Welcome to Anchors Away, a unique 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom pet-friendly home that sits just steps from the beach in Fort Morgan, Alabama! This home features a spacious floor plan, high-end finishes, and two decks to enjoy the views of the gulf! Anchors Away is the perfect place for your next family getaway or multi-family vacation that can accommodate up to 12 guests. Anchors Away is located in Fort Morgan, offering exceptional views of the Gulf of Mexico. This quiet peninsula allows guests to enjoy the white sand beaches away from the crowds and congestion.

About Anchors Away

Anchors Away is the best kept secret, that you probably don’t want to share, just steps from the beach in Ft Morgan. With spectacular views from the multi-level home and easy beach access, you will want to come back year after year!

On the main level of the home, you’ll be welcomed by the wide-open floor plan, modern decor and impeccable gulf views. Enjoy the updated kitchen with stainless appliances, spacious countertops, wet bar, island seating for 8, and a dining table that seats 6. The living area features a large mounted TV and plenty of seating options, you can even enjoy the gulf views from the couch! The access to the first deck with open and covered seating is through the convenient French doors. The master bedroom is located on this level featuring a king bed, gulf views, access to the deck, TV and private luxury bathroom. Bedroom #2, or “the bunk room”, is also on the main level, perfect for the kids of the group! There is a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo that guests can enter from the hall or from the bunk room.

Moving upstairs to the top floor landing, guests will appreciate the second living area with comfortable seating, mounted TV and a table for games and puzzles. There are 2 more bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a second covered deck found here as well. Bedroom #3 has a queen bed, access to the deck, TV and an entrance into the hall bathroom. Bedroom #4 has a queen bed, access to the deck, TV and a private luxury bathroom.

Under the home is a private shower for getting off all of the sand and saltwater from your day at the beach and a swing to take in more of the gulf views.

Remember, Anchors Away allows 2 dogs (with additional fee(s) ) and the beach access is just 50 feet away. Come enjoy the gulf breezes and relax in luxury at our best kept secret in Ft Morgan Alabama!

About Fort Morgan
Fort Morgan is a quiet beach community away from the crowds and congestion. On the peninsula, guests will find the following restaurants: Tacky Jacks 2, Sassy Bass, Coast Restaurant, The Village Hideaway, and The Kiva Grill. Guests can play golf at the Peninsula or at Kiva Dunes. There is an accessible boat launch and marina at the Gulf Shores Marina at Fort Morgan. Last but not least, there is a historical Civil War Site to explore at the Fort Morgan Historic Site. There is something for everyone in Fort Morgan!

Rental Age Policy
We love people of all ages, and we want everyone to enjoy our homes.  However, we do require that an adult 25 years or older reserve the home and be present at the home during your entire stay. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.  We have no exception to this policy.
