- Please note that while we have access to the amenities at the Pinnacle Inn, we do not manage them, and closures or maintenance decisions are beyond our control. The Pinnacle Inn reserves the right to close the pool at any time, and we regret any inconvenience this may cause but do not offer discounts in such cases. Your understanding is appreciated.
- **Check-In Details:** Check-in is available anytime after 4 PM. We are here to assist with any issues until 9 PM, so we recommend checking in before that time for a smooth arrival.
- **Towel Policy:** We provide bath towels, but not pool towels. If you plan to use the resort amenities, please remember to bring your own pool towel.
- **Vehicle Requirements:** In case of inclement weather, an all-wheel drive (AWD) or 4x4 vehicle is required. Snow chains may be necessary during winter conditions.
- **Returned Items Policy:** A $25 fee plus shipping will be applied for any returned items.
