This condo has a full kitchen, a spacious living room for relaxing after a full day in the sun, and central air conditioning to keep you cool. High-speed WiFi is available. Plus, this condo has a sweeping view of the beach from every room.

Complimentary building-provided WiFi is a courtesy and not guaranteed.

Per building management, cannabis is prohibited everywhere on the Golden Surf grounds.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Loved the location and layout. The keurig coffee maker didn't work and the coffee maker didn't have a pot but everything else was great.

The property was extremely dated & very dirty. Walls were scuffed up, old carpet and it needed a SERIOUS deep cleaning! Even surface level was very dirty. Floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months, silverware and tray was dirty, lamps were crooked & loose, curtain rod and living room curtains were off the wall and on the floor upon our arrival. I immediately called the office and reported and woman said cleaners reported as well but no one ever came so we dealt with stepping over rod and daylight in our eyes very early.

Thanksgiving

This trip was planned for two couples/friends to meet at a 1/2 way point for Thanksgiving. Upon arrival the heat was on 64 and constantly ran but would not get warm. Contact was made with the host, on house issues: coffee maker not working and heating issues. We were advised local team was made aware. No one showed up until Friday afternoon. Late evening the unit was repaired. Wed -Friday was very cold and no one even provided heaters for us. Additionally no coffee maker to make warm coffee. We stay wrapped in coats and comforters for our stay. I am requesting a review for a refund or a complimentary visit.

The view is everything

The sunrise from the front deck is stunning. Enjoyed having my coffee and watching the sunrise every morning while rocking on the comfy chairs.Close proximity to restaurants and stores. The beach is literally steps away!!

We had a great time at this precious and spacious condo. It is very comfortable, and the view is spectacular. It is on the water but far enough away from the boardwalk that it's quiet. Will def be back!

Nice place to stay

I loved the space we had, the kitchen was stocked with everyday things we needed, We loved the chairs on the balcony with the tables. The washer and dryer being there for use. The view was beautiful. Thank you for the awesome place to stay. I would love to come back to this place in the future.

Ocean Front Balcony, Many Comforts, Good Value

Second time staying here and hope to return. A few minor quirks, (bathtubs with no stoppers, finicky kitchen sink faucet) but great location, comfy beds and couch, nice TV and a whole lot to like about this place, especially that ocean view!!!

Great spot!

wow wow wow love this condo! Great location in between both high and low number streets. Very accessible ex. High toilets , tall dining room chairs, and tall Adirondack chair and table on balcony. Great unobstructed view of crashing waves and dunes. Decent sized bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen comes with everything you need for a short stay. Came during the off season, checked in and out with no problem. Ample parking. Overall a great spot no complaints!

Great location

This was a five star location right on the beach. The home was updated in style and everything was conveniently located. A few minor repairs needed. Short walk to several restaurants and the beach was not busy at all probably because we were there after in September.

Not great

Very nondescript. More like a hotel suite than beachfront condo. No lighting in living area and no coffee table where you might want to put refreshments. Minimal decor and black grey and silver colors which is not very beachy. Obviously male decor. 2? useable beach chairs were maybe 20 years old or more all rusted and moldy. Probably not staying there again unless no other options. Also no towel holders in bathroom and bathroom sink off bedroom clogged.

Lovely place with a few glitches

The place was great - except there were no lights in the living room. No ceiling lights and no table light.s. Handle were broken off the freezer. Other than that it was wonderful. Clean, and we’ll appointed. The kitchen was very well stocked. Directions for the TV would have been helpful. Overall a great place

Good beach trip

Nice place, great ocean view, gets very hot during the day, wonderful beach access, wish there was an outdoor shower or foot wash nearby, and pool, but that’s on me, didn’t read amenities close enough, property was nice and big, appliances worked, showers drained slowly and a/c didn’t cool the apt down so much during the day and auto faucet was frustrating to use. Otherwise, great beach place! Comfortable! Nicely updated, pretty clean, large and updated

The view saved this place.

If it hadn’t been for the view and the ocean front location this property would have received a lower rating. Although there were some newer pieces of furniture the baseboards and walls were scuffed and looked like they hadn’t been clean in awhile (enough so that it was very noticeable).I cleaned off several spots in the kitchen of coffee and what appeared to be juice. The freezer handle was broken off. The hot water in the shower worked as intermittently as did the Wi-Fi. The biggest problem was with parking . I was told I would have two spots. I arrived to find one pass in the property so my guest needed to find street parking. (This was on advice of the contact after contacting them twice, as the previous guest had lost one of the parking passes). I then went out to find a note on my car from the condo association that I had an expired pass. After another set of texts then a phone call, I was advised to come pick two new passes ( about a 15 minute drive from the property)which would then need to be returned to the office ( not left in the condo) upon departure. When I arrived to get the passes I was told I should have gotten them upon arrival, however this fact was never communicated prior to my arrival or in the several texts and phone call about the missing pass. This was a huge waste of my short vacation time plus having to worry of my car would be safe or would be towed.

Spectacular view!

Had a wonderful stay Labor Day week. Loved the view from the balcony. The unit is exactly like the photos show. It was spacious and has everything you’ll need for your stay. The location is great with restaurants and grocery store close by. My only complaint was the keypad directions were not explained properly so we had to call for help to get in.

Great Location

Located on 82nd street this condo is centrally located to a good number of things. Head north on coastal highway and within a few minutes you can be at Alley Oops, McDonald’s, 5 Guys, Ledo’s Pizza, and Layton’s ( can’t beat their breakfast- can walk there from the condo). Two bedrooms with 3 beds total sleeps 6 easily. Two bathrooms also which is super important. Washer and dryer, stackable, that are easy to operate. A welcome package awaits you in the kitchen with laundry pods, dishwasher pods, hand dish liquid, kitchen garbage bags, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels along with some shampoo and conditioner and bath soap. Second visit in two months. Our go to spot whenever we decide to go to Ocean City.

Beach Access At Your Fingertips

If you are looking for beach access within seconds of leaving where you are staying LOOK NO FURTHER!!! Deck off the kitchen/living room area with a table and chairs gives you a priority front row seat to the ocean and dolphins swimming by. Several times we saw pods of dolphins which gave my grandkids a thrill. Familiar with this condo as we have stayed here several times when owned by previous owner. One bedroom with a queen size bed and a bathroom without having to go into the hall to access the second bathroom. A closet is also a part of this bedroom along with a dresser. The second bedroom has two full size beds with a closet and dresser as well with a night stand and lamp between the two beds. Both bedrooms have easy to operate window shades that darken the rooms. The kitchen has everything you could possibly want to prepare a meal or heat up something you brought home from a local restaurant. A Large reticular table sits across the bay window with four high rise chairs giving you a view of the beach and ocean. If you are traveling with more than 4 individuals, up to 6, there are two additional stools at the breakfast bar adjoining the table area. No one will feel isolated. Flat screen TV available with access to Netflix, sign in as a guest, and Prime Video. Dishes, silverware, coffee cups, glasses, cooking pans available. Welcome packet in kitchen containing shampoo, conditioner, hand dish wash liquid, pan scrubber, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, tall kitchen garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels. Felt right at home as soon as we stepped inside. The place to stay especially if you have children. Highly recommend.

Great place in the Beach

What I loved is 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, washer dryer!! Literally on the beach. Cleaning department could do better, and we had a problem with kitchen sink faucet, it’s a hands free touch one most of time didn’t work, maybe needs battery changed! Great location as well

Amazing View and Easy Beach Access

My small family of 3 rented this condo for a short 4 day trip to relax and unwind. The condo is in a terrific spot, right on the beach practically. The condo has an elevator which makes moving in so easy. The balcony has an amazing view of the beach and the ocean and the path to the beach is short and right next to the condo building. There are a few updates they could make to the amenities in the condo and although, Vacasa did not do a great job making sure the place was ready for us (missing linens and dirty dishes), which I hope was just a one time mistake as they are usually good, we would stay here again for sure. Our 10yr old said it was the best time ever!
