Silverthorne is a great choice for enjoying everything Summit County has to offer: hiking, biking, world-class fly fishing on the Blue River, golf, and great dining choices nearby. And in the winter, Keystone Resort is just nine miles away, Copper Mountain 12 miles away, Arapahoe Basin 14 miles away, and Breckenridge Resort 16 miles away. You’re going to love it!

River West Red Peak Condo is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom deluxe condo that’s a fantastic couple’s retreat. The living area features comfy seating, a gas fireplace and a flat-screen TV; there’s also a patio just outside for relaxing in the mountain air. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless-steel appliances (including a gas range) and all the gear you’ll need to whip up après-ski snacks or full meals. There’s seating for four at the counter.

The River West complex includes shared hot tubs for guests to enjoy. Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, complimentary Wi-Fi, and covered parking for one vehicle. Plus, all Summit Mountain Rentals properties are professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival and are stocked with hotel-like toiletries and linens. Our helpful staff is also available 24/7 should you need anything.

Great location, excellent communication from the management company. Cons: Walls and ceiling are a bit thin and you can hear the neighbors. DO NOT PARK in visitors parking under any circumstances, visitors also. We accidently left the car in a visitor spot with the parking pass and it was booted. We paid 150 to get the boot removed. This is on us and not the property management company. Number of units a bit confusing and a little harder to figure out in the dark. Pros: The rental is well stocked in the kitchen and with starter supplies. Management company is responsive. The location is perfect. The hot tub right across from the front door was perfect. Amenities and WiFi top notch.

Wonderful 5 Night Stay in Silverthorne

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay in this condo. It is in a great, safe location. The owners/property management company listened to everyone's complaints about the sheer curtains and have installed room-darkening shades/curtains. This is a great place, and the community hot tub after a long day of skiing was a highlight as well. We will look to rebook in the future.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Premises not adequately cleaned. Throw pillows and sofa very dusty. No blackout drapes in living room and bedroom. Screen door not movable. No stepping stool for higher cabinets and shelves. Poor TV's service and convoluted remote access methods.

Beautiful Room, Troublesome Communication

I did not like working with Summit Mountain Rental and prefer working directly with the owner. Summit Mountain Rental communicates only by text and I find that highly unprofessional. I would not rent the condo again if I had to deal with Summit Mountain Rental.

Time to fix the curtain issue

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Clean, modern, comfortable and perfect for 2. The kitchen was well equipped and the in unit laundry a convenient bonus. Although there were paper stick up blinds, the exterior lights still lit up the bedroom at night. This has been a constant complaint by other renters and really should get addressed with black out drapes or shades.The TV does not have access to network TV, so we were unable to watch football. Otherwise, everything was terrific.

Perfect Mountain Getaway

My husband and I stayed here the weekend of our wedding and it was PERFECT! My girls and I got ready here before heading to the venue and it was the perfect space for me and my small bridal party. Highly recommend ❤️

Very clean and bright, with easy parking right out the sliding door (or a short walk around the building). Comfy bed and couch and a very functional kitchen and bathroom. Only recommendation would be to put full blinds in the living room (similar to what's in the bedroom) for some more privacy - when other cars pull up, they shine right into the living room.

The kitchen has everything you need to cook which was nice, and everything was very clean and tidy. The hot tub is straight out the front door and very convenient. My only notes are that the living room curtains are sheer as can be, and there is parking right outside the window, so especially at night everyone can see right in. The parking for the condo is a decent walk to get to the front door, so getting your luggage or groceries inside is a hassle. We ended up just parking in front of the door to unload and then going to park around the corner in our designated spot each time. With that being said though, for the location and the price of the condo it was very well worth it. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Silverthorne and will likely return!

Perfect getaway!

We stayed at this property on our mini honeymoon after getting married in Silverthorne back in November. We absolutely loved our rental! Each process was incredibly easy, and the rental was truly gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern, CLEAN, bright, and convenient. It even smells good. Only nitpick is better window coverage in the bedroom would be nice. Also, the pull/lever in the bathtub to switch it to shower is finicky and needs to be replaced. AWESOME rental. We will be back at this or your other properties!

Great Stay

Saw some previous reviews that sorta blasted the parking and check-in process. Apparently these issues have been fixed. Check-in was a breeze—honestly the easiest I’ve ever had with a VRBO. The property managers were easily reached by text. The parking was fine, too. The designated spot for this condo IS around the back side of the building but it’s far from the worse parking situation I’ve seen with a condo. It was MAYBE a 10-second walk. Also a short walk away was the community hot tub. This unit has one of the shortest walks to the hot tub on the entire property, which was nice with single-digit temps. My wife and I had a great stay.

Clean and Cozy

Cozy and warm with new accessories. Kitchen was fully stocked with all needed tools. Only drawbacks were the bathroom was missing a hairdryer also the bedroom blinds are paper thus sun light and car lights break thru to bedroom. Unit is one first floor thus parking cars lights break thru the bedroom window at all hours of the night. Lastly the other tenants do not honor designated parking spaces. It is a free for all parking.

Cozy, nice counter!

Nice location. Very clean. The fireplace is HOT. All appliances are like new and the counter top is just the best height ever. Parking is strange but it's a complex so thats expected. Windows could use some assist, screen door and curtain but overall, this place is next to target, Dillon, 70, the tunnel and all other ski areas down the road. Its a great location.
