Welcome to Ocean’s 14! Just one block from the vibrant village, everything you need is a short walk away: shops, restaurants, bars, museums, the pier, the charming SSI lighthouse, and the beach.

Inside, you’ll enjoy all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury. Relax in comfortable beds, admire local artwork, and gather in cozy areas. Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet, Mesh Wi-Fi, three flat-screen TVs, and multiple charging stations. Breathe easy with HIPA and Infrared air filters, and enjoy pure water with a reverse osmosis filter.

This spacious 5-bedroom, 4.5-bath home features two large screened decks and a plunge pool. The decks overlook a serene lagoon, perfect for sipping coffee or wine while watching turtles, herons, eagles, and ospreys from a 60-year-old, 13-foot redwood farm picnic table.

Built in 2019, this beautiful home is nestled in a quiet nook, yet just steps from the heart of the village. Ocean’s 14 is the perfect gathering place for family and friends to relax, have fun, and create wonderful memories. We look forward to hosting your stay in our lovely home.

The home is absolutely gorgeous, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was perfect for walking to the pier, restaurants, and shops. Everything needed for a comfortable stay was provided. Would definitely book again.

We had the best stay! The home is even more spacious and beautiful in person. Such an easy walk to the village and we really enjoyed the pool. Very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Host very helpful. We look forward to staying again! Thanks so much.

Family Gathering

This is an amazing property and we will be staying here again. The house is beautiful and had everything we needed plus some. The house is close to the neighbors, but was built in such a way that it is very private. The neighbors were very friendly. The location to town and beach was very convenient. We had an amazing time and recommend this property.

All around fantastic

Traveling with little ones is never easy, but this house had it all and settling in a breeze. The house has a great open layout for managing little ones, the pool is a perfect size for lounging around, incredibly short walk to restaurants (and ice cream), and easy access to public beaches. You truly couldn't ask for a better setup for a vacation with the family.

Great house - perfect location

I can’t recommend this house more. Beautifully decorated and appointed, right next to a lagoon where we could just sit and watch nature do its thing. The house is also located a short walk away from a number of shops and restaurants but ticked away on a quiet cul de sac so you get the best of both worlds. The host, Ryan, was super attentive and friendly and very quick to respond to my messages with questions about the house or a restaurant recommendation. Book this place. You won’t regret it. We’ll be back.

Wonderful family vacation place.

Had a great time. Loved the lagoon and pool. Can't wait to come back. Beach is close by, but with the heat and humidity it was much easier to drive to one of the public beach access points and carry our sunshade, chairs, toys, and cooler down. My daughter in law says the toddler water wings jacket at the pool was worth the whole trip. Kids stayed in the pool day and evening when they weren't playing in the ocean or tide pools.

Fall family trip!

St Simon’s Island is our favorite spot as a family! We try to visit at least once a year. This house is probably our favorite so far! There’s plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. The porches over looking the lagoon are incredible! The kitchen isn’t lacking, plenty of pots, pans and dishes which are of great quality. The location is perfect, we walked to the village every day. We would most definitely love to stay here again!

Beautiful, New House Steps from the SSI Pier

This property is new and absolutely beautiful. The floor plan lends itself to comfort for any type of group configuration. The house is on the water where you can see tiny gators and amazing birds - but you can walk to the pier where all the shopping and restaurants are. You can take a bike literally to anywhere on the island. Wonderful trip - HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful Property, Perfect Location

What a great house for our annual family vacation! We are a close family, but not close enough to want to share bathrooms. This home worked out perfect. We loved being near all the action on St. Simons., we were a very short walk to shopping and restaurants. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful home with us. Great home and location!

We really enjoyed our trip to St. Simons and this home made it that much more enjoyable. The house itself is beautiful, well stocked and everybody had their own space which was great for multiple families and kids. It's a quick walk to the village and easy bike ride or run to everywhere else. Only thing was not made aware of how to heat the pool or additional cost if any and now that it is getting cooler, that is a must. Thanks for a great stay!

Ryan is an excellent host and his space is amazing. It is walking distance to the pier and many of the shops and restaurants. The house was super clean, well stocked, and up to date. Plenty of room for everyone. The porches were the perfect place to enjoy the evening. The pool was warm despite 50 degree nights. Thank you for sharing your space with us!

Walk to the Village, Pier, Lighthouse & Beach! Best location on St Simons.

Great brand new vacation home big enough for the whole family. We have 4 teenage sons and they each want their own bedroom, so this 5 bedroom house was a great fit! Lots of birds, fish and turtles to watch in the lagoon. Perfect location to walk to the restaurants and pier. We night fished off the pier, spent time on the beach, played in the pool, rode beach cruisers all over the island, Toured the Okefenokee Nature Preserve ($28 for 90 min boat tour), and dined at several local restaurants. The location can’t be beat. We’ll be back!

Beautiful house, amazing location

We hesitated renting this house because we have 6 kids, ages 6-16, and we were worried the pool would not be big enough, but we are so thankful that didn’t deter us! Everything about this house was perfection. Great layout, high ceilings, very clean, well-stocked, beautifully decorated, the porches were awesome, master suite was a-mazing, and the pool area was more than adequate, which is where we spent the majority of our time! Couldn’t have asked for a better location to restaurants, shops, pier and beaches. We would 100% stay here again!! Bonus the neighbors were incredibly nice and helpful. Thank you for an amazing trip to St.Simons Island. We can’t wait to come back!!

Clean, clean, clean. Location! Location! Location! Ocean's 14 is in a prime location with a short walk to the St. Simons Pier Village, shops, restaurants, and beaches! The house is on a very quiet street and overlooks a beautiful lagoon with tons of wildlife, it is very difficult to find many houses in this proximity to the village with such tranquility.
