Tranquil Getaway-Dartmouth Lake Sunapee Region

Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 8mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year. There are a few sets of stairs (decks and upstairs bedrooms) and low ceilings in the two bedrooms.

Air conditioning is in both bedrooms and one on the main floor in the spring and summer months only.

Parties are not allowed.

4 guests is the maximum number of guests and you must state the exact number of guests that plan to stay.

I cannot host pets at all (service animals are the exception). My neighbor has a friendly dog that may chase a ball on my property.

In the spring,summer, and fall, this rural, grassy, tree filled area gets very buggy. I provide insect repellent for mosquitoes and ticks.

Cell service is good. Verizon service works best.
