****Important**** A Linen & Towel Package is included for all rentals between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend only. The package includes linens for all the beds and sleeper sofa, where applicable, as well as towel sets equal to max occupancy, a bathmat for each full bathroom and 2 kitchen towels. For rentals outside of that timeframe, guests will need to bring their own or we have a rental option upon request.

Located almost right on the beach, you'll easily be able to come and go for lunch, snacks or to just get out of the sun. From the covered balcony, you'll be able to enjoy the cool ocean breezes and water views while you unwind from your fun-filled day. Located in strategic mid-town Ocean City, this unit's location gives you easy access to movie theatres, miniature golf, go-carts, the boardwalk, Jolly Roger Amusement Park, water parks, jet ski rentals and of course many of the best restaurants in Ocean City. All are just a short drive or bus ride in either direction.

This nicely appointed unit is exceptionally clean and has everything you need to have a fun filled vacation. There is beautiful wood laminate flooring throughout. The living room has a comfortable L shaped sofa for relaxing and a TV. The kitchen has a dining room table, granite countertops, beautiful blue tile backsplash and stainless-steel appliances. There is a washer/dryer combo for guest use and of course free WI-FI.

THINGS TO KNOW:
* Contactless check-in process. No waiting in line for a key.
* This is a non-smoking/ non-vaping unit.
* Sorry no pets.
* This unit does not rent to graduating seniors or to parents renting on behalf of graduating seniors. Sorry, no exceptions. All individuals in a non-family group must be a minimum of 25. The minimum age for groups increases to 30 during the Memorial/Labor Day weekends or holidays.
* There is an outdoor shower behind the building.
* Owner has provided a TV in every bedroom as well as one in the living room.
* This condo is on the 2nd floor. Tamboo is not an elevator building.
* One uncovered parking spot is provided. Additional street parking is available.
* Quick access to the beach
* The boardwalk runs from the inlet to 27th street. This condo is on 85th street.
* We provide a welcome packet which includes toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towels, dish washing liquid, and dishwasher pods.
* No extra stop at a separate office location required. Guests will receive complete check-in information via email prior to arrival.
* TV's can be a combo of cable and/or streaming. TV viewing options are chosen by the property owner.
* The sleep total of 8 is the maximum occupancy allowed, including children and infants.

We enjoyed our stay. It’s been updated and it was very clean. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked along with nice appliances. It’s super close to the beach as well. The only issues we had was regulating the AC, which could have been operator error and the entrance door doesn’t close tightly so when locking you need to pull or push the handle so that the lock mechanism can lock correctly. We would stay here again. It was a great time away.

Close to the beach and nicely updated

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was nicely updated and had a great view of the ocean out of the living room window. It was also extremely close to the sand which made getting back and forth to the beach a breeze. The only downside was that the showers are very tight which is not a huge issue unless you are 6'4" tall like I am. I will definitely look at staying here again.

Great beach location!

We had a great time at this awesome location. It was so close to the beach which is exactly what we wanted! It was pretty walkable to food as well. Everything was as expected. Our only regret was not staying longer!

Checkin was easy. Arrived really late and was able to access easily. Pros: Awesome access to beach. Kitchen open and nice size. Beds comfortably. Fans available for extra cooling. CONS: bathrooms really small. Showers REALLY small. On second floor no elevators. No started coffee pods.

Nice long weekend stay

The apartment was good for a long weekend stay. It was very close to the beach which made walking to and from very easy. I will say the the apartment never got very cold and was warm in the 2 bedrooms at night. I am guessing this is why there were fans in the closets. Besides being warm, it was nice for a girls trip for a long weekend.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The apartment was very nice and clean. The beds were comfortable and even the children said they liked their beds because they were comfortable. The apartment had all of the necessary kitchen equipment and tools for us to cook. It was very close to the beach. If additional non-stick surfaced skillets could be added, that would make everything perfect. The non-stick pan was completely scratched making it toxic to cook with. That was the only problem we had. Pan should be discarded and new ones purchased! Everything else was great.

This property was perfect for our group. My husband and I were with our two kids, 6 and 7 and our Moms. It was right off the beach which was perfect with the kids and dragging stuff back and forth! We were right across from Ropewalk restaurant which has great food and a playground for the kids. The location and the unit were absolutely perfect, no issues at all, would definitely recommend!

So convenient to the beach!

We loved it. The cousins got plenty of cousin time at the beach, on the boardwalk, and all sleeping in one room with the bunk beds. The kitchen was perfect for cooking all our meals and eating together. The best part was, of course, the proximity to the ocean. Everyone could come and go at their heart’s desire. Soooo close! And the view was amazing.

Great location!

The best part of the 5 day stay was the location. A short walk to the beach. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job. The floors were sandy upon arrival; even under the beds. Note for future renters: buy a dollar store bathroom caddy for in the showers, there was no where to put your shower items. Overall the house worked out perfectly for us!!

Didn’t Disappoint

Small but well furnished condo. Very comfortable for family of 5 adults and a 2 yr old. STEPS away from the beach. Only one assigned parking spot and street parking is not easy to find. Well equipped kitchen. Nice bathrooms. Comfortable sectional. Plenty of towels provided. Loved waking up to sunrise each morning. Great location for restaurants nearby. Had a great time and would book again.

TVs weren’t able to be used, tech came to house and couldn’t fix issue. Stated he would be back but never showed. Wish there was instructions to use the TV. Great location and would book again.

Great stay, A/C could be better

There was a lot to like about this property. The location was great; the kitchen was well-equipped; it was very clean. We had a nice fews days at the beach. Unfortunately, the A/C did not adequately cool the unit, especially the main room and one of the bedrooms. Either the thermostat is inaccurate or poorly placed, or the unit is undersized. The heat made it harder to relax and harder for some in our group to sleep. Also, the outdoor shower is just a showerhead hooked to a hose bib on the back of the building by the parking lot and cold water only.

Location was excellent, so close to the beach. Some staples we expected like hand soap and garbage bags were not there, but not a big deal since we had to shop anyway. If you like to relax at night with something specific on tv, accessing your streaming accounts is not easy on provided tvs. We watched what was available but my husband wanted to watch a baseball game that he couldn’t access. We called for assistance but they could not help. Just a heads up if you plan to use the tvs and have some choice in what you watch.
