Very cute condo unit. Beautifully decorated, the bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed. The only thing we had a little bit of trouble with was when we came to check in we weren’t sure which unit it was because we did not have the unit number. I contacted the owner and we got it figured out.

Perfect stay

The condo was perfect for us. Close to everything and amenities were excellent. Kristin was a joy to work with and fast to answer any questions. Would definitely stay here again

Clean and Comfortable

Nice 1st floor condo, small but well appointed and organized. Only issue was that it was too clean, probably used harsh cleaning supplies because my wife and I were both constantly sneezing from the shower and towels. Otherwise it was the perfect stay.

Our opinion of the property we rented

Overall we were very happy with the rental property. For the most part, the people in the neighborhood were more than friendly, and the facilities were well maintained. The only improvement we would recommend would be to install a ceiling fan in the bedroom, so we did not have to rely on the A/C (air was too cold)

Cozy Condo quiet retreat

Thanks, Cozy Condo! We enjoyed our stay. We liked that it was on the first floor easy to bring our luggage in to. Quite a few extras were helpful paper towel toilet paper shampoo soap anything you might need in the kitchen was there Wi-Fi TV all worked great. The pool was well kept up and very nice large enough to swim laps. Hot tub was also kept up nicely. The location of the condo is literally five minutes from many public beaches, The beaches have shells and are kept up well. Beaches have restrooms and very nice covered pavilions to eat at overlooking the ocean. There are restaurants all around, (Coasters Beer Garden) grocery stores Walgreens, Walmart Lowe’s really any thing you might need.🌷

- I felt pressured on the day of check-out, because at 8:00 in the morning I received a message from Kristin (owner of the apt.) reminding me that I had to leave at 11:00. It was really Rude as I knew the time when I rented it was clearly written that the check Out would be at 11:00…. - 20 minutes walking to the ocean and not 5 to 8 as it said in the description. - The apt. It was clean but had a very unpleasant odor. - Poor in kitchen accessories : - There was no Regular coffee maker - There was no basin - Few dishes (although the apt. is for two people) I missed dishes, which led me to use the dishwasher at every meal. Which isn't very smart on Kristen's part as it uses more electricity...

I am very surprised by this review especially because I left my family at dinner to help you with the wifi. Either you or your two grandchildren had unplugged it when plugging in the game system. Your reservation also said there would only be 2 guests but there were 3. I always send a reminder in the morning because sometimes people do not see the checkout instructions. The condo is approximately a half mile from the beach and does not take 20 minutes to walk. The unit has a Keurig so that our guests do not need to worry about cleaning the pot and machine. We also make sure the condo is always stocked with Keurig pods. As for the dishes, there is a set of 6 dinner plates, 6 small plates, and 6 bowls. All of our previous guests have loved our condo. Please try to be more truthful when you are writing a review next time.

Pros and cons

I’ll start with saying I was working remote so I’ll list the pros and cons i experienced. Pros- location is good, pool, and beach things you made need was provide, community laundry near. Cons- the couch is like a toy couch, it’s so small. The dinning table was tiny also so with my computer and second screen it was almost impossible to have a good setup. They have these bugs / animal deterrents that produce a very high pitched sound all around the pool. That was unpleasant. Worst is 2 days there was roof repairs so all day long there was hammering air compressors on the roof above my unit and along with the landscaping it was hard to have work calls without all the nose. The bed is t that comfy but it worked. Pillows were thin. If I would have known about the construction I would NOT have stayed there the week I did. Overall it was alright but I felt more negative than positive for my experience but hopefully it gets better
