Heated pool open from Memorial Day Weekend thru Labor Day Weekend. Welcome to Casa Nera. Sitting on an acre with a private, heated pool, hot tub on deck, playground, fire pit, and other outdoor amenities. Less than 20 minutes to the new Holiday Mountain Ski & Snowtubing, near several hiking trails, golf courses, White Lake, Starlight Marina, Lake Superior, minutes to Bethel Woods Center for the Arts, 15 minutes to Livingston Manor, 25 minutes to Callicoon, 30 minutes to Narrowsburg.

Hilltop Hideaway is a split level ranch home set on a grassy acre and adjacent to 108 acres of never to be developed wilderness - the perfect escape.

Spacious interiors with open living and dining area, full chef's kitchen, and large family room with a projector, classic wood stove, and access to the patio. Bedrooms are comfortably outfitted with all cotton linens, and plush pillows. Outside on the patio you can sit around the fire pit and gaze at the stars. The resort like pool is set a few feet away from the house heated to 84 degrees. The deck is off the kitchen with a propane grill, and 8 person dining table for wonderful outdoor entertaining. A playground in the backyard to keep the kids entertained for hours.

Main floor: bedroom with queen bed, and ensuite bathroom; bedroom with king bed, bedroom with two twin beds, one full bathroom, living room with TV, electric fireplace, dining area, and kitchen

Lower level: bedroom with two queen bed, and twin daybed, ensuite bathroom, family room with projector and wood stove, and half bathroom

Casa Nera is centrally located and close to three lakes for swimming, skiing/snowtubing, fishing, or renting pontoons, kayaks, canoes and more. Bethel Woods which is the original Woodstock sight is less than 10 minutes away with a variety of concerts and shows throughout the year.
