Four Slide-outs (Bedroom/Living Room/Entertainment/Bunk room). King Bed, -Twin Bunk bed, 2 fold out beds.

Flat screen tv with surround sound dvd player, it also has speakers outside so you can enjoy music/radio while lounging around the campsite.

The master bed is a full size comfy king bed (and upgraded matress) the couch make into a large twin, in the seperate bunk room there is 1 single bunk and couch that converts to a twin bed, they have their own room with a door! The slideouts add a ton of room to move around. That combined with a good amount of counter space and kitchen amenities (including a double sided 12 cubic feet Fridge) make fixing meals easy even if it's raining outside and everyone's inside playing games. The 2 power awnings easily increases comfortable living space outside, rain or shine. And don't forget the outdoor electric fridge and TV!


*- Accepted at most surounding Yellowstone/Teton RV campgrounds. Inside of the park, most campgrounds don't take over 31' trailer. But, I truely love the campgrounds outside of the parks!

- I provide some freshly cleaned fitted sheets for the beds. (you may want to bring some additional to supplement blankets, such as sleeping bags and pillows)
- Some basic cleaning supplies and chemicals.
- RV Toilet Paper.
- Chemicals for the Toilet black tank.
- All necessary hoses and attachments for emptying both the black and grey tanks
- I'll have enough propane to last you through your whole trip. No additional propane charges
- Water hose and regulators for hooking up travel trailer to RV park water source.

Security deposit $1000 - Covers any damage or cleaning required after rental is returned (credit co just puts a hold on the deposit and the money is released, assuming no damage or extra charges, within 7-10 days.
