The floors were dirty upon arrival making our whole family’s feet back and even permanently staining white socks from the dirt. The rest of the amenities were clean enough however there were hairs on the towels leading to us question if the were clean, so we washed them before using.

This house was perfect for our family. We were five adults, and everyone had their own room and it was amazing that there were four full bathrooms. Washer and Dryer were a bonus. We did not use the pool because we were at amusement parks every day of our trip, but the pool did look amazing. For our next trip, we would definitely plan for some relaxation days, but this trip was go go go. The size and layout of the house, the number of bathrooms, the number of bedrooms that had queen size beds, versus bunkbeds or twin beds, the location, and price were phenomenal. We would definitely stay here again.

The home met all of our needs. It just needed more bowls dish clothes and wash cloths. I should of contacted the owner with the problem but did not. The home was clean and everything worked well Great location and great community.

Spacious and Clean!

Perfect size house for our family of 8! The house was very clean and the beds quite comfortable. It was so nice to have a pool to cool off in at the end of the day. The A/C in the house worked fantastic too! We appreciated the closeness of the property to the Disney Parks, and its location being close to restaurants and grocery/Wal-Mart. Check-in process was very easy…good instructions were provided. It was very convenient to have a washer/dryer so that we could wash our sweaty/damp clothes before packing them to go home.Be sure to add paper products to your shopping list…each bathroom had just one small roll of toilet paper (which was not enough for 6 days for 8 adults), and the kitchen had just one small roll of paper towels. There were no tissues. Also…the bathrooms could use extra sets of towels. The bathrooms did not have bath mats, so we had to use a hand towel on the floor so as to not slip when getting out of the shower. The appliances could use an update - ice maker dispenser on the fridge door does not work, and the dishwasher did not dry the dishes (even with heated dry selected), resulting in a musty smell after running. The WiFi was not very strong - one of my daughters had to tether to a phone hotspot in order to complete homework for an online class because the WiFi signal was too weak.Overall, I am giving 5-stars because the good definitely outweighed the minor inconveniences we had. We highly recommend and would stay again!

A perfect place for us. We are all sibs from71-88. Nice since all on same level. Good value. The beds were very comfortable. Even the twin beds. The highway noise could be annoying at times when on patio.

Great property

Fantastic large property with everything needed for a week stay. We traveled to Orlando to go to Disney and this place was everything we needed and more. Was so nice to spread out and the kids all had their own room and bathroom which was amazing after spending a few weeks in hotel rooms. The pool was an added bonus. Property was clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone

Almost perfect!

The house is lovely and spacious. Great neighborhood. Great communication with host and very quick response tones. The only issue - the wifi was terrible. We used hot spot the entire two weeks.

Okay-not great

Floors were dirty-had to wear shoes at all times. Shower heads-very low for (3) 6ft men to use. Grass was high. Pool was cold even though we paid to have it heated. They did give us half of that money back. Stove, along with cookie sheets were dirty. You could tell it was a rush job to clean & get the next group of people in.

great place well laid out great for a family gathering. only draw back is it could have been better stocked with consumables toilet paper, paper towel, hand soap, shampoo, and clothes detergent for an extended stay we stayed 4 nights and had to restock all in day 2

Great place to stay

Beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Only 30 minute drive to Disney parks (depending on traffic). We had a 10 month old so the crib and high chair were great. Each bedroom had it's own bathroom, making it easy to get ready each morning. Very comfortable and the pool was a great bonus!

Very comfortable, functional home

This is a great property for a large group. Five bedrooms and ample kitchen, and bathrooms. The washer dryer units were much netter than ordinary in a rental property. A nice unit.

Great home in Good location

The home was clean and everything worked well for us with 4 old guys. Great location for my golf Buddies. We wish the home would had a few more bowls and more dish towels.

beautiful home but.

Well when we reach our destination it was late, we proceed to open the lock box to retrieve the key from the box which took awhile the box didn't want to open after awhile it open. my advise is to replace it or go keyless. The house was beautiful the inside welcomes you. Five bedrooms four bath, very large on the inside , only three of the rooms had a TV. and of course the living had one. But couldn't watch it because it appeared the service was not activated on it so all we keep getting was a error on the screen, the garbage disposal didn't work and the wifi keep bluffing so watching a movie in the bedroom not. But we did enjoy the house, the pool and the air condition didn't keep the house cool even while it was cool outside.

Family vacation

Very nice, clean property. Close enough to the parks and the pool was excellent for down time. Plenty of space to accommodate everyone and the host was very friendly and welcoming. Great communication and would stay there again in the future.

Easter Vacation

Let me start by saying that we had a comfortable stay, in a good location for Disney. The house was as advertised and communication with the owner before arrival was good. This house fit our budget, which we realized was low for the number of people we had. The beds were comfortable & there were lots of towels. It could however use some updates. Even though we had a pleasant stay, there were a few things that may be helpful to others. For a house of this size (5 bedrooms, so potentially 10 people) there is enough cutlery for exactly 10, and not enough plates and glasses. There is 1 sectional in the living room area and it is old & uncomfortable. We didn't plan on staying inside, but we had a rainy day. Also, the TV's do not work. The owner said to contact the cable company, but the last thing I want to do on my holiday is be on the phone trying to figure out how to get cable TV. The salt water pool is nice, but there are no markings as to depth. Be aware that it drops off quickly. There is no rope for the deep end, or a rail on the stairs. There is also no skimmer net. It's there, but just the frame-there is no net. The lights in some of the bathrooms were missing bulbs, and outlets were coming out of the walls. The latch on the patio door is broken, making it impossible to lock the door. Over all we had a pleasant enough stay, but I would probably not stay here again.
