Thanks for the review. It is not appropriate to move furniture and to disconnect electronics. There is a bedside table on side of bed already. There are MULTIPLE USB ports in this house. I replace nimerous outlets with outlets that have USB ports as well as 110. So if one forgets a brick there are at least a dozen locations to charge laptops, tablets, phones, etc. There is a desk in the house to do any computer, schoolwork, or otherwise. You took out the router in the table which disconnected the electronic lock and other things that the cleaners can't finure out. Cleaning fees DO NOT INCLUDE damage to new furniture or moving furniture or reconnecting electronics. Guest did pay for the minor damage and missing shams so we amended her review. We continue to have a no pets policy. There is a $2000 air purifier in the house to keep the house fresh and it also removes viruses and other germs. It was likely the garage had a small damp smell from lawn equipment that has grass in it, but I can think of no other reason for her statement. The garage has been recently painted including ceilings and floors so even if there was such an issue it was removed. Yes, trash cans are in there as well. The garage isn't a livable space to review in our opinion. Guest is right that we are replacing a gate, but it is not a child proof gate so there really isn't a reasonable reason to complain about such a thing in our opinion as we recommend that small children are not left unsupervised. This is the 1st non 5 * review we have had since 2014 and is basically a disagreement about whether cleaning fee should cover damage to furniture. Guest says cleaning fee should be sufficient, we say damage is above costs of cleaning. FYI, Guest was billed $75 for damage to coffee table top and 2 missing shams, a very reasonable charge. If anyone has a reason to give lower than 5*, the answer is to contact host as soon as possible so we may resolve the situation. After the fact does no one any good.
