Welcome to our cozy Pearland home, a 3-bedroom 2-bath house in a quiet suburban neighborhood. Our home is located within reach of three major Houston highways, about 20 minutes from Hobby airport, and less than 5-minute from local parks and trails. The house is equipped with furnishings and amenities to make you feel right at home. We welcome vacationers and business travelers alike and would love to host you on your next trip to the Houston area.

Loved our stay

Always a great stay

Second time staying at this property. First time in April 2023 for a week, this time 2 weeks. House is very nice, clean, and nicely stocked with items to make the stay easy. Everything we needed was already there! Neighborhood is quiet. Host is easy to work with and responsive to any issues that arise. During our first trip the internet went out and she had it fixed (new router) within a couple of hours. We'll stay again if our travels take us to Pearland or the Houston area.

Great stay at Pearland!

We had a fabulous time at the Pearland VRBO. A cousins reunion was planned and anticipated for several months. The Houston rain did not dampen our visit as we enjoyed a comfortable stay at the home.

Family funeral stay

Beautiful home was perfect for a family coming into town for a funeral. Beryl was wonderful & quick to address any issues, which were negligible. Beds are comfortable and adjustable for a good night's sleep.

I would give this property, this stay, this host 6 stars if available. This was an incredible stay. The place was so clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to make meals at home. Spices and condiments were readily available. Check in and check out procedures were a breeze. Beryl answered my questions in her communications that made the experience flawless. I am overjoyed with our stay. If I'm back in Texas and within two hours of this lodging, THIS IS MY CHOICE!!! Anyone in the Pearland area looking for lodging to be comfortable and taken care of, THIS IS YOUR PLACE!!!

Walked into a very clean and welcoming home. The beds are the best here, they are adjustable beds, with a really nice and comfortable Mattress. it's been a long time since I've slept that good!! Property Manager stayed in contact the whole trip to make sure everything was going good and if we needed anything. 10/10 all day everyday!

3 Nights not enough time to enjoy stay.

Property was very clean as advertised. My itinerary was packed, leaving very little time to sit back and relax. I chose this property for the value and location. It is located between Houston and NASA. Magnolia Pkwy is an uncongested East/West drive to most anywhere to eat or shop. The property is in a very quiet neighborhood where the residents put in their daily walks during the day. I would rent again, if I could have more time and am able to put together a good restaurant Bingo card.

Great House in Pearland Texas

If you're looking for an affordable, clean and safe property in the Houston area you should definitely consider staying at "Cozy Pearland Getaway Home." The property is located in a very quiet neighborhood in one of the safest communities in the Houston metro area. It's located just minutes away from restaurants, gas stations and grocery stores. The home itself truly lives up to its billing. It has plenty of room, (3 bedrooms) a kitchen that's fully stocked to prepare any meal, a relaxing living room area and a really nice backyard. I also liked having the luxury of parking my car in the garage. When I arrived, the property was immaculate, and I couldn't have felt more at home. If you have things to do in Houston you're just a few minutes away. I was able to get to the Downtown Houston area in about 20 minutes. The VRBO Host Beryl was fantastic. She was very helpful during the booking process and always responded to me quickly every time I had a question. When I needed to extend my stay she handled everything. She has a great attitude and couldn't be more friendly. Rest assured if anything comes up during your stay Beryl is going to take care of it for you. Don't hesitate to book this property. You'll be happy you did.

This single-story house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with 1660 sqft of living space. Our main hallway features a welcome table and some artistic accents inviting you into the home. Our kitchen is fully equipped with amenities to make your stay comfortable, including a brand-new refrigerator (with icemaker) and a gas range (with griddle). Each bedroom has a remote-controlled adjustable bed with fresh white sheets and touch-activated lamps. Other amenities include blazing fast internet, an internet-connected smart TV with Bluetooth speakers, and kitchen appliances such as a toaster, kettle, and Keurig. We also offer several work areas (including a standing desk), a full dining table, and a laundry with a washer and dryer. Our bathrooms are kept clean and stocked with fresh towels, and one of them features a frameless glass door shower and a jetted tub. The backyard has no neighbors to the rear and there is a large open patio with bench seating for your outdoor meals.

Also nearby, the Pearland Recreation Center and Natatorium (just 4 minutes away) offers a fully equipped gym with indoor track, basketball, racquet ball and swimming pools. We are within reach of three major highways: highway 288 (north to the NRG stadium and downtown Houston), interstate 45 (south to Nasa and Galveston Beach) and beltway 8 (a major ring road around the city of Houston). Our home offers an excellent base location for your trip to the Houston area.
