Exclusiva villa ejecutiva de Disney con una gran terraza en la piscina

A solo un tiro de piedra de las principales atracciones de Disney, Universal y Sea World se encuentra nuestra maravillosa villa familiar construida recientemente en 2005. Se beneficiará de una magnífica villa con todos los electrodomésticos modernos acabados con las más altas especificaciones. Junto con una piscina de tamaño familiar con spa con jacuzzi, una gran terraza de la piscina que ofrece un área de comedor a la sombra bien amueblada con tumbonas y cómodos asientos y mesa de comedor.

La comunidad cerrada de Mission Park ofrece seguridad y está a solo unos minutos de la nueva área de desarrollo de Cagan's Crossing que ofrece una amplia variedad de tiendas y restaurantes muy cerca. Ya sea que le guste jugar al golf, compre hasta que se caiga o visite los parques, estamos en la ubicación ideal.

Nuestro garaje ofrece tenis de mesa y dardos para la diversión familiar. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada, de diseño abierto, se abre a un rincón de comedor informal con un mostrador de servicio ideal para almuerzos y desayunos informales, se suministran todos los utensilios y vajilla. Las instalaciones de lavandería están escondidas en un gran armario junto a la cocina principal. Se suministran todas las sábanas y toallas.

Nuestro comedor formal separado tiene capacidad para 6 personas y, mirando hacia el frente de la villa, la mesa se extiende cómodamente hasta el asiento 8. La habitación familiar se abre a través de las puertas del patio hacia la cubierta y el área de la piscina, dos cómodos sofás, uno que se puede convertir en una cama si es necesario y asientos casuales y muebles de alta calidad. El entretenimiento es proporcionado por televisión por cable, reproductor de DVD Play station o simplemente relajarse con la música.

Nuestro dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size, televisión por cable, amplio vestidor y baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje.

El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama Queen nuevamente con televisión por cable y está amueblado con un alto estándar. Las habitaciones dobles tienen 2 camas individuales en cada habitación, todas tienen televisión por cable. La comunidad de Mission Park ofrece una piscina comunitaria y un parque infantil a pocos pasos de distancia.

Sheets were nasty with dog hair ! Called Jessica and she came to confront me that sheets were washed ! Obviously they not ! I had to show her stains on others bed sheets ! She was very rude about it and kept saying she had just washed them ! Master shower is full of mold ! The return looks as if it hasn’t been changed in months ! Black dust coming out of some of the vents on ceiling. One of the pillows on master bed looked as if came from a dog pin ! Showed her and again said she had just washed it ! If owner would like to see I have pictures !

This place is really nice it’s fully stocked with everything you would need including a cork screw. the rooms are a good size and the pool is nice my kids enjoyed their time in it. the main reason for the knock down is the water, the beds and the ac. the house was very warm it doesn’t go lower than 72 degrees it was 85 outside so it would have been great to have the house cooler and to sleep comfortably at night. next is the water the shower pressure is nice but it doesn’t get hot I had the dial turned all the way to stop and it didn’t get hot, the jacuzzi tub has black stuff coming out of the pipes and the hot water still isn’t hot so a nice soak was a bust. then the jacuzzi only has one working jet the others didn’t work and then reading the other reviews apparently it only gets to 85 degrees so I was glad to not have paid for it as I like a jacuzzi at 104 degrees that’s the normal setting for hotels and other houses I’ve stayed at. the beds aren’t great but they aren’t too horrible we were there for a week and by the third night my back was really bothering me so that sucked. the owners were very responsive and left a very nice bottle of red wine that was greatly appreciated as we didn’t get in til midnight the first night wine at the end of a long travel day was really nice.

Great house! Very cozy & comfortable. The pool was a great temperature in July but I think it might be considered cold in the winter months. We are a family of 7 and it fit our needs perfectly. It’s a half hour drive to Disney parking and an hour to the airport. The temperature lowers to 72 but the ceiling fans really helped to distribute the air well. Jessica had GREAT communication.The only weird things during our stay were:1. The TV in the living room would turn off randomly and there were blue/green lights on the screen that made the coloring off a little bit.2. It would have been nice to list some of the house idiosyncrasies. Like how to use the jet tub, how to use the jets in the spa outside, Where the WiFi information is located, The blinds In the living room don’t lower, etc.We would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Amazing Home

This home was gorgeous, it was set up perfect! Alot better than expected for the price. The only thing was we sleep with our air at home at 62f and it only allows you to turn the air down to 72f so it was a little hot for us, but over all this house was amazing and so was the property manager. She also allowed us to get in early that was a huge help since we brove in from a little over 15 hrs. away through the night. It was equipped with everything you need. Will definitely be staying here again!

Surprisingly Impressive – The Pictures Undersell It

We were genuinely surprised by how much better the house was in real life than in the photos. From the moment we arrived, after a long journey with children, we felt completely welcome and at ease. The house was spotless, beautifully maintained, and more than just a place to stay – it truly felt like a home.The beds were comfortable and in excellent condition, which made a big difference after a day of travel or exploring the area. Everything we needed as a family was available, and the home is perfectly suited for children of any age – from toddlers to teenagers.Another great plus is the location: it's close to supermarkets, restaurants, and other everyday conveniences, yet still peaceful and relaxed. We also discovered several lesser-known but really fun activities in the area – perfect for families looking to do something a bit different from the usual tourist spots.We couldn’t have asked for a better stay – highly recommended!

Family getaway

The villa made our vacation! We came to relax and just enjoy our time as we frequent Florida but normally choose to stay at a resort of some kind. Not anymore! We loved the space we had. That our 2 uear old could scream and no one would complain. Neighbors are super friendly. We stayed during halloween and they welcomed even my 17 year told to trick or treat! Only thing that isn't fully mentioned is the jacuzzi tub is just that.. a jetted tub connected to the pool. Also if you want the pool heated you need to arrange that before your trip! Location was amazing. Close to publix and Wal-Mart. Losts of restraining in close driving distance. Far enough away from the loud of the city but close enough that a 20 minute drive brings you to Kissimmee!

Family trip to Florida

House was great equipped with everything you need for cooking ( even though we did none we could have) there was toys for the kids,pack and play for the baby,great pool, weather was perfect.Not that far from the attractions.Had a great vacation!would have been better if hurricane Milton hadn't delayed our departure from home by three Would definitely stay there again

Family holiday

Villa was clean and extremely comfortable with really nice and interesting decor. Very spacious areas and everything you need for a family holiday. Pool and covered area next to it were well used with the grandkids loving the pool and the floats from the garage. And the adults loving the comfy loungers and the seats in the pool to cool down. The host Jessica was brilliant responding promptly to any questions and sorting out any issues.

Disney or Bust!

This was our very first Family of 5 vacation to Disney. We wanted it all for this trip and this Villa nor Disney owes us anything! This Villa/Home was beautiful. Plenty of rooms, plenty of space, beautiful back deck and pools. My children swam in the pool every single day of vacation. It simply doesn’t get any better than this beautiful home. Private gated community, friendly neighborhood and never a fear/worry of being in an unsafe area. Thank you to the Owners from the bottom of my heart for offering this beautiful home. I will never say it out loud, but I think my children ‘may’ have preferred/enjoyed the Villa MORE than Magic Kingdom.

Very good and comfortable villa. Had everything we needed an the kids hade fun. No complaints except the floor could have been cleaner and the dishwasher should be renewed by chance.

Hot tub is not a hot tub it will not get warm.

We booked this property over a year ago and when booking this property, I specifically looked for a place with a hot tub and it did have it listed as a hot tub. When we arrived, the property manager communicated very well. And the house itself was pretty clean. The beds are comfortable. We did pay the extra to have the hot tub and pool heated but neither of them got very warm at all. When I contacted the property manager, she explained to me that the hottest the hot tub would get would be 80°.
