NEW: This home includes FREE Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort passes in 2026. The Hilton Waikoloa Village Resort was voted #1 resort in Hawaii by USA Today.
Normally resort passes cost $100/adult and $60/child but when staying at this home use for up to 12 people is COMPLIMENTARY with no additional cost each and every day of your stay. This includes use of resort pools, the river pool, waterslides, hot tub, saltwater lagoon for snorkeling, lounge chairs, towels and parking validation for one vehicle.
It also includes a 10% discount on Spa Treatments, 10% discount on Lagoon toys and Cabana rentals.
Guests love this resort pass which gives them the best of both worlds with hotel privileges and a comfortable well equipped vacation home.

Family Tides provides a perfect setting for your Hawaii getaway. Whether hosting your multi-generation family or traveling with other families or couples there is space enough for everyone to be comfortable.

As a large single-level home there are no stairs. The comfortable elegance of this home is sure to delight your entire family.

All bedrooms have private baths. The two Ohana Suites also are equipped with kitchenettes and private laundry.

The house has central AC and Free WiFI. There is also a separate laundry room in the main home for your use.

The airy open concept main floor includes kitchen, dining area, great room, and large lanai with outdoor furnishings. The dining arrangements will comfortably accommodate 8 people at the indoor and 10 at the outdoor tables and an additional 4 at the expansive kitchen island. The home features a living room with a new large UltraHD 4K TV for relaxing after a long day of fun in the sun! The main living area is perfect for relaxing, playing games, listening to music, watching the game or a movie.

The lanai has a private BBQ, outdoor living room, and dining area, and is a perfect place to enjoy throughout the day. The lanai is tastefully furnished for your comfort and enjoyment and has beautiful golf and mountain views. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine, our home is sure to create a great experience.

• Large collection of snorkel gear in multiple sizes so you can share the wonders of the ocean
• Boogie boards to enjoy playing in the waves
• Life jackets, swim belts for the younger ones
• Large wheeled cooler and Tupperware containers for your beach picnic

Enjoy our collection of bikes (adult, youth and kids with helmets and locks) allowing you to explore the Waikoloa Beach resort. The bikes are great for going to the Kings Shops, Queens Shops, Luxury Cinemas, mini-golf, Hilton and Marriott hotels and historical grounds, or the many other wonderful places that Waikoloa Beach Resort has to offer.

For those with children

Having traveled with our kids when they were young we know how difficult it is to travel with all the baby equipment. Our goal is to make your life easier so we have equipped our vacation home with:

Things to do

A short drive away are a dozen of the most spectacular beaches in Hawaii including Beach 69, Hapuna beach and the breathtaking Mauna Kea beach.

The Kohala coast is a golfer's paradise with seven challenging courses all within 7 miles of our villa.

Minutes away are the Kings Shops and the Queens Shops where you can find super-market, coffee shops, restaurants, clothing and accessory stores, art, and free weekly entertainment in the evenings.
