Enjoy island life and stay in this luxurious Sanibel Island beachfront condo with full gulf view. Floor to ceiling windows with for you to enjoy sunrises and sunsets from the comfort of the unit or your spacious lanai. The lanai has a dining area/seating, as well as comfy glider chairs for relaxing. Additional lanai access and full gulf and beach views from primary bedroom. Full kitchen with all of the amenities you will need for a comfortable stay (and you can't beat the view, even while meal prepping)! 3 bedrooms (2 with king beds, one with a queen); 2 bathrooms, in-unit laundry. Open floor plan and plenty of comfortable seating to accommodate your family gatherings. Additional murphy bed in living room. Complex amenities include: Heated pool, new tennis and pickle-ball courts, shuffleboard, and coming soon, bocce ball. There are also gas grills for community use near the sports facilities. The new boardwalk has outdoor showers and shell-washing stations. We also provide everything you will need for a fun-filled beach vacation, including beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, cooler, water toys, paddle board, tennis and pickle-ball equipment...just to name some of the big things!

Great condo. Wonderful location.

Condo is great and has everything you need for a beach vacation. The screened in porch was wonderful and perfect for an elderly family member with mobility issues. Stephanie was super responsive and responded immediately to all questions. Would highly recommend.

We stayed for two weeks at this property with three generations, ages from 6 to 76! Everything about this unit was beautiful. We loved the attention to detail and how many household and beach items were provided. Stephanie was super responsive and communicative throughout the booking and our stay. We will definitely look to stay here again.

Wonderful experience!

Everything about our stay exceeded expectations! The unit was beautifully decorated, very well appointed, and spacious enough for our three generation family to stay comfortably. Stephanie has thought of everything you could possibly need and more. The ocean views from the living room and master bedroom are stunning. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We also enjoyed the pool and tennis courts. Stephanie was a fabulous host - providing helpful info prior to our trip and replying promptly to any questions. We would definitely stay here again!

Our best VRBO stay ever.

This was our first trip back to Sanibel since hurricane Ian. While the locals told us the island was only 40% restored, you could not miss the beauty of this island with sunny skies and lots of shells on the beach. Our host Stephanie delivered a wonderful experience for us. The 3 bedroom condo is beautiful and well stocked with the essentials. It’s furnished comfortably. Everything worked as it should. The kitchen equipment is great. The best VRBO we have ever had! Stephanie was in touch with us every step of the way and was always available to answer questions. Lots of beach towels, chairs and toys as well as pool equipment, too.

Wonderful Week in Sanibel

We had a great time at Stephanie's lovely Compass Point condo. It is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully stocked with essentials, impeccably clean, and in a lovely location with a glorious view of the water. Communication with Stephanie was easy. She replied promptly to any question we had. We are looking forward to a return visit.

A great place

Overall, this condo was one of the best I have rented on Sanibel. The condo was very clean and stocked with the basics (towels, washcloths, shampoo, etc.). They also supplied an excellent umbrella for the beach and all the beach toys my 3-year-old grandson could play with. The sports courts were brand new. The beach view was great!

Perfect family vacation

Stephanie's apartment is lovely -pristine condition, warm decor and great ocean views. We used the tennis and basketball courts and heated swimming pool, and enjoyed our long walks in the beautiful beach. Sanibel is a special place!

Cousins getaway

It was a beautiful condo with extras that I have never encountered at a vacation rental. Beautifully decorated and comfortable for all 5 of us. Lovely view of the Gulf with a large screened in balcony that was nicely appointed. Stephanie was very communicative with us and quickly applied to messages that I sent her. Highly recommend.

Amazing!

The condo is absolutely perfect. It is beautifully decorated and well-designed for ease of use. There aren’t enough adjectives to describe the ocean view from the condo from the master en suite, living room, dining room and even the kitchen! Stephanie has carefully thought to have almost anything you might need in the condo from beach wagons to makeup remover wipes. In addition, Stephanie is an excellent communicator. She responded quickly to any question and provided wonderful recommendations for dining, activities, and even a local photographer. This will definitely be our preferred rental for future visits!

Beach Vacation

Perfect location and condo for our family vacation. Stephanie was an excellent host and everything from booking, check in and communication during the stay was awesome! We love Sanibel and this is a perfect location to enjoy the beach. I can't say enough about the condo and property: beautiful view, easy beach access, pool, perfectly decorated condo and storage room filled with everything you need for the beach. We will definitely return!

A Beautiful Bubble Amid Reconstruction

This property is lovely. Everything in it--the furniture, beds, carpets, walls, paint, appliances--is new, all remodeled after Hurricane Ian barreled through in the fall of 2022. Positioned at the end of the building, on the 3rd floor, the apartment has windows on three sides and is full of sunlight. The owner, Stephanie, is gracious and accommodating. Come prepared, however, for construction and noise as the Island continues to rebuild.

Sanibel Dream

We had a great week staying at home. The condo had up to date bathrooms, a beautiful view of the ocean and comfortable large beds. It was very nice because we took our 17 month old daughter with us and one of the bathroom was large enough to put a pack in play in it and shut the door. Essentially like her own room. The communication with the host was beyond easy and quick! We couldn’t have asked for a better week.

So peaceful

The hostess let us check in early! We had a little problem with our key code & she was able to help right away so we had no problems! The condo was very clean & had everything we needed in the kitchen, which was awesome! We really enjoyed the condo & the pool! We are already talking about coming back next year!

Beautiful and like home!

This property was just as described! A perfect location on the beach and had all of the ins and outs of home- updated and beautiful and Stephanie was responsive and helpful with anything we needed!!! Was iffy b/c when we booked it only had 1 review but it is a new listing and is everything you would want in Sanibel! All the other 5 star reviews are on point as well! Thank you!

After 24 years in the real estate profession in North Dakota, I have finally ventured into a warm-weather property!
First and foremost, I'm a wife and a mother of four kids. My husband and I have always worked hard, so we also try to play hard when we can! We have always made family vacations a priority due to our busy lives. We've always considered our time away with the kids a necessity, and we have so many amazing memories over the years from our vacations. We've considered vacation property ownership many times over the years, but never have come across the "perfect" property until this year.
This is a new adventure for us, even though we aren't strangers to real estate or travel. We are hoping to "share" our little slice of heaven with other families who want to create lifelong memories, as we have had the good fortune to do over the years.
