Terrific location for us as we explored the mountain bike trails around Crested Butte. Loved the expansive views as well as being close enough to town if needed. The facilities were first class and appreciated the full kitchen and private deck. Lori and Sean were super helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

This cozy, clean getaway was in a quiet, secluded neighborhood and had stunning wide open views of the valley and hills in south Crested Butte. The decor was nicely designed and comfortable with plenty of storage. The kitchen was sparkling clean and well organized. The host was very friendly and provided great info about the hikes and businesses in town. We would love to stay here again.

We had a phenomenal stay at the Buckhorn Ranch. The unit, which is above the garage, felt very private, modern, and was equipped with everything we needed. We considered staying in town or closer to the resort, but are so happy we opted to stay at this property as it was spacious and had incredible, sweeping views of the mountains. It was also only a 5-minute drive into town. The host was very accommodating and communicative, providing hiking recommendations and small gestures to make us feel welcome. We would love to stay here again!

Cozy Crested Butte retreat

Wonderful location with breathtaking views. Very clean and welcoming. I only wish we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend staying here.

Nice place to stay in CB

The house was very comfortable and in a nice area. We were excited to find we could easily hike nearby. I would not hesitate to recommend a stay at this house.

I stayed 9 nights and enjoyed tremendously every moment in this “Paradise”. The hosts were exceptional, the apartment was immaculate, the interior lighting was upgrade and the views were outstanding from every window. (And porch). I arrived for a “winter storm chase”which was very successful. (20 inches over 2 storm cycles.) The winter host Erin( delightful !) shoveled the stairs and walkways, snow blew the driveways as needed. Roads were also plowed as needed. (Allowing easy access from enclosed garage to downtown CB less than 10 minutes away.) l honestly can’t think of anything negative, just all super positive. Thank you, Ralph P.

We love the area and this rental. It's close enough to town for convenience yet is peaceful and picturesque. It's clean and well-appointed with everything one may need for a quality stay. We plan to stay again and again.

We had a great time in Crested Butte. The apartment was great! Dolores was informative and helped by sending us on great hikes and to great restaurants. We will stay there again.

This was our second stay. It is a perfect location with great amenities. The hosts are wonderful. The apartment is a great size for my husband and I to get away and relax in Crested Butte! We highly recommend.

The property is great but the welcome under our conditions were not great. We got in at 6:30 pm so it was dark. No lights outside of the property whatsoever, snow drifts and sidewalk not shoveled. Had to walk through snow banks and wasn’t sure which side of the house in drifts of snow to walk through. I was informed lots of ice in driveway. Needless to say I fell when tryin to access garage code. Rough welcome for the fist arrival and snow was shoveled the day we left Sunday. Other than that great spot and property.

Kathleen, I am sorry that no light was left on for your arrival. I will make sure that doesn't happen again for our next renters. VRBO sends access instructions 3 days before arrival which include driving into garage and how to access the apartment out the back door so that you don't have to walk in the snow. Did you receive those? We appreciate your feedback and will make sure our renters are better informed on access instructions.
