Our newly-renovated home is the perfect place for you to kick back and relax after a long day at the beach. We're centrally located to the most beautiful beaches along the gulf — just 5 minute drive to the closest one.

The space
Our modern, thoughtfully-designed beach home has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with plenty of space for up to 7 guests.

LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN
- Spacious living room includes a 65" Samsung 4K smartTV with Netflix. Board games also available.
- Brand new kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, and ample cookware and kitchen tools for you to cook a great meal for your group.
- Workspace also available for those working remotely.

BED & BATH
- Master bedroom: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed
- Bedroom 3: 1 bunk bed (twin over full)

- Bathroom 1: attached to master bedroom with walk-in shower
- Bathroom 2: full bathroom with bathtub and shower combo

OUTDOOR SPACE
- Outdoor patio set in our expansive backyard with seating for 6
- New 4-burner propane gas grill for you to cook up a meal

EXTRA AMENITIES
- Parking for 2 cars available on the driveway
- Beach towels, chairs, and umbrella available for use
- Each stay comes with a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap & sponge, dishwasher packets, and laundry detergent. We also have additional linens and cleaning supplies available.

HOUSE RULES
All guests must follow the house rules as they are enforced at all times.

- Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am.
- No parties, excessive noise, or any illegal activity shall take place at the property.
- No pets allowed in the property or a minimum $500 fine will be assessed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the house or a minimum $500 fine will be assessed.y.
- Please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. If the property is damaged or dirty in a condition beyond reason, there will be an additional minimum $500 cleaning fee. Broken, damaged, or missing items may result in additional charges.

Convenient location. The owners were easy to communicate with. The home was beautiful and very comfortable. I highly recommend this property.

Quiet and spacious home close to the beach.

We were there for the weekend and were very pleased with the home. The beach was less than a 3 min drive away and it was less crowded than Clearwater and enjoyable. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This property was a dream. Beautifully designed and in an amazing location. The host was communicative and went the extra mile to mail my daughters new lunch box. This is certainly a must stay!

Perfect family home away from home

Comfortable family retreat with a great layout. Everything we needed for cooking, for the beach, and super convenient to have laundry on site. The beds were comfortable, very nice and spacious bathrooms. We even enjoyed the grill on the back patio. Location was close to the beach and really easy to navigate the neighborhood! Ann was super responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Clean, safe, quiet neighborhood with walking distance to great food and very close to beach

The home was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked to cook meals. The best part was the location! Just a couple minute drive to the beach. We went to the beach everyday during our stay and preferred it over the popular ones nearby like Clearwater. It's quieter, has more local vibes. The location is so convenient that we were able to go to the beach in the morning for a bit and come back in the evening to catch some of the most beautiful sunsets on the beach.

This house is as nice as it looks in the pictures. A very comfortable, clean, and updated home. We would ABSOLUTELY stay again. The owner was responsive too. Well equipped kitchen, great coffee station that includes a French press as well as a normal coffee maker. Close to a Publix grocery store and a terrific breakfast restaurant called Benedict’s. Of course the beach is close too.

Convenient location for everything needed

While in town for a festival my husband, his sister, and I enjoyed our "home away from home"! This property was way more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Everything was quite comfortable! I will note that there's only one TV (in the living room), if that's your thing. My husband prefers to sleep with noise, but I enjoyed the peace and quiet 😊

Clean and close to the beach

Very nice and clean property. Very close to the beach. You wouldn’t want to walk but it’s less than a five minute drive. And they had a good amount of beach toys, floaters, beach chairs, and an umbrella in the garage. The bunk bed is a little loud when you roll over on it. But otherwise it worked great for our family of seven.

Seminole Sojourn

Our month at the Seminole home was most enjoyable. The home is well designed and equipped for daily living and comfort. Location is near a very busy street but easy to merge into traffic at any time of day. It is located close to several beach access areas, as well as a number of excellent museums and restaurants. The neighborhood is safe and comfortable for walking. Communications with the property manager were always immediately addressed, however the home was so well furnished that communication was rarely needed.

Feedback - Recommendations

Overall, my family and I had a good experience ! The property manager was accessible and very professional. A few recommendations. 1. I would suggest having T.V.'s in all bedrooms. 2. Confirm that all appliances have been calibrated and to leave a separate set of troubleshooting instructions if needed. 3. The keypad used to access the home acted a little stubborn at time while trying to enter the access code. Very beautiful propery that has my stamp of approval !

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home here in Seminole. They have everything you need here at the house. Beautiful and spacious. We booked our stay and even added an extra day onto the stay. We recommend this property to anyone wanting to be close to the beach.

Amazing stay, so close to the beach and fun area of Indian Rocks

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was clean and spacious for us to spread out. The location was perfect! We enjoyed that we were less than a 5 minute drive to the beach and there were a lot of nice waterfront restaurants and bars for us to enjoy. It's also super close to a bunch of shops and grocery stores so we were able to pick up groceries and cook a nice meal in the kitchen. Would definitely book again!
