2bdrm condominio / 2 baños, ubicado a menos de una cuadra del mar ya una cuadra y media de la Bahía de vela en el norte de Mission Beach. Una milla exactamente de Belmont Park, el paso y la onda. El salón tiene una bonita chimenea de gas chip de vidrio. El cuarto de abajo tiene una cama de matrimonio, y hay un sofá cama queen en la sala de estar con un colchón de espuma de memoria nueva. En la planta superior hay una gran área de loft semicerrada con una cama tamaño queen, espacio para sentarse y un televisor de pantalla plana grande que gira hacia afuera de la pared 90 grados. También encontrará un pequeño rincón con una cama nido (dos camas individuales) y una puerta que da a un pequeño balcón con una mirada al mar. La altura del techo en el área de la cama nido es de unos 5 pies por lo que es mejor para los niños. Cada piso tiene un cuarto de baño, una bañera / ducha completa la planta baja y una ducha de cristal a ras de piso de arriba. Máximo 6 personas, incluyendo niños. Este acogedor apartamento de dos niveles, cuenta con una cocina totalmente equipada, Internet por cable de alta velocidad con WiFi, tres televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD, cable y llamadas telefónicas ilimitadas en todo el país. Una barbacoa eléctrica está en el balcón por la puerta principal. Tablas de surf, sombrillas, toallas de playa, juguetes para la arena para niños y cuatro bicicletas playeras compartidos para explorar la comunidad de playa después de aparcar su vehículo en un garaje el coche compartido 2. Cuarto de lavado y cochera extra para un pequeño coche compacto.

Nice place and good communication with management. Parking is tight in the garage, if your renting an SUV, it wont fit. Would stay again.

Location was a ideal (unless you want to see the beach from the Unit). Cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. Large unit with one proper bedroom (with a door) and a loft (which is open to everything in the unit). Everything was quirky and dated but clean for the most part. The trundle bed was broken and it was amazing to us that someone made the bed and didn’t report the repair (we did). Communication with host was a bit tedious. They called several times prior to arrival which felt unnecessary. Note: even if you book on VRBO you have to do everything (even pay balances etc) on their platform. All of the codes to doors, lock etc are intermingled throughout the arrival document which make referencing the codes not ideal. The arrival doc will only be available exactly at the check-in time (or at least that’s what the rep said on the phone but it didn’t arrive til 30 mins after we could have checked in and only after we called repeatedly and messaged at the check in time). The checkout list will make you question if they have a cleaning service. The bikes were a great perk, however one was broken thankfully there were 3 working bikes and 3 of us.

Mission beach

Close to the beach, beach amenities including chairs umbrellas, body boards and towel. Appreciated thee bathroom amenities including shampoo conditioner body wash, tp and many other. Wee Loved it.

We had to have plumbers come in and correct drain issues. We were not able to use sinks, shower for several hours I requested a 1 hour later check out and they let me know it would be $20 additional. In my opinion that was poor judgement and if anyone should be reimbursed for inconvenience it should be me. It was a nice place though.

Way too loud! Property is ok. Location is ok. Two loud parties in the building. Had to call police after trying to reason with tenant. Samething the next night. Called and spoke with rental company-they said all they could do is let other leasing agent aware of situation-which I totally understand but that obviously did not help me. First time doing a VRBO. Will not do one again. I will always do a hotel

Location, location, location

Location was awesome. Beach on one side and the cove on the other. Bikes are useless. Unless you’re shots are up to day, I would not and did not touch those rusty things. Boogie board and chairs were awesome. Extra charge for air conditioning for a $400 plus per night place was ridiculous. $35 per day. Next time I will just add that to the nightly rate and find a spot with AC. Overall, there was plenty of room. 3.8 out of 5.

Location Amazing

We have stayed here before. It's a perfect location and a nice place. The smell of the bakery below will make you want some and it very good. The inside is a little dated but the experience as a whole was great.

Perfect Getaway Right on the Beach

You are steps away from the beach, no roads to cross to get there. The condo was exactly as it was in the pictures so it was a relief to know I got what I paid for. Everything was clean and cozy. The bakery downstairs was so good too. Belmont park was only a 15 minute walk so the condo was in a perfect location to it. All of the codes given for the property worked without any problems. The only downside we encountered was the parking in the garage. We have a Honda van and we made it fit and it was difficult to maneuver in backwards but my husband got the job done and it was also great to know our van was safely tucked away so really no complaints because they do offer a fully covered garage. The neighbors had a car so it worked out ok for us. This condo made for a perfect retreat with plenty of bed space and seating for our family of 5. I would love to come back and rent from them again!! Also the communication from Nancy's Rentals was great. They called and sent emails to us ensuring we were doing well.

Family beach vacation

Came to San Diego to tour colleges with our kids wanted a fun spot by beach for some fun too. Communication with owners was good, check-in/out easy, nice to have off-street parking in garage but best to bring a small vehicle otherwise tough to get in/out of it in the little alley behind the unit. Beds were OK, place was kind of hot/muggy in July, fans helped, you can pay extra for an AC unit witch was locked when we were there. Plenty of space for 4 people. 2 minute walk to beach. Bikes and boogie boards were great. Loved, loved loved Olives Bakery downstairs from unit.

Exactly as described

We had a great Thanksgiving stay. The place was exactly as described in the listing. Great location just steps from the beach and the morning smells from the bakery are amazing. Parking is very tight and would not work for a huge SUV or truck but is otherwise doable. Well equipped and very clean. Bikes are older but they worked great. We enjoyed the nice big table for our Thanksgiving meal. Great customer service and we would book again.

Excellent Location

This location was perfect for four gals from ND that have been best friends for 38 years! Beautiful beach, boardwalk, bars, restaurants and shops all within short walking distances. The property was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach chairs and boogie boards that were provided were such a HUGE asset! We all had an absolute blast out in the waves!! We all appreciated that we were working with a professional company. There were no surprises and the orientation guide was very informative. The personal phone calls were such a nice touch! I would definitely rent from Nancy's Vacation Rentals again! We have already recommended them to several friends!!

Hook Review

Great location! Short walk to the beach and several restaurants. 15-20 minute drive to the Zoo and 10 minute drive to Sea World. Property itself was great-we had plenty of room for 4 adults. Bikes were a nice extra feature.

Fun under the Sun!

We had an amazing time during our stay. It was great having the unit so close the the beach. We were able to spend all the time we wanted having fun at the beach. The unit was clean and spacious! We’ll definitely be back! Thank you for the hospitality.

Great stayvatication

The property was really nice. I expected the property to have the same vicinity to the beach as shown online. The neighbors kept up loud music both late night and early morning. I did appreciate the level of concern and attention from the manager to address this issue. I would definitely stay here again.

Place had great space, furniture a little old and tired. The neighbor played his surround sound until midnight and kept us awake, despite being asked to turn it down.

Two weeks 3-people family trip to San Diego

My husband, our 10-years old son and I booked Pete´s Mission Beach appartment for 2 weeks. We arrived after a 6 hours drive from Phoenix in San Diego. We rent a middle class car, because it was told that the garage is very small.. everything went perfectly! All the codes that we got from Nancy´s Rental Vacation went perfectly! The garage opened without problems and it is really necessary to rent a medium/small car. The garage is for 2 cars and it is possible if both neighbours park backwards...it is a little tricky, but perfectly possible and really luxury to have a place in a garage at Mission Beach!! There is absolutely no other parking space.. The appartment was perfectly equipped, everything you need was in there. Additionally to that, Nancy´s Rental put toilet paper, shower gel, washing tabs for the dish washer and so on in the appartment! Unfortunately, there was a neighbour who must have had something like a cinema sound system or something like that. When he startet to watch TV in the evening, our mirror at the wall startet to vibrate and no communication was possible anylonger. We contacted Nacy´s Rental Vacation and they did everything they could to stop that. The rest of the neighbourhood was perfect! The beach was 2 minutes by foot, gorgeous! Some restaurants and everything you need is also just a few steps away. We defenetely recommend this appartment, we had a nice time at Pete´s Mission Beach!

Siblings reunion

Petes Mission House was a great place for my siblings and I to reunite for a few days. It was spacious enough for all of us to hang out and have meals together and play games at the dining room table. The kitchen provided everything we needed to cook meals along with the simple necessities of dish soap/ dishwasher soap, paper towels, dish towels. The sleeping arrangement was fine for us as we are a close knit bunch! There is one private bedroom downstairs that attaches to the downstairs bathroom. There is another queen bed upstairs in the open loft that shares the space with a twin trundle bed. We also used the pull out couch bed in the living room. This place is located two doors down from the boardwalk which was just perfect, I'd rather be there than right on the boardwalk as it is a bit loud and crowded with people going by. We rode the bikes that were provided, the boardwalk is great to ride on along with the paths around the bay. I was a bit concerned about not having a patio or washing machine/dryer but it was fine. There is a washing machine and dryer located in the building, it does cost to use but the apt. provided a small jug of tide laundry soap which I thought was nice. We also liked having a keyless entry, which made it nice for all of us to come and go without having to worry about who has the key. The bakery downstairs is a bonus along with the choice of many other cute little coffee places to enjoy in the area. We enjoyed our stay there and would definitely rent it again.

Excellent place to stay!

This was the best vacation ever and the accommodations had a lot to do with it! It was clean, close to the beach, checkout list was easy and everything else was just as advertised in the listing. We have a spread of ages and the boogie boards were an added bonus!

Location and Value

Family of 5, ages ranging 9+ stayed in unit 3. Property description was accurate; location is walking distance to beach (very close), pizza, convenience store, bakery, etc. Nice to have beach supplies, including towels, available. We would stay at this property again.
