This incredible 1BR/1BATH provides an immaculate getaway with a private balcony, renovated interior, located only a few feet from the sand. Very close to the Big Kahuna Water Park, Another Broken Egg Cafe, Capriccio Cafe, Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant and near the HARBOR WALK.

LIVING AREA Enjoy movie nights in the welcoming living area, which offers a 65” smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING Create fabulous meals in the full kitchen, which offers ample counter space and helpful gadgets. When it’s time to eat, gather at the oversized kitchen counter or have a private meal on your teak patio set.

BED & BATH This condo sleeps up to four guests. 1 king sized bed in the bedroom, 1 queen sleeping sofa in the living room. Washer/Dryer inside the unit. The bathroom is fitted with a double sink / 2 LED mirrors and luxury shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Start your mornings with coffee on the private balcony. Outdoor shower is available for your needs.

We really enjoyed the location of our stay. Being in walking distance to Norriego point and driving distance to some of the more popular beaches. Overall our stay was great, we’d definitely stay here again.

Overall, everything was great—clean and well-maintained. The only issues were that the shower drained slowly and the handheld shower wand was broken. Also, not being familiar with Florida, I wasn’t aware that most of the beachfront access near the property is private.

Absolutely beautiful condo with access to anything you could need.

Beach access is a short walk away, close to lots of good food, grocery stores are close by, and the condo itself is beautifully kept. I spent quite a bit of time enjoying my stay on the balcony when my toes weren't in the sand. Many thanks to Elena!

Very cute very convenient

This was a very very cute listing! Very convenient to lots of shopping and food. You will have to go up a small amount of stairs but still worth the booking. Sliding glass doors exit to the balcony facing the street and properties. The bedroom was cute with a very comfortable bathroom. I bought extra towels because I use a new one each time so if you are more than one person bring towels and laundry detergent.

Cute little getaway

We had a wonderful stay and the place was great! A very cozy little spot set back in a quiet community. When we travel, we do normally like to stay close to shops and restaurants because we don't rent a car so we walk wherever we go (or use the free beach rides). This part of Destin did not offer the free beach rides so once we realized that "downtown Destin" was a couple miles away, we rented some bikes and used that as our means to get around. We had a great time doing this but definitely suggest having a way of transportation for families. It is a 5 minute walk until your toes hit the sand and about another 2 minutes until you hit the water. When you use the beach pass that is closest to the condo the water that you walk up on is an inlet. However, a short little walk around the rocks and you are on the ocean waves! We had a great time staying here and highly recommend. Everyone around the condo was super nice and very respectful of the quiet after 10 pm suggestion. Thanks for such a great stay!

Birthday Getaway

This luxury apartment was everything I wanted it to be and more. It was modern, cozy, accesible, conveniently located near everything, and provided just the right level of comfort to make my birthday trip special. The host was responsive and kind. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Destin!

Easy

Clean, quiet,close to beach, shopping and places to eat. Having your own parking place was a plus. Owner keeps the condo in very good condition Definitely would recommend or use again.

Clean and very nice.

This condo was beautifully decorated, very clean and nice. The access to the beach was .3 of a mile as stated, but that was not where the waves roll in but in a back water area, although it had white sand and would be good for swimming, just not what we expected. We had to drive to get to the gulf with the waves. The owner was very easy to contact and work with.

Peaceful Stay

The unit was nice, clean, and peaceful. There was an electrical issue that caused the lights to flicker and the power to the unit to weaken. The host acted promptly to handle the problem, which is much appreciated. Great stay!
