and Fort Desoto. Indian Shores was the closest and the one we enjoyed the most. Took a day trip to Weeki Wachee for kayaking in the spring. Restaurants all around and none disappointed. Pool was a nice treat after long beach days. Highly recommend!

Welcoming, comfortable, spacious & convenient!

Greated by the curb appeal & efficient digital access! Every bed has a very comfortable mattress & lots of pillows, providing a great nights rest:) Nice size rooms & layout so everyone can spread out!! Great location, close to beach, restaurants, shopping, grocery store! All this and a pool, pool table & little extras such as games, bikes, suntan lotion, spices,soap, shampoo, dish detergent, laundry detergent, beach towels! Stayed with family, 5 of us, aged 12 to 61! We all loved it:)

Absolutely Perfect!

This property was everything and more! We were pleasantly surprised with the fully stocked pantry! Every owner should do this!! The home was very clean and spacious. The ping pong table was a hit with the kids and parents too! The back yard was perfect too! Having a pool with 4 kids is priceless. Clean and well maintained with some grass for the kids to play. A 6 minute drive to the beaches. And the house comes with all the beach supplies you will need. Very quite safe neighborhood. We will definitely stay here again!

One of the best rental properties we’ve every been to.

This house is incredible. The space within the home is laid out perfectly so everyone can be together and then also have privacy at night. The pool and recreation areas are amazing, and the care and attention the team pours into this property is apparent. It is quite seriously one of the cleanest properties I’ve ever been in. In terms of location, we were able to explore everything in the area, from St. Pete to Orlando to Sarasota to Weeki Wachi, and of course the beach just a minute away. There’s also a Walgreens literally 2 minutes away. They also went above and beyond for us with select accommodations and check ins, and it made us be able to enjoy our trip even more. This is literally a perfect spot! Of and of course, our kids refused to leave the pool, it was stunning. Thank you for everything!! If you’re looking for an amazing rental in Tampa Bay, you found it!!

Really nice home close to the gulf beaches. Well stocked with most essentials. The pool was beautiful and clean but unfortunately too cold to use probably because of the time of year; February. The pool did get full sunshine but the backyard and seating around the pool was mostly shaded; once again this may be because of the time of year!! I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone else. The only negative was the TV situation. No basic cable so no local stations and TVs in bedrooms did not work. The homeowner only offered Netflix. Luckily we have YouTube TV so we were able to use the main TV in living room once we figured out how to connect to our account!

Seminole stay

Lovely house in a very quiet residential area. Plenty of space for everyone, both indoors and out. Lovely pool and decking area for relaxing. House was very clean with well stocked cupboards for crockery, cutlery, kitchen implements. Great sized bedrooms with plenty of storage space. Loved the big walk-in shower in the onsuite, nice touch that toiletries are provided as well. Plenty of towels for both bathing and pool/beach. Spent the day at the beach, made so much easier by the provision of trolley, beach chairs, coolers and beach umbrellas, particularly as we are travelling from Scotland. House is close to main supermarkets - Winn Dixie and Publix, as well as many restaurants, takeaway places, etc. Enjoyed our daily walks to the beach - only takes about 15/20 minutes on a straight road down and back. Would highly recommend this house for anyone looking for the best of both - own pool and beach nearby. Thanks to Danielle for being so accommodating to our requests for early check-in / late checkout. Your kindness was very much appreciated.
