Nestled right in the heart of the Smoky Mountains, The Lovely LeConte Lookout is the perfect getaway for you and your special someone or families looking for a fun filled getaway to make memories. Every detail of this cabin was designed to provide the perfect mountain retreat for couples or families looking for an updated cabin that is located close to all the attractions with beautiful views of the mountains.

The space

The Lovely LeConte Lookout is conveniently located to all that the Smoky Mountains have to offer. It is approximately 3 miles/ 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg, 10 miles / 18 minutes from Dollywood, 8 miles /15 minutes from Pigeon Forge, and 8 minutes / 3 miles from the Smoky Mountain National Park. The endless sources of nearby entertainment and shopping include Dollywood, Ober Gatlinburg Ski Area, Gatlinburg SkyLift Park, The Titanic Museum, Dixie Stampede, Ripley's Aquarium, and The Island in Pigeon Forge, as well as hiking, horseback riding, fishing, and skiing.

The cozy interior of the cabin features tongue and groove, high ceilings, luxury vinyl plank floors, log furniture, Casper Mattresses, plush bedding, two King beds and a twin bunk, and a game room with pool table, arcade games, board games and a flat screen TV for entertainment. Our cabin also has a reading nook with beautiful views of the mountains out of the upper windows.

Our cabin has a fully stocked kitchen that has everything you need to make your home cooked meals. Our kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, pots and pans, cutlery, plates, bowls, silverware, wine glasses, beer mugs, coffee cups, a strainer, mixing bowls, a Ninja blender for your morning smoothie or adult beverages, spices, and many other kitchen essentials.

We also provide a deluxe coffee set-up including a Nespresso coffee maker with coffee pods and a milk frother, a regular coffee pot and french press with a coffee bean grinder and coffee beans.

We have four Smart TVs in our cabin with cable channels so you can watch your favorite shows and you can cozy up by the electric fireplace on cool evenings. We also offer Spectrum high-speed Wi-Fi.

Our cabin is outfitted with modern décor that is warm and inviting. The exterior of the cabin features an upper and lower deck with beautiful mountain views, a brand new Artesian hot tub overlooking a beautiful view of the mountains, a patio set for eating meals outside, a charcoal grill, and outdoor seating areas. This is not your average cabin; the moment you park in the driveway you will notice that a lot of thought went into creating a space where you can relax and enjoy yourself and each other.

Dahlia was a wonderful host. The view from the cabin was beautiful. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. Entire cabin was roomy and a country atmosphere. We did have a bear try to get into our Bronco but doors were locked thank heavens.Take any kind of food out of your car and make sure doors are locked. Its very hard to see the sharp curves of the road near the cabin at night as well as the sharp downward slope of the driveway. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect Family Getaway

Husband and I Stayed a few days with our toddler and retired parents. The view was beautiful and the beds were very comfortable. They were very accommodating to our toddler with books, pack n play and high chair. We were lucky enough to see a Mama bear and three cubs while sitting on the deck on our last morning there. We loved that it was far enough from town to be secluded and peaceful but close enough to get to everything quickly. Everything was perfect and we would definitely come back again

Perfect getaway!

WOW! This rental was absolutely perfect. It was just close enough to town that it wasn't a big deal to visit places, but it was far enough away that you felt secluded and private. The view was extraordinary, and the fall foliage was breathtaking from the balcony. We loved the clean hot tub and the amenities provided were well thought out and appreciated. Perfect stay!!

Breathtaking

The cabin was wonderful and reviews totally accurate. So many little touches that made it comfy and homey. The view was breathtaking..perfect time of year! The roads are an adventure but the property is gorgeous. Wish we had a few more days!

Fantastic views and amenities!

Great property in Gatlinburg for our first family vacation in the Smokey Mountains!!! Extremely clean, with amazing views of the mountains from the back deck. Plenty of things to keep my kids, 17, 12 and 5 busy including, pool table, arcade games, cable TV, internet, board games and the beautiful new hot tub! Might have kept the adults busy too! Haha Easy, close access to Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge, but had the feeling we were miles away from town with a few neighbors, but pretty much oit of sight. Cooked dinner a couple nights in the cabin, and had an awesome charcoal grill, as well as all pots/pans needed. Plenty of spices were available to use for our dishes. Also, had a great coffee bar to enjoy a morning cup of joe on the deck! Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay in this cabin. Caught two bears walking on the road below us the morning we were leaving!

Amazing Well Kept Cabin

This was the perfect cabin for us! We have made several trips to the Smokies over the years and this has been our favorite cabin. Let me start by saying none of the other cabins we have stayed in over the years were as well kept and cleaned as this one. They do a fantastic job of maintaining this property. The beds and sheets are really comfortable- most places slack in this area, but not this cabin. They have the most comfortable beds and bedding to relax at night after a long day exploring. When we arrived we were greeted with a beautiful black bear walking up the driveway and another beautiful black bear the morning we left. We were able to watch from the balcony as it walked down the driveway beside the cabin and down into the woods. The house was amazing and perfectly set up for our family. It was the perfect location for us and has great views. Our boys enjoyed playing pool and videogames in the game room each night and we all enjoyed a little time in the hot tub. We can't wait to go back and would definitely recommend this cabin to others and would come back to this cabin again.

Wonderful Cabin!

I would definitely recommend this cabin! Our family of four really loved our stay. The view is amazing. Wonderful view from either deck or lounging in the living room. The beds are comfortable, showers have good pressure and hot water. They provide a lot of amenities and it feels like home. It’s private but close to downtown. Kids enjoyed the game room and hot tub was relaxing. Also, the owner had great communication.

Great views, great location, even better cabin. Dahlia has thought of everything!

We loved this cabin. The host has really thought this house out and what guests would like to have in their rental. We've staying in a lot of rental places and this is by far the most thought out rental we have been at. Things that aren't mentioned in the description that are available spices in the kitchen, aluminum foil, zip lock bags to use, high chair, stroller, extra towels for the hot tub, and card/board games to play. The furnishings are top notch and stuff you would purchase if it were your own home such as nice pots and pans, commercial washer and dryer, and high quality appliances. The beds are really comfortable with high quality linens. The towels are not cheap hotel quality towels. The hot tub is brand new, and they change out the water in the hot tub between guests. We can't recommend this place highly enough. Our only recommendations for the owner would be to get a few new pool cues as there were only 2 that had the felt tips still on them and add some 2 extra pillows to the king size bed. That's it. Everything else is perfect. A few things about the location and property: *The master shower upstairs is cramped due to its placement in the house where the roof slopes down. So if you're tall (6ft or more), you may need to use the shower/bathroom downstairs which is much roomier and has no height issue. *The location is perfect. It's only a few minutes from the start of Gatlinburg Parkway but in a location that you can access the Pigeon Forge bypass easily to get to the national park or Pigeon Forge without having to go through the nightmare traffic of Gatlinburg. You can also use the bypass to get to the western side of Gatlinburg shopping which tends to be less crowded and easier to get parking. *It is up the mountain, so the views are spectacular. It does make for an uphill, curvy at times drive to the cabin. If you're coming first at night, be real careful as there are some hairpin turns that are hard to see where the road is while coming around the corner. It makes for a little excitement while traveling. During the day, it's no issue, and once you know how the road turns, at night, it's not as big of a deal. The owner has placed reflectors on the steep driveway, so getting in and out of the driveway is no issue at all."

The Lovely Leconte was clean, up date, and comfortable. It has excellent views although no direct sunrise/sunset. My sons really enjoyed the pool table. The only negative was toilet and shower size. Both were smaller than w were used to but we made due

Amazing cabin, spectacular view.

This cabin is super clean and has a well stocked kitchen. The host was awesome and kept in touch in case we needed anything. Saw bears and a bobcat as well as other wildlife from the decks. The view from the back deck is amazing. This cabin is close to Gatlinburg but is also secluded at the same time.

Our favorite cabin yet!!!

This is our 5th annual trip to the mountains for our family of 4 and this was our favorite cabin we’ve stayed in!!! Would definitely return. The owners were a joy to communicate with and so generous. The home was exceptionally clean, comfy beds, very comfortable and great space for everyone. The hot tub is large and was so enjoyed overlooking the INCREDIBLE view- our favorite part! Can’t beat the view. The washer and dryer were better than mine at home! This cabin had the best rental toilet paper we’ve ever had AND the only kitchen we have ever stayed in that provided basic spices- much appreciated when cooking away from home!! STAY HERE and we plan to return, too!!!!

Great Mountain Cabin

We visited Gatlinburg for my son’s birthday and loved the location/cabin setting. The view from the deck was fabulous and the entertainment on first floor was ideal for families. I highly recommend renting this cabin on the mountain for families and experiencing the Smokey Mountain region.

Very nice first time

Everything was really good. The only small issue was, the pillows on the upstairs bed were thin and there were only two pillows. Everything else was great.

Amazing!

This cabin was amazing! Not only was it superbly clean, the decor was great, beds were comfy, and the mountain views were majestic. The Host was GREAT! Communication was great, assistance was great. You could tell how much thought and care went into this cabin to be sure it was welcoming and comfortable. The location was great too - we were easily able to do activities in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge, the Foothills Parkway, and two waterfall hikes in the Smoky Mountains National Park. The drive up was a bit steep/windy, but it was fine. Totally worth it!

This property has been tastefully finished on the inside with tongue and groove wood walls, luxury vinyl plank floors and other unique finishes. It boasts a game room with a pool table, two arcade machines (Ms. Pac-Man & Frogger) as well as a large flat screen tv. You will love that intimate feel that the brick flooring and copper ceiling offer you in the game room. Be sure to check out the Jack Daniel's whiskey barrel copper sink too! The bedrooms boast luxurious log beds and bedding to make you comfortable throughout your stay. If you have difficulty getting around, you can access the house very easily and the master bedroom is on the main floor of the cabin. There are four flat screen tvs in the cabin including one in each bedroom, so everyone can watch whatever tv show, movie or sporting event that they choose. Most of all, the Lovely LeConte Lookout offers spectacular views! It directly overlooks Mt. LeConte which is the third highest peak in The Great Smoky Mountains. This home is close to do downtown Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Dollywood and the entrance to The Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
