Enjoy a private, peaceful stay at the Loft at Long Pond. This property is new construction. Everything is fresh and new. A state of the art combination washer/dryer is right at your finger tips. Enjoy your own home cooked meals or eat at a number nearby restaurants. Enjoy swimming, fishing, kayaking and boating on Long Pond, a 93 acre pond where you might see loons, herons, beavers, and river otters. Optional is Level 2 charging for your electric vehicle on site and a heated indoor garage. Plenty of parking outside as well.

This is an excellent Vacation property. Renovated barely a year ago with excellent finishes and meticulously maintained. David is a fantastic host. I arrived somewhat late the evening I checked in, but David met with me to show me in and get me acclimated. Not in an intrusive manner at all. Very quiet neighborhood and there is a small beach on site. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Lovely Loft on the Pond

Beautiful and clean recently renovated loft in a quiet neighborhood. Host was very personable and available to answer questions throughout the stay. Loft has access to a the pond where you can watch incredible sunsets almost every night. Everything was top notch and a stay here is highly recommended.

Great stay!

The Loft is very clean and comfortable. Our host met us when we arrived to show us around, which was very nice. There is a nice pond on the property that is available for use. This is a great place to stay. We will return.

Cozy getaway

What a beautiful home. This was the perfect stay for myself. I had a wedding to attend and this was only 8min from the venue. No complaints everything was perfect and David was so kind and attentive. I will definitely be staying here again when i come back up to that area.

Tranquility on the Pond

We had the very best time at the pond. It far exceeded our expectations. The house was brand new, pristinely clean, and organized. Everything was included, well appointed kitchen, sheets, towels, cleaning items, paper products. David was there every minute we needed any kind of help but gave us all the privacy we ever could ask for. I highly recommend the pond. We are planning on staying there again for 10 days next year. Maybe a couple times.

The perfect VRBO home

This place is absolutely amazing. The renovations that were done to the property are top notch. I will certainly stay here next time I go back to NH. David the host is incredible. He is so polite and accommodating. 1000/100 property and stay.

College Ski Racing weekend

Had a quick 2 night stay in this cozy home to watch our daughter ski race with her college team at Pat's Peak. Great location and convenient to the ski resort. Home was very clean and had all the comforts of home. Dave was very attentive to my questions and requests and greeted us upon our arrival. We had snow overnight and Dave was out first thing clearing the driveway and walkway for us. Definitely recommend this location.

Great place for a ski weekend!

My 15-year-old son and I stayed here for a long weekend of snowboarding at Pat's Peak. The owner greeted us and helped us get settled in. He was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very new, and clean. Kitchen well appointed. The ski hill was less than 10 minutes away which was great. Groceries were also just a few minutes away. Made for a very cozy place to relax when we weren't on the slopes. Would recommend!

Very clean, brand-new renovation. Nice kitchen and bathroom. Bed and pull out couches are very comfortable. The owner is very kind and easy to talk to, he lives in another house on the property, which gave us both peace of mind and lots of privacy.
