La Mulata I is a beautiful residential community located 5 minutes from the heart of spectacular Sosua, 5 minutes from playa Alicia & Sosua. This neighbourhood is quiet, private and safe with the International Children's School of Sosua just down the road. Even though La Mulata I has a private and secluded feel, it is just a short drive away from shopping, restaurants and nightlife.
