Welcome to the Lazy Turtle Cottage, one of the nicest homes on East Beach. This home has everything a family could want while on vacation. Short walk to beach, private pool, spa and some of the best sunsets Saint Simons has to offer.

Through the front door and up the stairs is the main level. On the main level you have a large kitchen, dining area, living area, half bath, laundry room and master bedroom with large master bath. The living area has four sitting chairs, large couch and views of the marsh. There is a large wet bar complete with sink, wine cooler, refrigerator, k cup coffee maker and drip coffee maker.

The dining area has a very long dining table that seats fourteen. The perfect area for the whole family to get together and share the memories made from a day at the beach. The kitchen area is sure to be every mothers dream. All appliances are high end and stainless. There are two refrigerators, two wall ovens, two dishwashers, two toasters, microwave and gas stove top. Also located in the kitchen is a nine ft island with seating for five. There is a door off the kitchen that leads to one of two screened porch areas. This porch over looks the pool area and has two sitting chairs with cocktail table and an eating table with seating for ten.

Off the kitchen is the master bedroom. This room has a king bed, 45" in flatscreen television, and sitting table with two chairs. The master bath is situated with a double vanity sink and walk in shower. The master also has a door to access the screened porch overlooking pool.

On the third level is where you will find the second of two large living areas, full bath with double vanity sink with tub/ shower combo, four guest rooms and open air porch overlooking the marsh with two sitting chairs and cocktail table. The living area has four sitting chairs, full size sofa, wet bar with drip coffee maker, sink, dishwasher number three and a large flatscreen television.

Guest room number one has a desk, queen bed and a 45" in tv. Guest bedroom number two has two custom bunks with twins on the top, queens on the bottom and a 45" tv. The third guest room is situated with a king bed, large dresser, 45" tv and a bathroom with single vanity sink and walk in shower. The fourth guest room has a large dresser, king bed, 45 in" tv and a bathroom with a single vanity sink and walk in shower.

Back down the stairs and through the garage is where you will find the sunroom. This room has a full size refrigerator/ freezer, large flatscreen tv, eating table for four, full size couch and two sitting chairs. Through the garage door is where you will find your very own private oasis. The large pool has seating around the inside for your guests and yourself. The shallow end has a pool shelf with two sitting chairs and umbrella. The pool and spa can be heated for an extra fee. The pool deck has plenty of room for the whole family. There are four lounging chairs, two sitting chairs with umbrella and two sitting chairs underneath the covered porch. There is an outside shower that is enclosed on the sides for privacy. The shower is located next to the mud room where you will find a side by side washer/dryer, single vanity sink and walk in shower.

The owners of this property have left nothing out. This is sure to be a family favorite for years to come.
