Nuestra Villa 2502 es un condominio centrado en el quinto piso sobre el edificio del vestíbulo con una vista directa al mar sin obstáculos desde todas las habitaciones. No estás buscando en otra villa, y ellos no están viendo la nuestra.


ACTUALIZACIÓN Mar 2015 - Hemos configurado NETFLIX para uso de los huéspedes en la sala de estar. Esta será una lista de México, pero la mayoría de los programas están disponibles.

ACTUALIZACIÓN Septiembre de 2014: instalamos una puerta interior desde la sala de estar hasta el segundo dormitorio, MUY IMPORTANTE si tiene niños pequeños que necesitan el segundo dormitorio para dormir. La construcción original era una configuración de bloqueo, lo que significa que tenía que usar el balcón para moverse. Somos uno de los pocos condominios de 2 habitaciones en Villa La Estancia con esta función actualizada.

ESTE NO ES UN GRAN SUITE DE HOTEL. Te estás deleitando con nuestra villa de calidad 5 estrellas, 2,100 pies cuadrados con cocina totalmente equipada, sala de estar, comedor, cuarto de lavado en suite, gran balcón, dormitorio principal grande y segundo dormitorio grande con 2 camas queen y baño completo. Muebles de alta calidad y privacidad aseguran un momento de relajación. Vista despejada de la playa y los jardines desde el balcón. Interior muy luminoso y aireado inundado de luz solar.

This is a very comfortable unit with great views to the ocean and pool. It is spotless and George is a wonderful host who stays on top of everything you may need. We had a problem with the microwave not working and he told us to go buy a new one which he would reimburse us for. Very generous indeed and shows his concern for your welfare while on vacation staying in his unit. He always has a fresh flower arrangement to greet you upon arrival. The staff at Villa La Estancia is superb and will do whatever they can to make your trip memorable. There are also many great restaurants in the nearby town of Bucerias as well as an all inclusive plan here if you just want to stay put. If you are looking for a relaxing fun vacation, choose Unit 2502a at Villa La Estancia. You won’t be disappointed.

Great stay!

We've stayed in this unit twice now and it's great! This spcific unit is one of the few floorplans that works well for families with young children because the 2nd bedroom is not separated from the main unit. Always top notch service with a smile.One thing that was different this stay was that the hotel seemed to really be pushing weddings. There were 2 weddings the weekend we were there and it was quite loud and very difficult to get a space at the pool. At times when weddings arent happening it very peaceful and relaxing. Great location!

Wow! Wow! Wow! Terrific vacation.

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect. It’s on the least crowded part of the beach and the beach attendants wonderfully had our beach chairs set up for us each day. George’s place is in the center of the resort and looks directly out to the ocean—perfect for watching the extraordinary sunsets each night. We liked the layout of George’s place — the internal door made the adjoining “B” side of the condo seem more a part of our family gathering. The beds were comfortable and included multiple pillows so we each could find our own firmness. We enjoyed cooking in sometimes — a nice grocery store one mile walk away, or a convenience store on property. George had a grill and the cooking amenities we needed.George is a superb host. He promptly answered my questions. He also gave me a lot of helpful information about the property and about restaurants in the area. We will definitely return next year!!! Would give George six stars if we could for being a great host!

Wonderful stay

This was our 3rd year at La Estancia and first time staying in George's place. It was wonderful. The unit was very clean and we really appreciated the door between the living room and 2nd bedroom, which is unique to this unit. Would definitely stay again.

What a view!

This villa is awesome! Wonderful for a family with an amazing view of the La Estancia property. George is very quick to respond to any questions as we were preparing for the trip, and even had flowers delivered to our villa upon our arrival. Amazing trip.

Wonderful stay

Villa la Estancia is the ultimate luxurious destination with staff that truly seem to love their jobs. There is always someone ready to set up a chair at the pool or call a taxi when needed. The rooms are much larger than any other hotel or rental, I had many questions and George, the owner, was easily available by text and phone and he made a point of reaching out to me with recommendations and to make sure I knew everything I needed before my trip.

Great as Always

We have stayed here many times and really love it. The unit is immaculate and spacious with a great view. George is such a kind, nice man and totally easy to deal with. The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for self catering but there are many restaurants nearby if you choose to dine out. The staff here is amazing and are always ready to help with anything you might need. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing vacation, Villa La Estancia is the place for you. Amazing property and location

What a great unit with a wonderful location. We were a bit skeptical of the VRBO listing saying the internal doors connecting was a big deal - but it was! Several other groups in our party rented different villas with both A and B units, and they had to go through the front door with a key to go in between. George's unit has a perfect view of the pool and ocean, and with that door, we were able to move freely throughout the entire space the entire time. To top it off, George had a beautiful bouquet of flowers delivered to our room on the first day of our trip. We'll be back!

Villa La Estancia Miller Style

What a wonderful time! From the moment we arrived we knew it was going to be a great trip. George had arranged a car from the airport. Walked into a beautiful lobby with a view of the ocean and pool area. The grounds were pristine. Quick check in and we walked into an amazing space with a bottle of wine from George waiting for us on the table. The space was awesome, very well kept, beautiful, spacious, a huge balcony with 3 seperate sitting areas and 3 walkout entrances 1 from each room. The interior door just made it one big villa for you. Only 4 of us and we felt guitly about all the room we had. Plenty of room for 6. The view was amazing as the suite is located right in the middle of the resort. Staff was very attentive and professional. We didn't try the onsite restaurants as we wanted to eat our way through Bucerias and PV. :) Location to Bucerias is close we walked there several times. Once along the pathway and several times along the beach. 15 minute lazy walking pace and your at the Bucerias center. Leaving restaurants we did catch cabs back and a nice surprise alot of the restaurants would call a cab for you after. Which were plentiful and safe. Cab to PV Malecon or Sayulita area is 30ish minutes. Cab to Marina 20ish minutes. George was very attentive and available. We had a mishap on our end and he was great to deal with. All in all a wonderful stay. I highly recommend your stay here, you won't be disappointed.

Summer Beach Getaway

Everyone at the resort worked together so well. The grounds were beautiful and well kept. The pools were clean, the beach was organized and clean. Housekeeping did a good job. The bell boys, parking services, check in and out were all very efficient. Food and drinks at the restaurants all very good. In 10 days, absolutely no complaints.

Best property for families

Wonderful property. Especially for families. Best location in Nuevo vallarta. Top notch service. Unit is spacious and clean. This is a TRUE 2 bedroom unit. Most other units that show as a 2 bed are really a 1 bed condo with a totally separate studio down the hall . If you have young kids you want this specific unit. With the other floorplan you won't hear your little ones if they cry at night and if they get out of bed for you they would have to have the wherewithal to come down a small hallway and open your unit's door with a room key in the middle of the night. Not a great set up for kids under 10. My only notes are that the mattress was slightly uncomfortable and it seemed like the pool was letting in a lot of partying riff raff from the neighboring hotel. But the good far outweighed the bad and I would highly recommended this unit! We will be back!

Excellent place to stay!

Our stay at Georges property was amazing. It was easy to book and George treated us with vip service. His property is not only in the center but the view from his level overlooks the pool and the waves crashing in the sand from the beach. I’ve stayed at other properties here and Georges unit is by far the best! Also, his response time is amazing! Any questions I had, George tried to get back to me right away. My family and I definitely recommend and will be back!!

This is our favorite place to stay in this area. La Estancia is one of the nicest places in the area and this particular condo was well decorated and centrally locate in the complex.

Wonderful location and terrific suite.

This was a great vacation. The sandy beach and the large pool were great. The condo was very comfortable, spacious and elegant. Perfectly located with a view of the pool and beach. Overall it could not have been any better.

Relaxing wiinter getaway!

My wife and I along with another couple just returned from our stay at Villa La Estancia and we had an excellent week! The property was perfect for our group. The large balcony was a perfect place to share a few glasses of wine with friends while taking in the beautiful sunset over the ocean. The condo is in great shape and we had ample space for our group. The grounds of the resort are immaculate and its proximity to Bucerias makes it very convenient to enjoy all that little town has to offer. George, the condo owner, communicated with us very well leading up to our trip so we would know what to expect. Our arrival was very smooth because of his communication. He also arranged VIP transportation from the airport to the property, which was very much appreciated. We also enjoyed some of the excellent restaurants George recommended. There is so much to do In Puerto Vallarta and you can get there so quickly from the USA. It's a great place to vacation and I definitely recommend staying at George's condo at Villas La Estancia!

Quiet beachfront. The staff goes out of their way to make you feel at home. Large 2 level pool with swim-up bar. On site (and available next door) restaurants mean quality meals if want to stay at 'home' and relax. 24 hour room service also available.
