Spacious 2 bedroom 1 bath upstairs apartment with wi-fi and two parking spaces. Large screened in porch with dining table and sitting area for comfortable gathering and relaxing. Short walk to beach access.

This is the top floor apartment of a house with it's own entry. The bottom floor apartment is occupied by a full time resident. The two spaces are separate so you will have the entire top floor apartment to yourself. There is parking for two (2) cars on the premises.

The property was beautiful and they were super responsive when I sent questions. The living room has a bit of a weird setup, but the place can easily sleep 6. Will definitely stay here again when we come back to Tybee.

Great Stay

My family stayed on this property for one night. Wish we could have stayed longer. The property had everything that you needed. Very convenient and great location to beach.

Wedding on the Beach

Bridget was very welcoming and reached-out a couple times to check on us. We had a fantastic stay and the location being 1 block from the beach was the perfect location for our friends' wedding on the beach.

Perfect beach house stay

I have no complaints about this listing! The walk to the beach access was less than 5 minutes. The kitchen was well stocked. Beds were super comfy. I highly recommend!

Perfect

Great location near the beach. Wife and I stayed with our 2 teenaged kids. The extra long couch was comfortable and served as a bed for one of them. They even provided bedding specifically for the couch. Place was clean. We got a lot of use out of the screened in porch (great for morning coffee, or a cold one later in the day). Just a short walk from great seafood at Salt Island or Ice Cream at the Sugar Shack.

Family friendly home close to the beach

We stayed in this apartment for a weekend with our family of four. Everything you would need was provided and the communication with the host was wonderful. All questions we had were answered promptly and she checked in with us before our arrival and during our stay to ensure that everything was fine. We enjoyed the art and decorations, which made it feel like a home. The house is located only a block away from the beach access and only a short drive to attractions on Tybee Island. We would stay here again and recommend this apartment to friends and family.

Lovely apartment near the beach

We had a great time at the beach in this Tybee Island apartment! The host provided directions and check in instructions that were easy to follow, so we had no trouble finding or accessing the apartment. The unit was spacious, well furnished, and exactly as described. Beach access couldn't be easier - cross one street (crosswalk right at the intersection) and you're there! If I had to complain about anything, it would be that the dishes and cookware in the kitchen were not very clean - but that is a minor quibble compared to how nice everything else was.

Very Pleasant

We really enjoyed our stay. Only regret is that we couldn't stay longer. Very peaceful and quiet, and just a short walk to the beach. Property was exactly how the pictures portrayed it. Communication with Bridget was very good. Highly recommend this to anyone. We will be back!

Great beach experience

We absolutely loved this place and will be returning. One block walk to standing on the beach. Walking distance to nice restaurants and ocean-side bars. The property was very clean and appeared to have recently been completely renovated with new appliances. We were able to enjoy calm evenings out on the screened in patio when we were tired from playing at the beach or the park that is two blocks away.

Felt Just Like Home!

We had the opportunity to be extras in a movie production, and we needed a place to send the night. Float Your Boat was the perfect home away from home. Everything was so clean, the beds were so comfortable, and access to the beach was just three blocks away. All the necessities were provided, and Bridget was so very easy to work with and very responsive to our questions. I highly recommend taking a weekend getaway or spend the week at this property.

Perfect!!!

I would like to share my thoughts on this beautiful rental and our visit to Tybee Island. We had the best experience using VRBO and our host Bridget was excellent!! Our rental was in a perfect location and so close to the beach… Our home away from home was immaculate, spotless and so tastefully decorated. We had enough cookware and dishes that I could have hosted a nice sized dinner party if wanted!! We did not want for one thing while staying in this home!! The best part was sitting in the screened-in porch and enjoying the ocean breeze. The full time tenant down stairs was so helpful and kind and gave us so many tips about the island and surrounding cities. She was so informative.. super sweet lady!! We will definitely be coming back to this home… We LOVED IT 😍❣️

Property was as described and was close to everything! We would definitely stay again. It was only 15 minutes from Savannah and the beach was just a short walk away.

This property was like being at home...my family and I enjoyed it very much...things were well stocked...spacious so that the younger teens could do their own thing... We only had a couple of hiccups o ne being when we arrived we had no place to park..the property manager was on top of a solution...which was fantastic...the other was the sleeping arrangements...the futon.. was a couch ... that doesn't pull out to make a bed... Over all we made do...Thanks for making our trip comfortable... Also the beach is easily accessible...just a short walk 3 minutes...which was awesome...

Great location!

A quick and easy walk to the beach. We had everything we needed during our stay. The huge screened porch is the perfect place to relax for a morning coffee & the nighttime breeze. Great trip and place! We will definitely be back!

everything was clean but there was no covers for those sleeping on the couch so added flat sheet and blanket would have been helpful other than that it was very good
