Beautiful home

Amazing stay from start to finish. House is very clean and beautiful. Neighborhood is quiet and safe. Housekeeping was very nice and kept the place clean. Hired Eliana personal chef! She is amazing and the food is great! Security always on duty. I will be staying here again!

The property is Beautiful. Its the little things that need to be corrected. ie: The main refrigerator froze items like a freezer. Temp stuck on high. Jacuzzi leaked bably. Needs repaired badly. Its missing tiles. Most are on the bottom of the Jacuzzi. U cant even stand up good without the broken tiles stabbing you in your feet. Theres a wifi problem. I called the office and they never sent anyone over to check it. The TV in the Master bedroom doesn't work. That old charcoal grill should be replaced.

The property is laid back for quiet times. You will not find a more tranquil spot. The staff and owners respond to your request right of way. Not a better way to wake up in the morning to the sunrise swimming in the pool and relaxing in the jacuzzi enjoying the ocean view. The landscaping of the grounds were well maintained. Best 52nd birthday thanks to Eli, Andrea and Dottie.

Great overall experience

The villa was beautiful and the staff from housekeeping to check in were competent friendly and helpful. Tati our housekeeper/ chef did a great job and my group as a whole did not need to contact the manager because things were so well laid out. Our DR experience was great and this was key to that experience. Already looking forward to a return next yr.

Overall the villa was a bit disappointing… the pool and jacuzzi were not working….our water turned off for almost 12 hours , of course after hours…chef Eliana was amazing and the city was a lot of fun…minus the jacuzzi and water issues, I would be open to use in the future

Great stay

The property owner (Eli) & the property manager was great to work. Communication was top notch and was helpful whenever there was a need for anything. My friends and I had a great time. The property was beautiful, clean, quiet, and was in the middle of everything. Sosua beach is 5 minutes from the property, bars & lounges are within walking distance. The property grounds are very safe with security everywhere. We will definitely make another visit and will be staying at the same property.

Great house clean quiet and fun

Completely wonderful property. Clean and safe. Staff was amazing. Host fantastic. Check in was seamless and ready when we arrived. Will go again. We had chef Eliana Vargas (private chef) as she was a suggested choice. She came twice a day for breakfast and dinner. She is amazing. Food insane and worth every penny.

excellent stay

this house was beautiful and looked exactly like it does in the pics. its in a secured gated community and a great location to everything in sosua. Everything is within walking distance(grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc) but it is a nice little walk. the housekeeper also served as a chef and made us wonderful meals for very good prices, we just provided the groceries. local visitors had little issue being able to check in to visit. Only suggestion would be at some point to invest in an AC unit for the main living room\ dining room area. its a beautiful area with quick access to the pool area but it was so hot in there. AC's are only in the bedrooms. other than that i would love to come back to this villa again.

BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! 5 stars not enough!

My buddies and I stayed at Eli's Villa for 6 days and it was beyond amazing. First of all the security guards are top notch and professional. We felt safe and secure the entire stay. The villa itself is BREATHTAKING! It took me a couple days to get used to how nice it is. Everything was in working order and CLEAN. From the landscape, to the Jacuzzi, to the pool, to all the rooms, everything was in immaculate condition. The Staff was very helpful especially cleaning lady Tati and the guard at the front Tatum. The owner Eli was beyond helpful as well. He responded to emails immediately and was very accommodating. I recommend this villa to everyone. I will be back! Thanks again ELI!

You Deserve to Live this Dream

Wow! Wow! Wow! The pictures were on point! Just to say that Eli was amazing communicating with me and getting me pumped up for my trip. Once I got there..... My whole family was in shock on how beautiful the house is. The view of the pool from the living room is breath taking. Every room well kept. I can't say enough. With that said, it's a very private and quiet residence, silence is golden. If you're planning for a rowdy weekend, maybe this is not the place. Fine living at an affordable price. Live the dream people. Rent Villa 84. You won't be disappointed.

Nice Getaway!

A lovely home with a beautiful pool and view! Very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms and a great living space. The house was in a great location near grocery stores, restaurants and in a wonderful neighborhood to walk in. We were very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to have spices, oils and seasonings already there and not to have to go buy them for a short stay! Other items were there as well such as toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish soaps and other essentials. A very nice touch and convenience. The pool was wonderful and we used the grill on the back patio quite a bit. We really enjoyed the view with our coffee in the morning. Albert was a gem! Very responsive and quick with when we stayed there and when we were scheduling. A truly gracious host! Thank you for opening your home to us! We will come again!

Great place to stay in DR

I want this to be as accurate of a review without nitpicking. I give this place a 4-4.5and would give it a 5 after some improvements. The pictures do not do this place justice. The home was actually even better in person. I love the landscaping on the property and around the pool area. The rooms were all very nice and spacious. The downstairs is bigger than I thought, it’s basically a whole apartment on its own. What I didn’t like was that I felt the cleaning staff could’ve been a bit more on point. I felt like the towels were washed to a minimum. The first night there were many bugs in the kitchen and microwave. I did report this to the cleaning staff and it was resolved. Also the hot water runs out very quickly upstairs and was nonexistent downstairs. The jacuzzi also did not get warm I loved that I felt safe on the property as there is armed security and they were quite friendly. The location was close to everything you need and want. You do have to keep noise to a minimum after 10pm which is understandable. The property manager was not the friendliest and did hold me to a charge for a lost key card even after mentioning the complaints above. However, All in all I say that this a beautiful, quiet place, central to Sosua. My friends and I are planning on returning and would like to use this villa again. Also, Chef Eliana was amazing!! Be sure to request her services.
